Excellent coordination and communication, wonderful experience in Mikumi National Park
From the first message to Kihindo through the drop-off after the safari, Kihindo Tours was wonderful to work with. Myself and a friend did the 1-day Mikumi National Park safari departing from Dar es Salaam and the coordination with Kihindo was seamless. I appreciated their clear instructions, on-time pick-ups and comfortable vehicles, and our tour guide during the safari, Nuhu, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and very easy to chat with. Would absolutely recommend them and would book with them again for future safaris.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in the Masai Mara as a family, including our 2½-year-old toddler.
Jackson and Moises were amazing. They adapted the safari to our little one while still making sure we saw as many animals as possible: lions, zebras, giraffes, elephants, cheetahs, hyenas… We truly felt like we were living The Lion King! Of course, you have to accept that sometimes you’ll drive for a while without seeing any animals, but overall we saw plenty of wildlife, often from very close up.
Moises and Jackson never wasted our time by stopping at souvenir shops or other unnecessary places. Everything was smooth, well organized, and enjoyable.
A huge thank you to both of them for this unforgettable experience!

Victor Tours & Safaris gave us a truly beautiful and unforgettable experience. It was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for our family, and we were especially happy that our 3.5-year-old son enjoyed it so much and handled everything really well.
The communication and organization were smooth and reliable, and we always felt well taken care of throughout the tour. The guides were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience even more special. Overall, we felt that the tour offered great value for money.
The only small downside was that we traveled during a season when the grass was very high, so it sometimes took extra effort to spot the animals. However, this did not take away from the overall experience, which was simply wonderful.

Trip of a lifetime
Our holiday in Uganda was truly unforgettable, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, Patrick was incredibly responsive, reassuring, and helpful. We had some concerns because of the Ebola reports before we travelled, but Patrick kept us well informed and put our minds at ease. It turned out there were no issues during our trip. He listened to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and worked with us to create our dream holiday.
Some of the highlights were the gorillas, chimps, Kidepo national park and the opportunity to visit local communities and experience the real Uganda. These authentic encounters made our trip even more special and memorable.
A special thank you also goes to our driver and guide, Hannington, who was amazing. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and keen eye for wildlife made every day exciting. He even spotted a leopard, which was an incredible experience! He also took us to enjoy delicious local food with local people, giving us a genuine insight into Ugandan culture. He was informative, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience.

A true 5 star rating! Brian and his team are exceptional at what they do. Prior to travel everything is organised, all communication clear, informative and reliable. Hence booking with Customise Travel and Tours was stress free. Loved how we got to choose the activities we wanted - this company is well named as it did customise everything we wanted.
During out 3 days at Victoria Falls we were give personal, customised service and this made our time the highlight of our 16 day trip to South Africa. Brian was always on time and where he was meant to be at the start or end of each activity. Exceptional reliablity and communication! Our Accommodation, meals and activities were exceptional. Brian and his team went beyond what we hoped for and expected. For example, on our last day we had a sudden desire for a massage that was not part of our pre-organised activities. Brian has extensive established networks and within a half an hour we were on a massage table! Truly remarkable! We had a stress free time in Victoria Falls with all our chosen activities including Falls walk, Boma experience and helicopter ride etc all organised......we just had to turn up and enjoy. Cannot rate Brian and his team more highly and if I could I would. Just Perfect in every way!!
Our safari in Kenya was truly the trip of a lifetime. Everything was perfectly organized from the moment we arrived. Our guide Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, and had an incredible ability to spot wildlife, making every game drive exciting.
We were lucky enough to see the Big Five, along with countless other amazing animals in their natural habitat.
The lodges were comfortable, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was excellent. Every day brought new adventures and unforgettable memories.

We enjoyed the beauty of the Masai Mara and it was remarkable wildlife adventure.

Each game drive was unique and there was a new surprise waiting for us, with different animal sightings throughout the day and beautiful natural scenery all around. The lodge was comfortable, quiet and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after hours of exploring. The dining experience was excellent; the variety of delicious dishes exceeded our expectations.
