Amazing and the absolute best
Where do i start!?? From booking the tour which was so easy and the honest and continous communication was incredible. Then the briefing before the tour so we understood everything was really helpful. Then when we met our guide, Innocent, that's when everything was truly exceptional. He was perfect!!! He was friendly and kind. And he was very knowledgeable and showed us so many animals and was quick on his feet to get us to see the best animals. He was very amazing. We're definitely coming back and would request him again!! Incredible experience

It was well organized. Our tour guide and driver was awesome. He is an expert and experienced guide.
The tour was awesome. Every place we stayed was good. We got to see all the animals and we were moved by our safari trip. Our tour guide Gody was excellent. He had really good English and helped us a lot through out the tour. I would book him again when I come next. My wife and I loved everything about the safari.

Knowledgeable, well-organized
We were really lucky and got to see everything we wanted to see, including the rare rhinos. The tour operator was flexible with our requests, the guide was well-tempered and very knowledgeable about the animas we saw. We had an unforgettably wonderful time in Tanzania.

Great tour organisation, our guide Kisali did a really good job : he took care of us and made sure we have all we need.
He teached us lot of things about the animals, the plants, history.
He even told staff from hotels to give us a tour of the city.
We’ve gone to Tarengire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and also a Masai village. It is an unforgetable experience.

Brilliant.
Our safari tour was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel in Cape Town was in an ideal location, making it easy to explore the city. We visited three different wineries — each unique and fantastic in its own way. Cape of Good Hope and the penguins were a joy to see, and Table Mountain was simply magnificent.
The itinerary was perfectly timed and thoughtfully put together based on what we wanted, and all the accommodation throughout was excellent. Nambu Camp stood out for its incredible hospitality — truly the best I’ve ever experienced. We also stayed at Umkumbe Camp, where we got wonderfully close to wildlife and experienced a different part of Kruger Park, offering a fresh perspective on the animals and scenery.
Victoria Falls was another highlight — absolutely brilliant, with accommodation ideally located near the Vic Falls Bridge. The Panoramic Tour in South Africa was also fantastic. Every tour guide and ranger we met was insightful, friendly, and perfectly suited to us.
Overall, a beautifully organized and unforgettable trip.

We had a fantastic safari, the tour and the driver of the safari was really good, we had the chance to see the big 5 in just a day, and all the safari was a dream. They also helped us to organize an unforgettable birthday for my girlfriend, thanks for helping us organizing this!

Fantastic support for a wonderful safari
Knap Tours organized a 2 day excursion from Cape Town to Buffelsdrift game reserve. Having lived in East Africa I wondered she it would be like. MAcDonald our driver from Cape Town was totally engaging for the 5 hour ride and helped us acclimatize to the reserve setting. After an arrival lunch we went on a 2 hour safari with Sonia - a lazy landcover stroll through the 1500 hectare estate. Several types of antelope, and giraffe, zebra and buffalo were on the travel menu. The following morning we also saw meerkats, rhinoceroses and elephants. The trip home with MacDonald was fabulous with a stop at Four Cousins for lunch. My only wish was that the stay at Buffelsdrift was longer - they have night, cheetah and lion safaris also. Knap did a great job organizing all of this. We will use them again for sure.
