Seamless from start to finish, an amazing guide, and a truly unforgettable safari!
5/5

We’ve just returned from an 8-day safari with Meru Slopes, and it was everything we’d hoped for. Almachius made booking easy and was happy to build a custom trip around us, taking in Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. From pickup everything ran smoothly.

Our guide and driver, Nuru, made the week! The kind of person you’re genuinely glad to share a car with for seven days. He knows the region inside out, from trees and birds to wildlife, and went above and beyond at every turn: a superb driver with a sharp eye for spotting, who kept the car spotless and tidy each day. He clearly works with photographers a lot too, and we hugely appreciated how he’d find us the best position, light and background for the animals; and being so well connected with the other guides, he always knew exactly where they’d be.

The lodges were all excellent, but the Signature Luxury Tents in the Serengeti were our favourite, waking up to lions and zebra calling nearby was unforgettable. Thank you to Meru Slopes, Almachius and the team, and a massive special thanks to Nuru, who we feel very lucky to have had as our guide.

They were super reliable, always on time, gave us great advice, and honestly just felt really safe.

Honestly couldn't fault them. They looked after us from start to finish, kept us safe, and were so well organised. They were also incredibly accommodating when we needed to make a couple of last-minute tweaks to the plan

Excellent Safari Experience with Meektrails!
5/5

Choosing Meektrails for my Kenya trip was the best decision ever. The entire trip was smoothly organized, and the stays they booked were excellent.
Huge thanks to Diana for her brilliant itinerary coordination and planning. Being a solo traveler, I was a bit apprehensive initially, but she assured me that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She was incredibly helpful, attentive to what I wanted, and ensured everything was perfectly tailored and stress-free.
My deepest gratitude goes out to my guide, Paul. He is incredibly skilled and deeply knowledgeable about the wilderness. His tracking abilities are unmatched—he knew exactly where to go for the best wildlife sightings, making every single game drive unforgettable.
Highly recommend Meektrails for anyone wanting a perfect safari experience!

Great and varied tour of Uganda.
4/5

We had a great 16-day Pearl of Africa tour of Uganda. Very good, helpful and knowledgable driver/guide. Excellent 'budget' accommodations in and supporting local communities.
Varied activities.

Exceptional
5/5

Jupicon Expeditions provided an exceptional introduction to my Kenya adventure and I recommend them for your own experience!

George, a friendly and professional guide, crafted a two-day itinerary for me. He patiently guided me through the planning process, providing prompt and insightful responses that put me at ease. This allowed me the freedom to make changes to the plan until I was completely satisfied.

On the first day, George was my guide and arrived at my hotel punctually. He let me pace myself during each activity, genuinely delighted by my enjoyment. I thoroughly enjoyed a tour of the Fairview Coffee Estate, an informative walking tour of bustling Nairobi, and the off-the-beaten-path Museum of Illusions.

The following day, I joined a group tour to Nairobi National Park, where I witnessed a diverse array of animals, including a lion! I also visited the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, where I saw 12 adorable baby elephants and learned their stories of perseverance.
The day concluded with a tour of the Giraffe Center.
