Our safari was perfectly planned and our guide made it memorable.
We just got back from an amazing 8-day safari. Irine helped me plan the trip and she was incredibly patient with all of my questions and changes to the itinerary. We stayed in mid-range tented camps and were very pleased with most of the accommodations. The newly renovated Ang'ata camp in Tarangire was especially nice but we were a tiny bit disappointed with the Ang'ata Ngorongoro camp; the tents are in need of a refresh but the staff were very kind and gracious. Our Landcruiser was very nice, new and well-equipped. Everything about the trip was very smooth from pick-up at the airport to drop-off.
The best part of the entire experience was our guide, Comfort. He was the best!!! We couldn't have asked for a more professional or more knowledgeable guide. It was evident that he is truly an expert in his field and his passion and enthusiasm were contagious. His ability to spot animals was unreal - we could be bumping along the road and he would spot something so far away and we never encountered a bird or animal that he didn't know. He taught us SO MUCH about Tanzania and about the animals we got to see. Thanks to him we ended up spotting 99 lions and of course we saw the Big Five as well as the Ugly Five. He was so friendly, kind and patient with us. He was an excellent driver and we always felt safe with him. I would strongly suggest that anyone booking with Safari Soles request him as their guide.

A great Safari Experience
We did 2 nights at Ol Pejeta from Nairobi that included drives on 3 separate days. Peter at Africa Flash Mc Tours & Travel was helpful in setting up the tour and answering our questions. Our driver, Felix, made the safari drives wonderful. He was very helpful in finding and identifying animals and was very good at getting us into the positions we wanted for photos or viewing. We loved our trip. We have had 3 separate companies take us on Safari drives in Kenya and Africa Flash Mc Tours & Travel with Felix driving the Land Cruiser was our best experience.

Unbelievable Experience
A truly incredible experience from start to finish. We had difficult flight times arriving late at night and leaving very early in the morning and our guide Suliat was always there to pick us up and drop us off (even with tricky Kigali traffic). We never felt unsafe the entire trip while crossing boarders and driving across the country to hit all the highlights thanks to Kajie and Suliat for taking care of all the logistics! So many unbelievable experiences being feet away from so many different animals while golden monkey, gorilla and chimp trekking. If you’re worried about the food, don’t be! Every lodge and every stop along the way picked by Kajie had delicious food (and often 3 courses!). Thanks so much to Kajie and Suliat for leaving us with such a memorable experience.

Patient, respectful and knowledgeable
The expedition was incredible. We were able to spot 4 out of the big 5. Tom was always on top of everything and allowed us to see the animals from privileged spots without it being too unconfortable for them. He had great knowledge about the different animals and explained a lot during the game drives.
It was my first time on a Safari and it was a great experience. Tom surprised us with a moment outside of the Jeep during sunset for some reflections and sharing. It was really special.

This holiday exceeded our expectations, 10/10.
We're so glad we booked our Kenya safari with Meektrails, since the very first moment we contacted them, Paul gave us all the information we needed, he made the changes we asked for the itinerary and answered every question we had. Our guides, James and Joseph, made our trip so special, sharing about Kenyan culture, they were so nice and friendly, we had a great time. Special mention to Joseph, he is very knowledgeable about animal behavior, we learned so much from him, he has more than 20 years of experience and we were so lucky to have him as our guide. The hotels were really comfortable, the food was really good, we got an upgrade at our hotel in Masai Mara and this was the best place we stayed in Kenya. Hell's Gate bicycle safari was a really nice experience, and also a good way to stretch our legs since most of the time you are in the car moving from one park to another or on game drive. We definitely recommend Meektrails for Kenya safari, they know their way around and they take care of everything, they made us feel really safe and comfortable. You just need to bring a good camera and good binoculars, they look after everything else.

A wonderful experience, personalised, well organised and a brilliant guide.
We were somewhat cautious about booking an "organised" tour having only done so once previously and been greatly disappointed. Not so on this occasion! From starting the booking process Knap Tours were attentive and responsive and communication was superb. We were picked up from our Cape Town Hotel by our Tour Guide, Macdonald, and, as good fortune would have it, we were the only people on the tour so had a lovely comfortable SUV to ourselves with Macdonald. He proved himself to be an excellent driver (this comment from someone who is a lousy passenger!), very flexible and cogniscent of our interests and an amusing companion. We are both less young than we once were (76 and 82) and he tailored the activities with this in mind!
All accommodation was excellent and of a high standard and each day we took Macdonald's recommendation of restaurants and experienced a variety of different cuisines, without exception enjoying every one.
We visited Mossel Bay, Botlierskop Private Game Reserve, Knysna, Bloukrans Bridge (where we declined the opportunity to Bungee Jump!), Tsitsikamma Forest (where with the encouragement and accompaniment of Macdonald one of us managed the River Mouth Walk!), Jeffrey's Bay, Addo Elephant National Park and Oudtschoorn. It's difficult to pick out highlights but and Botlierskop Game Reserve was really beautiful and had a good variety of game and we were able to see some fascinating interaction between species. We finished with a sundowner in the peace and quiet observing the wildlife. Driving through the Garden Route was a lovely experience but, scenically, driving through the Klein Karoo was amazing, such different and spectacular scenery and quite unexpected. We had to miss one highlight which was Cango Caves but, due to recent storms, the road had been washed away.
The tour was really good value, not grossly expensive but of a high standard. We really cannot recommend Knap Tours enough and look forward to perhaps taking another tour with them on our next visit to South Africa.

I visited Arusha National Park, a Maasai village, and Chemka Hot Springs, and every tour was incredibly well organized.
What really made the experience special were the guides. Every single one of them was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made us feel comfortable throughout the trip, and their professionalism made a huge difference. Thanks to them, every excursion was smooth, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable.
Arusha National Park was absolutely beautiful, the visit to the Maasai village was a fascinating cultural experience, and Chemka Hot Springs was incredible and beautiful. Each destination offered something unique, and I enjoyed every moment.
