Wonderful guide
Daniel organized a five-day tour of Lalibela and the Danakil region for us, including ground transportation from Lalibela to Semera. A very knowledgeable and well-organized guide, he gave us an exceptional half-day tour of Lalibela's churches, skipping nothing and explaining the unique features of each church. Uganda trip
We had an amazing safari in Uganda with Ekibungo Tours And Safaris. Walking among rhinos at Ziwa Sanctuary was unforgettable, and spending an hour with the gorillas in Bwindi – in the best sector – was simply magical. The chimpanzee trekking, shoebill sighting, and game drives in Queen Elizabeth and Murchison Falls made every day special. The moonlight safari in a 4x4 was a unique experience; seeing animals under the stars is something we'll never forget. We also visited Zambezi National Park at dawn and then Chobe, where we saw countless elephants, lions, leopards, and incredible landscapes. Amazing tour operators that exceeded our expectations in both service and standard!
We had the pleasure to travel to Uganda with Mooi Adventures in March this year. We went on a four day tour including both Schimpanzee and Gorilla trekking as well as Lake Bunyonyi, and it was the most amazing experience! Our guide Shafic made us feel very safe the whole journey and took great care of us. We were quite worried before the trip as we had heard that Uganda was unsafe and we were three young girls traveling alone, but Mooi was very helpful throughout the whole booking process and made us feel very comfortable.
We chose Mooi partly because of this (great service, fast and honest replies to our questions) and partly because of the price that was very competitive compared to other firms. The lodges were of great standard, much better than expected, and the hikes to the monkeys were absolutely incredible. We came much closer to the animals than we expected (but it never felt too much). There is a lot of time in the car as the distances were very long, but it was just great to look out of the window and see all of Uganda.
We would recommend Mooi and Shafic to anyone planning a similar trip! Truly the trip of a lifetime!
