We booked an 8-day safari through Leonhard and meruslopes, and it was the best decision we could have made. We were more than satisfied with our guide, Jacob. He is very courteous, friendly, and funny. He was able to answer our questions thoroughly and always shared interesting facts. He's also very good at finding animals; thanks to him, we were able to see all of our Big Five, hunt two lions, and much more!

Amazing tour guide, unforgettable 9-day mid range northern circuit Safari experience
We did a 9-day mid range northern circuit safari private tour with Meru Slopes and Tours. We started in Tarangire, the. Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, and ended with Lake Manyara.
Each national park was a unique experience. Each of the parks had their own ecosystem with amazing animals. It was well organized and planned with adequate time spent in each park.
Leonard Mkawi, the organizer, communicated well with us and made sure our trip went smoothly.
Our tour guide Samweli Bahine was simply the best. He was knowledgeable not only about the animals but also about the local flora and fauna, culture, and history. We learned a lot from him. We saw all the Big 5, Ugly 5, Small 5, and some unique animals such as monitor lizard and a variety of birds that looked like dinosaurs. Samweli was on time, kept the vehicle clean, and made sure our food was vegetarian/vegan. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. We learned a lot from him. He was friendly, warm, and kind.
Overall I would highly recommend Meru Slopes and Tours. They are a local tour group and we were very happy with the tour organized by this operator. We wanted to support the local community and we are very glad we chose Meru Slopes and Tours. Unlike other tour operators that are not Tanzanian, where the slim profits may not ever trickle down to the local people, Meru Slopes and Tours is providing employment and development for the local people. We would definitely choose them again. They gave us a safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience in Tanzania.

Absolutely amazing!!
Our safari with Savannah Sound Safaris was absolutely amazing! When we first enquired about maybe doing a safari Patricia reached out to us personally and explained everything to us. It was because of her that we decided to take the leap and come to Kenya. She worked with us to plan the perfect safari, answering all of our questions along the way.
Once we arrived in Nairobi we were met by our guide Duncan who was amazing. He was polite, professional, considerate and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to show us so many different animals and share knowledge about them all. We were lucky enough to see the big five which was a dream come true. You could really tell how passionate Duncan was about the animals and their wellbeing. He also took time to tell us about Kenya, the people and some of the culture which we really appreciated.
Choosing Savannah Sound Safaris was the best decision we made and I would recommend them to everyone.

The Perfect Kenya Safari Adventure
I recently completed an 8-day safari across the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha, and Amboseli National Parks with Axis Africa Safaris, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences of my life.
From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized. The accommodations were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the entire itinerary was planned smoothly, making the trip completely hassle-free.
What made the experience even more special were our guides. We were fortunate to have Jacob for the first two days and John Mwangi for the remainder of the safari. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about wildlife. Thanks to their experience and tracking skills, we were lucky enough to spot all of the Big Five. They shared fascinating insights about the animals and their behavior throughout the journey, patiently giving us plenty of time to enjoy the sightings, capture great photographs, and fully appreciate every moment without ever making us feel rushed.

Amazing and smooth safari experience
We had a wonderful 4 day safari with Jungleroam Safaris and feel like we got to experience everything we wanted and more. Booking of the safari was clean and smooth, and we got the information we needed beforehand, they were also quick to answer any questions we had which made the process easy for us.
We had an exellent experience with our guide, Francis, who communicated everything clear and seemed keen on making our experience memorable, which he definitely managed to do. Very funny and sociable guy. We could not have asked for a better guide.

Amazing Safari Experience at the Chobe Natiornal Park
From the very initial communications Exec Africa Travel showed that they are very dedicated, prepared and reliable by answering many questions we had and giving us various options to suit our group. Manuel was exceptional!
On arrival Manuel & Canaan greeted us in a very friendly way and took good care of us and made sure to accommodate all our needs prior to the safari.
On the Safari we were allocated LT, a very well prepared guide who showed us more than we expected and hoped for! That included a leopard which is a rare sighing. He also accommodated us with other needs that were not related to the Safari!
Definitely the people to look for when visiting this part of the world! Highly recommended

We delegated completely the arrangement of the vacation to CrissCross understanding thatched were the experts. We regretted to have done this instead of putting more time on it ourselves.To know that unexpectedly most iconic places might not be in the itinerary or you would just pass by ( so you need to know which ones these are , so that you can check that they are in the itinerary and with adequate timing). Review in detail the ratings of the booked lodges, some were disappointing as well as the number of rooms that you really need and insist to book what you want. We spent one day in a domain which was more a zoo than a wild reserve and no visit to Etosha (we just cross drived it ).Know that most of the driving is on gravel roads and check that driving time is not more than 3 hours per day, in reality driving time is more than you can read in the itinerary. Some days we spent more than 8 h sitting in a car. This was an average quality salary but not luxury. Briefing prior departing was average, Know that in winter you really need winter clothes in the evening and mornings, in particular driving in open cars. Some of the restaurants in the evening were also under-heated . Guide was however knowledgeable and did his best as disappointments were popping up

Darina spent months helping us plan a tailor-made trip to Uganda, carefully adjusting every detail to make it perfect. Unfortunately, just two weeks before our departure, we had to change our travel dates due to a health issue involving my father. Given the Ebola situation at the time, we decided it would be better to change our destination to Kenya instead.
The Wild Uganda team was incredibly understanding and supportive. They handled everything quickly and smoothly, making a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Darina, for always being there to help!
Once we arrived, our guide, Sam, was fantastic. He was friendly, approachable, and shared so much about Kenyan culture and local life, which made the experience even more meaningful.
As for the safari, Sam did an amazing job. On our very first day, we managed to see four of the Big Five, and later at Lake Nakuru we were lucky enough to spot the fifth. It was an unforgettable experience!
We would also like to give a special mention to Kobe Mara. The staff made us feel completely at home with their warm, personal hospitality, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The camp itself is beautiful—small, peaceful, and located right on the edge of the Maasai Mara, so we were able to watch wildlife while having breakfast and dinner.
A huge thank you to everyone at Wild Uganda for giving us such an unforgettable honeymoon. We still have one dream left—to see the gorillas—and if we ever travel to Uganda, we won’t hesitate to book with you again. ❤️
