Incredibile experience
We will never forget the trip that Daniel organized for us.
The guide’s experience and expertise made our safari intense and full of unforgettable emotions. We saw beautiful animals up close in their natural habitat, in a landscape that ranged from the arid savannah of the Serengeti to the lush greenery on the way to the Ngorongoro Crater.
The guide’s deep knowledge of the area undoubtedly allowed us to witness things that are far from guaranteed.
Often, we took less-traveled paths and found ourselves in front of breathtaking scenes… from groups of giraffes by the riverbank, to herds of elephants covering themselves in mud, to a family of cheetahs seeking shade beside our jeep, all the way to an unforgettable lunch just a few meters away from four lions.
On top of that, the company was always pleasant, friendly, never intrusive, and full of interesting insights about everything around us.
The organization was flawless in every respect.

Great value and communication, personal approach
When I was looking for a safari operator in Kenya I contacted five or six ones and stopped on Hyrax. They seemed to have the optimal balance of costs and comfort. We were not looking for luxuries but clean and comfortable lodging was important. So what we got (Sopa Lodge) was above expectations.
Whats important, while communicating I felt the personal response. Irene was prompt and helpful in every issue I had and I wanna thank her for that.
We have booked the Amboseli safari and full day trip in Nairobi - both were organised in a great way. Guides/drivers did their best to show as much as possible and to keep it safe.
I definitely recommend Hyrax for:
1. Great value for the money balance
2. Fast respond, flexibility, meeting personal requests
3. Providing information and assistance in planning activities
4. Getting good lodge even at high season when it’s overbooked everywhere
5. Highly professional approach from the side of manager, drivers and guides.

Not worth the money
We had booked a private tour. The number of game drives was not carried out as agreed in the service description. The game drives were shorter than agreed.
The accommodation was good.
I cant recommend the company.

Kapande is really nice and took good care of us. Did his best so we could see the Tanzanian wildlife
Along the way to the two parks we were going on a safari at, Kapande, our driver, proactively tried to explain us the specificities of the various areas we were crossing, even without us asking; and during our game drive, he also did all could so that we would get the chance to see the wildlife of Tanzania in all its beauty. Really nice guy, who took good care of us. Asante sana, Kapande.
Mikumi offers a nice overview of the Tanzanian savannah. And men ! Nyerere is simply astonishing ! Its lake panorama are a wonder. Still blown away really.

Lenchada Safaris is a great tour operator that makes safaris easy and fun.
I recently did a 6-day safari trip with Lenchada Safaris along with my friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The package covered 2 nights at Maasai Mara, 1 night at Lake Nakuru National Park, and 2 nights at Amboseli National Park.
Our guide, Ken, was absolutely wonderful. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but also had a great sense of humor, which made the journey even more enjoyable. Thanks to his expertise and strong network of fellow guides, we were able to spot the Big Five in Maasai Mara and Nakuru. His constant updates and coordination really enhanced our game drives and ensured we didn’t miss out on key sightings.
Overall, I highly recommend Lenchada Safaris for their well-organized tours and especially Ken for being such an excellent guide and travel companion. This safari was truly a memorable adventure!

Passionate, experienced and full of knowledge
Great experience having Kennedy as our guide. He has a perfect Spanish and English that allowed us to communicate at all times. He shares amazing facts about Tanzania, animals, environment... truly about anything you could ask about. Would absolutely recommend having him as a guide if you want to make the most out of your safari.

Easy and accurate.
It was easy to dealt with this company from the beginning. I asked for quotations on safaris to several companies and they were quick to answer and to answer all my questions. Once I got to the country they were in contact with me and everything they offered was there. Joel Raymond was in contact to get my feedback and to answer questions. As I said easy, no problems and all they quoted was in there. I feel more than satisfied with the service and the quality of the Safari. I am glad that I choose them.
