Joseph made my safari dreams come true!
I went on a 4-day safari visiting all three national parks, and it was an great experience. With safaris, your experience is as good as your guide as they are there for 4 days non stop by your side. Our guide, Joseph, was exceptionally knowledgeable - he could tell us fascinating facts about every single animal we encountered. I’m coming back home with a wealth of knowledge that I can now share with everyone.
Josh also had a great sense of humour and kept our group engaged with his fun and “tricky” questions haha it made the long drives lively and entertaining. Although we experienced a few operational challenges along the way, Joseph handled everything calmly and efficiently, making sure the trip ran smoothly.
Our chef Rich was also fantastic, always on time and making the best Tanzanian dishes. He was welcoming when I asked if I can help around the kitchen in the evening. It was part of the experience for me ☺️
Philomena was active on Whatsapp to help with anything and answer any questions quickly.
Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Well organised, great value and good vibes
Cherish were an amazing company. We did the five day safari to Amboseli, Tsavo East and West. We were completely looked after the whole time from having water in the car, meals and accomodation sorted seamlessly and an amazing safari experience. Our guide Francis shared information about Kenya beyond the national parks. He was a complete expert about the animals within the parks and chose the best positions to see the animals up close by knowing how the animals would move. He also gave great tips on where to take the best photos and knew where the lighting would be good. We saw leopards, lions, elephants, hippos, buffalos, cheetahs, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, a tsavo cat and many more. Frances was fun and happy to be around. Our accommodation was amazing with great views, food and facilities. Frances gave us the option to tailor parts of the trip including having a packed lunch in the park, which we loved. The vehicle was very comfortable and we always felt safe. Would recommend 1000/10

Highly recommended, excellent company
We loved our safari with Morning Star. They were really helpful with producing an itinerary based on our preferences, and always responded quickly to our emails. Our two drivers, John and Tim, were both fantastic and really elevated our trip. After a mix-up caused us to miss lunch one day, Morning Star refunded us the cost. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable safari with an agency that cares!
Jambo Masai Tours provided a highly professional and enjoyable safari to Amboseli, Tarangire, Serengeti National Parks and Ngorongoro Crater in October 2025. They were very responsive to emails and helped us to personalise our itinerary in advance of our arrival. Our guide Brighton was excellent and very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals, the landscape, and the culture of Tanzania. We learnt a lot and felt like we were welcomed to Tanzania by a friend. The lodges we stayed at were all fantastic, the food was delicious and even lunch was a hearty meal each time. The vehicle we travelled in was comfortable with lots of space, and we felt at home. If you are considering booking a safari with Jambo Masai Tours, do not hesitate, as you won't regret it! It was everything great! Lamesgn and Abere showed me Addis Abeba in a great way! We made a tour of the Merkato... just WOW! So folkloristic! They show me how to roast the coffee and much more!

Best possible experience with Ernest. He has an amazing knowledge of the country and all species. He has amazing driving skills. We felt so confident and secure with him! We saw almost all animals and he was always extremely friendly and polite. I wish him great success in his new business and recommend him 200% for travelling thru Tanzania!

This safari was our 25th anniversary celebration. Being our first time on safari we didn’t know what to expect. We were very pleasantly impressed. Our guide/driver James played a big part in the overall rating. James was pleasant, friendly, professional and also very funny. We thoroughly enjoyed the 8 days and planning to make a trip back soon.
