The experience our teenager will remember
Letaka Safaris exceeded our expectations. I believe they delivered on a safari with local staff well trained to meet our standards and hopes. It was nice not to have someone supervising staff but know that they were each competent and confident with their duties to deliver the exceptional holiday we had.
Pat our guide gave us more than just a guided tour, he provided a challenge to our sons birding knowledge and photographic training. We were in Botswanna with the local people learning about their country and their wildlife, which I must say was amazing over 200 species of birds spotted and a dozen leopards. If we ever can we will return.

Perfect organization = Perfect holiday !!
We went on a Trip with some close friends. It was our first Africa-Experience and it surely wouldn't be the last. The program was tough because we wanted to see a lot. The locations and the tours were perfectly organized.
It was the perfect trip and we cannot wait to see more of this beautiful country.

A seamless safari experience
From the superb guiding, delicious food of a quality that was astonishing given the difficulties, comfortable accommodation, amazing game drives, ever helpful, charming staff and flawless arrangements nothing disturbed our equilibrium or peace of mind.
One small point; the tents were very hot in the hours after lunch. The tent flaps can be raised to allow a cooling draft through the tent but this does entail a compromise of privacy.

Mike who is the booking agent , spent a lot of time trying to understand our needs and even changed things when I messed up on the flights . Josef the driver picked us up at the airport in Nirobi on time we were out of the airport and in our Safari bus with no delays , Josef is a good safe driver . He has an amazing understanding for the correct positioning of the veiricle when dealing with the animals so they don't feel trapped and that makes it safe for everyone . He also took us to church in Nirobi as requested , we left Kenya and went on to Tanzania , our next driver was Beckham he also was a safe driver and I could not fault him he also had a good understanding of the animals , his personality was very different he was a more quiet man but nothing wrong with that . We seen more than sixty lions and cheaters. So many Wilderbeast that I can't start to count and so much more the lodges were all different I think the only one I would Change would be the Rhino only because I would have preferred a view over the Ngorongoro Crater but the lodge was OK and the food was good it had its own charm but very basic the staff were also very helpful We then went on to the Royal Zanzibar hotel for a six day beach rest , the hotel is very good the staff were ok they have been trained to be polite but I could have done without saying Jumbo meaning hello every thirty seconds but they are just doing their job , The only problem I had was for me the time in the verecals sometimes ten hours per day was to long for me as I am not that young , I would cut out the lake Victoria part And fly into the Serengeti from the Masai Mara also I would have preferred to fly straight to Amboseli This would put up the price but this is only my thinking in retrospect, Over all a super trip one I will never forget Many many thanks to Ancient Wild Safaris

Perfect vacation
Cross Country Air Safaris - and in particular Juliane - provided excellent advice on our route and on specific hotels/lodges to visit. Her deep knowledge of all safari areas, lodges and parks was incredible and helped us (family with kids) to spend a phantastic vacation in South Africa. Juliane was always available for us for any kind of question.

The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and very safety-conscious. Their knowledge of the animals' habits and haunts gave us the opportunity to see very many of them. We saw all of "the big five" in the first day and a half.

from Windhoek back to Windhoek with amazing inland coastal , back to inland and Safari experiences. Our expectations were far surpassed, in fact we loved a country we'd barely heard about. The variety of activities on a daily basis were incredible, every day a wonderful experience. the knowledge of the guide was amazing, his knowledge of so many things and places , and wildlife enhanced the tour.

Slow but sure safari is an unique company. starting from the organization until the last minute!!! First Ms. Denise has bees super nice replying to all the question by email and real time by whatsapp!!Oscar is a senior guide with unique experience in driving and spot animals and location!!! Ken and Sec provided a 5 star camping and a really delicious food making our stays very comfortable. I strongly suggest this company for the effort they put in their job, their experience and their very honest cost!!!

extraordinary safari experience
Had a wonderful safari experience arranged by seven by far tours. Right from the start the communication from sylvester was prompt, helpful and accurate. I had a complicated itinerary and he helped put it all together with ease. All of the arrangements worked perfectly including the safari in Tanzania with their partner world tours. Impressed beyond belief- by our agent Kerry and our customised tour!
For 8 months I was in regular contact with Kerry at Pembury Tours. I was looking at booking a trip to South Africa and to Victoria Falls. She was always very punctual in responding to my emails and answering every question. Her communication skills are great! Kerry asked me some great questions to make sure we were getting our trip of a lifetime. In fact, I told her about my passion for elephants and she recommended an orphanage we could visit, which was excellent. Kerry was always professional and shared my enthusiasm for this holiday throughout the months. I was impressed beyond belief at her attention to detail. She never missed a beat and took the stress out of our holiday. She organised all our transfers in Cape Town, to our private reserve in Sabi Sands and then again in Zambia. Everyone we met representing Pembury Tours along the way was wonderful. We were given a full itinerary upon arrival which included great information about all our stops along the way. Kerry even notified us about the low water level at Victoria Falls in Zambia before leaving for our holiday and this allowed us to be prepared to get the necessary visa to visit the Falls in Zimbabwe.
