Unique, individual Safari experience
We booked a 6 day safari trip to Amboseli, Chyulu Hills and Tsavo West directly with Antonio Safaris. Everything about this journey was great, from the overall booking, general communication, pick up in Nairobi, drop off at Mtito Andei train station - we felt very comfortable all the time. Anthony was a great guide making the journey a memorable experience. We really appreciate the flexibility for our individual tour.
The price was really fair and all our expectations have been met if not exceeded! We would definitely recommend booking a safari tour in Kenya with Antonio Safaris.

Unforgettable safari
We booked our Kenya safari with Gadson at Meektrails and it exceeded every expectation. From the first email exchange, Gadson was responsive, patient with our questions, and put together an itinerary covering Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and the Masai Mara that balanced scenery, wildlife diversity, and pacing perfectly.
Our guide Ben was the true star of the trip. His knowledge of animal behavior and the parks meant he consistently got us into position ahead of other vehicles — we were first in line for sighting after sighting. Thanks to his skill (and admittedly a little luck) we saw baby lions, leopards, and cheetahs, and in Nakuru we were lucky enough to spot the rare black rhino. Ben's patience, sharp eyes, and genuine enthusiasm made every game drive feel personal rather than routine.
On our first day in the Masai Mara, our vehicle broke down. Ben immediately called mechanics, who arrived within 40 minutes, while Meektrails sent another guide to pick us up so we didn't lose a minute of game viewing. Even in that moment, it was clear the whole team at Meektrails is made up of true professionals — every guide we worked with, even when it wasn't Ben, was knowledgeable, attentive, and took great care of us throughout the tour.
Every lodge and camp we stayed in across all four parks was excellent: comfortable, well-located rooms, delicious food, and attentive, warm staff who made us feel taken care of throughout.
We couldn't have asked for a better safari. If you're considering Meektrails, ask for Gadson and Ben — you'll be in the best hands. Highly recommend.

Looked after you
The experience was awesome. We were taken care of the whole time. From pick up to drop off. We can’t thank enough either the guide, Jeff. It seemed like he went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience and saw as many animals as possible. In addition he was was a very cool easy going guy, with myself and my son. Which is important since you spend so much time with the guide. Would not recommend enough, I have done multiple safari’s in the past this is the best one by a long shot.

Excellent guide and driver. Very skillful in finding the animals yet very real of the nature.
Saga Expedition were our guides on our safari trip to Mikumi. They have excellent comfortable vehicle, wit high great views accords savanna. They were very skillful at finding all animals. We’ve seen so many giraffes, elephants, antelopes, zebras and other animals. They guys even found lions which are very hard to spot. They are very easygoing and made our experience absolutely fabulous.

Richard is very knowledgeable and knows how and where to see each animal! He’s a great driver and nice person. The jeep is comfortable and Escarpment Luxury Lodge, which comes with the safari package, was incredible. Amazing food, kind people, and gorgeous views.

Wonderful 2-day experience in Mikumi
I was annoyed with the tour operator when I had to cancel and rebook the trip at a higher price a couple of days ahead of the tour. However, aside from this misunderstanding, the communication with the operator was very good, and the value for money was very high even at the raised price. Especially the guide was fantastic! Asante sana!
