Exceeded our expectations
We were very satisfied with our tour operator notably Ana and her daughter Irene. Communication and organization was flawless. They even provided us with their own personal jackets when they saw that ours would nor be sufficiently warm in Ngorongoro at night. After the tour they still cared for us although the tour and the contract officially finished. In the end we said good bye to each other as friends. Thank you very much for helping us with everything!

The best 5 days safari tour
The communication was the fastest among many companies and the price was reasonable, so I chose Jocky tour. I saw all big 5 animals and amazing wildbeast and zebra's river crossing/migration. The guide, Jimmy, was very professional and the best driver, so our tour group could see all animals that we wanted to see. 5 day was perfect to see Rhinos at Nakuru lake and climd the cliff which was inspired by the movie Lion King at Hell's gate. I highly recommand Jocky tour.

Amazing 10/10 Safari Experience – Highly Recommend Steve!
I cannot recommend booking with Steve highly enough! As a solo traveller trying to arrange a safari on short notice, I reached out to several operators and Steve was the very first to reply. From that first message, his communication was incredibly warm, attentive, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I could join a trip, and his dedication to customer service is truly wonderful – he even called me once just to apologise for a slight delay in answering a message from the day before. To build real trust, he makes the effort to come and meet you in person before the trip, which shows just how much he cares about his guests.
The safari itself was absolutely amazing! Our guide, Achi, was amazing – extremely kind, jovial and competent. He made us feel completely safe with his excellent driving whilst simultaneously having an incredible eye for spotting wildlife; we saw so many amazing animals! We stayed in truly great lodges throughout the trip.
This was an amazing 10/10 experience from start to finish. I will 100% book with Steve again the next time I return to Kenya, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari!
Reliable , good value too
This was the third time I have used this company for a two day trip to the Meru National park staying in Ikweta lodge . The Guides were very friendly and reliable and adapted to our schedule. We had the park to ourselves on both game drives the lodge is also very good value for money and absolutely gorgeous.
The only thing to note was that the seatbelt didn’t work in one of the seats, so I would just make sure that they check it next time before setting off

Best Safari
It was our first safari in Kenya and we relied on Steve, what can I say? He was a wonderful and very knowledgeable guide, we visited both Tsavo East and West in two days starting from Diani, thank you Steve for the passion you put into it and for the ability you had to introduce us to the nature and animals of Kenya's parks, I absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants to have a unique experience in this wonderful country

a home away from home
We had an absolutely wonderful safari trip with Serengeti Smile. Our guide Regnald is extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsible. He tried his best to help us find all kinds of wild animals patiently, gave us detailed introductions about the wildlife and local scenery. The communication was smooth, the service was thoughtful and reliable, and the trip was great value for money. We really enjoyed this unforgettable journey and highly recommend this team to every traveler coming to Tanzania.
Guide For Arusha
We stayed in a hotel and Gilbert was our driver. We had hired him for the day to go to a cooking class, which was an amazing experience and which I will review through a different forum. Gilbert ended up becoming our guide for three days and it was an amazing experience. Not only was he reliable and an excellent driver, he also guided us on where to go and helped negotiate prices while educating us about Arusha as well as Tanzania. He is an expert, warm and friendly, very capable and truly the best at what he does. I would absolutely ask for him again on my return trip and I recommend that everyone hire him as their guide. He truly took care of our small group of 3 women.
