We were a group of three who joined Full Package Adventures for a safari at the end of August. Our guide, Kazi, was extremely professional and always put the client experience first. Whatever needs we had, we could consult him. We saw almost all the animals and landscapes we had hoped to see — it was a fantastic trip. In the Northern Serengeti, we were very lucky to witness the wildebeest migration. We waited there for less than half an hour before seeing the most unforgettable moment. At the same time, we built a deep friendship with our guide. He was highly knowledgeable about animal behaviour and knew their habits, sounds, and favourite spots. This trip was truly worth it.

Great safari
We did an eight day safari with Axis Africa covering Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara. Overall our experience with Axis was great - Tabitha was very responsive from my first enquiry and was great to deal with while we tried to narrow down exactly what safari to go for. Our guide Ben was excellent - very chilled, really personable, amazing at spotting animals and finding the best place to park so we could get great pictures. Everything ran very smoothly throughout our safari and Ben was happy to make stops along the way if we needed to. I'd compared a few different companies and Axis came out the cheapest for a private safari - some of our accommodation wasn't amazing but I guess that's reflected in the price. Would highly recommend!

finding the right safari agency is the hardest part for the tour. I had contacted almost more than 30 agencies, and I chose the somewhere in Africa.
and this is my best choice.
Nuhu who had connected me for itinerary is so nice. he didn't push me as the other agency, he answered for around 20 questions, made sure there were no misunderstandings about the itinerary. he is the first one who checked the lodge availability at the 1st itinerary. he worked so clear, fast and well communicated.
For our guide, Charles is the best guide ever. he is so smart, humble and thoughtful. we started game drive from Northern for the great migration, and we saw it around 4times during only 1and a half day. he drives so well, found the animals so fast, and knows about everything in the serengeti wild-life. he answered us every questions. he is also very passionate. when we were watching the leopard on the tree, it was hard to see cause it was hinding in the leaves. Charles kept trying find a good position so all of us could watch the leopard soo well. If i come back to serengeti I'd absolutely do this again with Charles.
Hope my review is helpful to all future visitors, don't hesitate and make a nice deal with this agency and have wonderful experience!!

Great tour operator! Well organised and very enjoyable.
Excellent experience from start to finish! Communication before the trip was very good, and everything was arranged smoothly and on time. The pickup was punctual, and the entire trip was very well organised.
The AA Lodge in Amboseli was fantastic, with a beautiful setting, great service and excellent food.
A special mention goes to my guide, who was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of interesting information and knew exactly where to find wildlife, including several large elephant herds. As I was particularly interested in birdwatching, he also made an effort to focus on birds and helped me spot and identify several species. We spotted also some rare animals like gerenuks, dik-diks and more.
I had an absolutely wonderful time in Amboseli and would definitely recommend this safari experience!

kiliclimb is very caring and flexible operator
We did Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Kiliclimb. We communicated with an agent Jannet a lot, which made us feeling well cared for. Our guide, Julius, was very helpful and knew a lot about nature and wildlife. Everything went smoothly. We had one small issue with the car but it was solved quickly.
The accommodation was very beautiful and luxurious in many ways. We saw a great amount of animals (also all big 5:), partly because our guide was in contact with other drivers.
The price for the tour was rather high for us but it was definitely worth it. We had a perfect holiday thanks to Kiliclimb❤️

Great organising and excellent guiding of an unforgettable safari !!
Right from the start when we were looking to book a 1 week private Safari in Kenya (Lake Naivasha, Nakuru, Masai Mara and Amboseli), from the 3 companies we asked to quote, we got the best response from Jackie (of Shian). The brochure she tailor made for us was the most detailed, colourful and had a full itinerary along with various resort options to choose from depending on our budget. Her communication throughout the process was quick and efficient. She met us on day 1 and even got in touch during the safari to check if we were doing fine.
All the locations that we went to were simply magical with Masai Mara being my personal favourite. I have never seen such pristine nature with so much wildlife in one place. We saw everything we wanted except the elusive leopard. Both our driver/guides (Joseph and Christopher) were top-class guides who knew their routes very well and had immense knowledge about the animals which they willingly shared. They far exceeded my expectations and they always did their very best to help maximise our experience based on our priorities. However luck also plays a part. They were friendly, punctual and in constant communication over radio with other safari guides in the area so we don't miss out in case someone else has spotted something interesting. Note that the the safari vehicles are standard 'pop-up roof' Land Cruisers ATVs (for obvious reasons) and you need to be prepared for long journeys between locations. They were not air-conditioned but I would say they were comfortable for safari vehicles and even had a fridge for cold water which was provided throughout our trip.
The resorts we booked (Sopa and Serena) were all beautifully maintained with lovely rooms and some even had wildlife (zebra, water buck, monkeys) on premise. The food was very good and above all the staff were so courteous and helpful.
I will never forget the sight of watching so many animals in the immense landscape. It was nothing short of magical.
