An incredible experience delivered by experienced guides
We booked a 6-day safari during the rainy season. This is a low demand time, so bookings were easier to make and people from different agents were grouped together to fill our safari car. But our guide, Luca, was with the company, and he killed it (he's awesome). We also had a chef, Pasco, along to cook (really tasty and well balanced meals).
Communication with Neema was always quick and clear. She answered questions and worked with us to pick the right option for us.
I'll note we had some car problems. Luca knew how to deal with it, but it is a reliability issue to consider/ask about. Specifically, the fuel injection had issues.
Our guide managed time extremely well - he was able to account for delays and pretty much always got us to lunch and dinner on time, squeezing as much safari time in as possible.
Luca was also very knowledgeable about the animals and an excellent spotter. He also brought a quiet sense of humor and spoke English very well.
The tour itself was amazing. The weather played mostly in our favor, and despite the tall grass we saw everything (including 2 leopards!). We also safaried during the wildflower and baby seasons, so we saw zebras galloping through fields of purple and yellow flowers and we saw tiny 1-month old monkeys clinging to their mama's backs. All of this is special to the rainy season.
One thing I will say that is a downside about the rainy season is that - if you select a camping option - the tents can be quite humid/damp, even if they're waterproof and don't leak. We expected this and it was fine, but if you absolutely need a dry bed either book in the dry season or book lodges instead of camping.
Overall, we loved it.

High value safari in Botswana

We weren’t sure where to book a safari to Botswana. So many tour operators but luckily we heard about naturecrazi from friends of ours in America. We had many questions and Gavin and ronell answered all of them, the price was same as other tour companies BUT what a difference. Everything was planned so well and we had the best safari ever!!!! Gavin and ronell joined us and made sure we were well looked after. Food, safari guide, Accomodation in luxury meru style tents and all the stories around the fire. Very impressed!!!! Will be booking for later in the year to do sleep out under the stars on the salt pans for sure

well organised, great driver/Guide
We did a 10-day safari with Francis. He is an excellent driver and guide. He was very patient with us when taking (thousands of) pictures. He always knew whether it was worth waiting or keep moving.
On the third night, we saw all of Samburu’s Special Five, and we also saw all of the Big Five. It was incredible.
We saw far more animals and birds than we had expected.
During our visit to Amboseli, on the first evening, the clouds cleared and Mount Kilimanjaro became visible. It was a breathtaking view.
The accomodations the Cherish has selected for us, were great. The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had plenty of space. A note about Aberdare: small room, cold during the night, you can’t bring all of your luggage with you. If you plan to visit, make sure to get the necessary information from your driver in advance.
We would definitely book the agency again and highly recommend Francis as guide and driver.

AMAZING! What an incredible experience
We attended a two day safari with Eric as our guide. We cannot say enough about how fantastic Eric was! He was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. We seen a large variety of animals. With a mild mishap with our returning flight, Rioba Safaris employees were attentive, caring, and understanding of our needs and provided excellent alternative arrangements that met our requests. Blue Mist Safari was amazing! Yahya literally took care of us like royalty. Anything we needed, he was always there within a heartbeat.
