Well organised, friendly and professsional
4/5

I booked and confirmed my 4D/3N trip to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru with Africa Flash Mc Tours at extremely short notice during the Christmas/New Year holiday season. Although I had not received a receipt of payment, or details of my additional hotel bookings and airport transfer by the time I departed, I was pleasantly relieved to be greeted at the airport by a driver who took me to a hotel that was already paid for. My whole trip was smooth and very well organised, and the only thing I had to worry about was making sure my camera was charged! One thing to note, the actual programme did not exactly match the itinerary that was suggested - I understood my itinerary included 2 paid entires to Lake Nakuru, although our driver only brought us for 1 entry. Overall, I am extremely happy with the services of Africa Flash McTours. They are also kindly organising to send me my laptop charger which I carelessly left at the Masai Mara tourist camp. Thanks, Peter and team!

Good service throughout the entire experience
5/5

We did a 3-days safari to Masai Mara including pick up/drop off in Nairobi. The operation manager Leah was very serviceminded and professional and our guide as well. In short - we had very good experience with no complains.

I have walked with the Masai, Stared at a lion, run with zebras . . .
5/5

We got picked up by a guide named Peter.

Peter arrived punctually and very cheerful.

He had a VERY GOOD knowledge of the park.

He knew his way around and we successfully saw a lot of animals including rhinos, giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, crocodiles and to top it all off, 2 prides of lions.

The safari tour definitely lived up to our expectations and Peter definitely showed us some Kenyan hospitality.

6 days enjoying the kenyan experience
5/5

We want to thank you for the wonderful trip we made. Everything was excellent. Paul was of remarkable kindness and an outstanding guide. Thanks to him, we could see many animals. He knew how to even see the invisible. Without him the journey would not have had the same flavor. He speaks perfect French and explained to us the names and habits of all animals. All lodges were impeccable. We preferred the Masai Mara and Samburu for the number and variety of animals. We have only one hurry is to go back. thanks again

Excellent throughout! ACZ rocks!
5/5

We booked our tour with ACZ and I can say we were throughly impressed! As we were booking the tour directly with ACZ and not via a tour operater, we were initially sceptical as we usually book our tours with a UK based tour company. We found that ACZ were able to accommodate our tailored tour along with the luxuary package, we also received clear communication from the ACZ advisor John who explained everything professionally.

From the start to the end of the tour we had a wonderful time, the itinerary timings was perfect, so was our superb experienced driver named Dennis (purely awesome guy). We stayed at 3 lodges during the trip, we were impressed with the Sopa Lodge and also Flamingo hill lodge however we were disappointed with Kibo lodge which was in Amboseli (although the lodge was nice the staff lacked enthusiasm and were not helpful during the stay).
During our 6 day tour of Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli, we were fortunate to see The big 5 animals and the ugly 5 animals. We do recommend ACZ and we would book again with ACZ in the future. Thanks again ACZ.

Overall à very good experience with different experiences! Our guide Apollo was very experienced and central for our positive safari. We say most of the animals living in this area (Selous Game Reserve) and we were almost alone which was very nice!

Fantastic trip, would definitely recommend it!
5/5

Fantastic trip - we spent a week on safari with the main aim of visiting the gorillas, anything else we saw was a bonus in our eyes, but the chimpanzee trekking was so exciting. The elephants & the amount of them was mind blowing..... and of course the gorillas were amazing. We feel so privileged to have seen these animals.
Our driver/guide, Ajok was very helpful, very friendly & really tried to meet all out needs. All the accommodation was 5 *, very clean, very safe & really friendly staff. Definitely can't complain about anything & would really recommend this tour with Achieve Global - Mark in the office sorted everything for us & all via email.
Thank you

Very dependable operator with high quality safaris at affordable rates

We used Shoor Safaris for a recent but long planned safari to Kenya upon the recommendation of a friend of ours who has previously travelled with them twice.
We booked a tour that we customized to suit our choice of accommodation because we preferred certain lodges & camps after reviewing these on trip advisor & other such sites. I can only say I was very impressed by the speed & care with which Shoor responded. We managed to get through the booking process with no loose ends or any questions unanswered..all details very clearly presented.
On the 7 day safari itself I only have praise for them for the excellent service provided and the quality of their tour Driver Guide who really took amazing care of trip. Of course Kenya us such a marvelous safari destination that I suppose everyone is pleased while on safari but still the company handling the safari arrangements carries much responsibility. From the locations visited Masai Mara & Lake Nakuru were my favourite the latter especially because we managed to spot the leopard there twice, quite lucky because both times the bug cat had hidden itself up on a tree. All in all a great safari and we look forward to going back to Kenta someday again.

A fun, stress-free experience dictated by you
5/5

My boyfriend and I booked 4-5 days of safaris, hiking, and general excursions with E-Trip. We went over Thanksgiving to do some touristy things before meeting up with friends who live in Dar, and had a lovely time. The best thing about E-Trip is the combination of experience and honesty. Ben and Aurelie are great people who are interested in serving their customers and the people of the countries they're visiting. E-Trip brings in experts in various fields to help develop local guides. Ben and Aurelie frequently do the same hikes/treks you do so that they properly tell you what to expect and help you evaluate all the options. They're also very accomodating. Our trip wasn't very complicated, but they've also done large parties of 20 or more, extreme adventurer trips, and they give each type of customer the same amount of attention whether you're staying in three star hotels or resorts.

On our safaris, the guides were knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. We saw a rhino in addition to lions, giraffes, elephants, hippos, etc. E-Trip provided binoculars (we didn't think to bring them), and a case full of books about the different flora and fauna of the region. The vehicles all had wifi as well, but we rarely needed to use it. All of the accommodations were clean, and staffed with welcoming, helpful folks.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend E-Trip. I only wish they organized trips in more locales so we could get their help with every trip.
