Most excellent and fascinating tour I had
This tour has been nothing but amazing. Our guide Mike is so good at finding animals, driving etc. His optimistic and positive character made me enjoyed the whole journey a lot. We also saw lots of rare scenes like baby cheetah and mating elephants, which are definitely huge surprises to me. If given another chance, I would definitely do it with Mike again. Thank you so much amigo!

Since they picked us up in Nairobi until they dropped us back in Nairobi, it was a magical experience. I strongly recommend doing this at least once in your life. Prices were reasonable in May, but I think they get more expensive during the high season (migration period).
Another tip: ask for Saddam as your guide. He’s a very experienced driver and always goes the extra mile to make sure you see everything.

I'll remember the bush dinners & breakfasts in Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda, the feeling of reaching the summit of Mount Bisoke in Rwanda, the sing alongs with our guide Daniel during City and cultural experiences. Emile personally gave us jars of organic forest honey from Virunga National Park in DRC. Interestingly, this honey comes straight from the community the company supports through bee keeping training. We were so happy to contribute to impact-led tourism in Uganda. Nturo Safaris rocks..... And they are now my travel partner for East Africa, we will definitely be back...

Our local guide was recommended by a friend in China. They provided excellent and practical advice when planning the trip. Mike was very welcoming. He addressed all our needs during the trip and was quick to notice our requirements. He was the most stable driver I've ever seen; he never drove recklessly. During the safari, he immediately led us to the animals and provided the best views and camera angles. I think we saw many animal sights that we didn't see with other vehicles. We had a three-day tour starting in Victoria Falls going to Chobe and returning to Victoria Falls with Africa Uncovered Safaris. Muza, our tour guide, provided exceptional service, from the time he picked us up from our hotel in VF and returned us at the end of our tour. He was incredibly informative, punctual, and thoughtful. The safari experience - where we had an afternoon boat and 3 game drives - allowed us to see giraffes, hippos elephants, crocodiles, jackals, baboons, monkeys, a whole variety of birds giraffes and much more. The experience was incredibly well organized. Muza navigated the complex border requirements with ease staying at our side the entire time. He met with us before and after each activity, always checking in to make sure that we we happy and comfortable, and seemed genuinely interested when we shared our stories of game sightings. Our safari with Meru Slopes was everything one could possibly imagine a great safari should be. We went for a private 8 day tour with one day at Tarangire, one day at Ngorongoro crater, two days in Central and 3 days in Western serengeti. Coordination was seamless and timely. All arrangements were top notch and as promised. Shadrack was a warm welcome to Tanzania. He was open to all our modifications to the itinerary. Our guide Muddy was the star of the show. For 7 days he was an invaluable source of information about the Serengeti. He could spot an animal in the craziest places while driving. And his driving skills were top tier. We saw many cars get stuck in the mud but we never did. Even on our way to the Grumeti airstrip where the roads were more like a suggestion and the car was always a hair's breadth away from spinning out of control, we made it safely and in time. Overall, this was the perfect gateway to safaris for us and we are already planning a return trip.

An unforgettable experience!!!
We booked our Maasai Mara safari through Jocky Tours from May 21st to the 24th, and it was quite the adventure! Our fantastic tour guide and driver, Joseph, picked us up from our hotel in Nairobi in a very comfortable 4x4 land cruiser.
We stayed at the Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, which has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Our cabin was huge, featuring beautiful glass walls on both sides that allowed us to fully enjoy the forest views. The food was good, and the service was excellent, to say the least.
On our arrival day, we visited a local Maasai village where the tribe leader personally took us around—it was such an authentic experience! The following two days were dedicated to solid game drives. Joseph was simply incredible. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but he also knew exactly where to go to find the wildlife.
Booking was seamless; we paid Jocky Tours once, and they took care of everything—transportation to and from Nairobi, our stay at the lovely lodge, and all park entry and game drive fees. We are sad to leave but so hopeful to be back. Joseph really made our trip unforgettable!
