I started planning my solo trip with them 1.5 years ago to arrange my trip. Amazing was one of the best rates among all, also I the travel agent Anastacia has been extremely patient and fast responding, I have a hundred questions and she always reply gracefully. It gave me a lot of assurance knowing they treat my trip very seriously.
My original trip had to unfortunately be cancelled last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Even though it is past the refund cancellation time, Anastacia still helped to discuss with management the possibility to reserve part of my payments which made my unfortunate situation much less terrible experience.
1 year later, when I restarted the trip planning, Anastacia picked up like we never left off a thing. She is patient like this not just to me, but also my other friends making the enquiry at the same time. (their accommodation arrangements are TOP TIER btw)
As for the driver Chris, one can immediately tell he is a pro. From our first interaction he is warm, welcoming, and kind. During the trip, seeing him maneuvering through the bumpy roads to managing small trip changes. I really admire his respect to the rules and policies in place for safari. He would check on stranded broke down cars in the Mara, care for the poor lost cattle in the Mara, and make sure followings vehicles passed challenging roads safely, most importantly, he checks the expectations of the game drive and really tried to fulfill your wishes. Most of the stops and service providers rely on the driver to manage on the road. Chris knows EVERYONE on the trip, and were able to secure all requests, really adding a strong sense of responsibility and safety, makes you know you are well taken care of.
Another highlight is the service during the trip between Chris & Anastacia, there were some small hiccup with the room bookings and entrance fees (including me trying to add one more stop during the visit 😂)
Anastacia is extremely responsive and resolved everything timely, the dream team DO go the extra mile.
Another shout out to my friends’ driver Douglas. I was told he is a good fun to be in a car with, with a maybe mischievous vibe (in a good way). Our 2 cars were doing a game drive on one of the days and he is super magical with finding animals even on a dry day on the savanna

We had an amazing time during this trip. We spent 4 days strolling around Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with our lovely guide, Elias. He is always available to answer questions and knows a lot about animals you may encounter on the road. We had no issues and everything went smoother. Lunch and snacks were great. Stop for toilets were also managed greatly along the way. Thank you Elias!

We had a wonderful safari experience and would like to thank the whole team for making our trip so enjoyable.
Our driver-guide was very kind, professional, and an excellent, safe driver throughout the trip. We especially appreciated his flexibility and his efforts to make the most of our time in each park. He was very accommodating and always tried to give us the best opportunities possible to see the wildlife, which we really appreciated.
One suggestion we would offer to the company for future tours is to share a more detailed written itinerary beforehand outlining what guests should expect to see in each park. It would also be great to provide more in-depth information about the parks, nature, and animals prior to or during the trip, giving travelers deeper insights to better guide their understanding and appreciation of the experience.
Overall, we had a fantastic trip and came away with wonderful memories. Thank you to our driver-guide and the entire team for a great experience!

After comparing over a dozen travel agencies, we ultimately chose Kale Voyage. A key factor was that the hotels selected within our budget met our expectations; since we wanted to rest well after a day of safari activities, the quality of the accommodation was a top priority.
Once we selected the agency, Oscar proved to be a truly reliable and trustworthy planner. Communication via WeChat was seamless; he responded promptly to all our requests and inquiries before the trip. During the safari, we were able to flexibly adjust our itinerary—and even our flights—based on our needs; Oscar handled all the arrangements and refunded any price differences. He even prepared a special Maasai blanket as a gift for us.
Additionally, Steven—the driver Oscar works with—was a dependable and friendly professional. Communication was excellent, and his driving skills and ability to spot wildlife were top-notch; he was also eager to help others when their vehicles broke down along the way. He prepared hot lunches for us every day, and after we finished eating, he would clean up thoroughly—wiping the plates spotless and keeping everything organized.
Overall, I highly recommend Kale Voyage, Oscar, and Steven.

Very good with communication and organisation.
We did a 4 day 3 night safari tour with mountain warriors and would highly recommend. Our guide Michael was brilliant, on time every day, very informative and was very kind also. He also managed to get us some great sights of the animals.
Mountain warriors were very good with communication and arranged a special gift as it was me and my wife’s honeymoon which was greatly appreciated. Overall I would happily use them again!

Great value for money. Increíble guide/driver. Ben is both professional and close person. My 11y son still loves him a d talk about him, as he impressed us fot all his knowledges about Serengueti animal’s. We also were delighted by all his point to see, respect and appreciate nature in Tanzania.

A truly unique and unforgettable experience

Evaline was our organizer. She’s the one that we talked to since the beginning and helped us switch hotels, arrange a flight from Arusha to Zanzibar, and even informed the lodges that we were on our honeymoon [we had a few beautiful surprises].
Without her this experience wouldn’t have been the same!
Simon was our Safari guide. He’s an exceptional driver, with more than 10 years of experience in the field. We’ve learned a lot from him about the Savanah, the local cultures, and Tanzania in general. His english is really good and he’s very easy to talk to.
We really enjoyed having him as our guide, and he really did everything in his power to offer us the best experience!
