Great organization and personal care
We did a 23-day tour in Ethiopia with Arre and Solomon from Arre Tours.
The plan was wonderful.
It included:
- the Danakil Depression
- the Geralta churches
- the Simian Mountains
- the Omo Valley
Everything was as planned and even better than expected. They were very flexible and even made some changes on the way that improved on the original itinerary.

True Maasai guide — experienced, knowledgeable and relentless about finding the best wildlife spots.
This experience has been a trip of a lifetime. The first game drive day was one of the most outstanding and memorable days of my life. Our guide, Richard, was an experienced, traditional Maasai man who answered every question we threw at him and never stopped hunting for the perfect wildlife moment. We saw 3 different prides of lions up close, elephant and giraffe families, leopards, cheetahs, a host of antelope types, hyenas, hippos, birds, and of course the beginning of the Great Migration for wildebeests, zebras and gazelles. The hotels/lodges we stayed at were exceptional and I highly recommend the Enishapai Resort and the Serenity Mara Legends Camp…both worth every bit of their 5 star rating. I’m so very grateful for this experience and what our guide did for us.

My wife and I booked with Meru Slopes for the 6 day safari. Gift Tembo coordinated our booking, he was prompt with text messages and available for phone calls at all times. He also coordinated free accommodation and food for us the night before and after our safari which was incredibly helpful, as well as transportation to and from the airport. Our guide Godfrey was great, he got us all big 5 as well as ugly 5, plus many more animals. Very knowledgeable guide as well. Our chef Salim always prepared good meals on time and provided us plenty of food with every meal. We would happily work with this company again. Well worth the price

An Unforgettable 10-Day Journey Through Ethiopia
My 10-day journey through Ethiopia was truly one of the most incredible travel experiences I’ve ever had. Visiting Addis Ababa, Lalibela, and the Omo Valley gave me the perfect opportunity to discover Ethiopia’s rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and extraordinary cultural diversity.
From the moment I arrived in Addis Ababa, everything was seamlessly organized. A special thank you to Ashu, the manager, whose professionalism, excellent planning, and constant support ensured that every part of the trip went smoothly. His attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Lalibela was simply magical. The ancient rock-hewn churches are beyond words, and learning about their history and spiritual significance made the visit even more meaningful. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Deacon, our guide in Lalibela. His deep knowledge, passion, and heartfelt explanations brought the history and faith of this sacred place to life. It was an experience I will never forget.
The Omo Valley was the highlight of my journey. Meeting the indigenous communities and learning about their unique traditions was an unforgettable cultural experience. A huge thank you to Resh, my Omo Valley guide, whose expertise, kindness, and respect for the local communities made every visit authentic and enriching. His guidance allowed us to connect with the people and their traditions in a meaningful and respectful way.
Throughout the journey, I was constantly impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the Ethiopian people. Every destination offered something unique, from vibrant city life and fascinating history to spectacular scenery and unforgettable cultural encounters.
I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and life-changing travel experience. Ethiopia exceeded all my expectations, and I leave with wonderful memories, new friendships, and a deep appreciation for this remarkable country.

Prompt with a wonderful itinerary
The tour was a really great experience. The value was adjustable based off of your budget with cheaper or more expensive accomodations. We went mid level and we're thrilled with all but 1 place.
Really the star of the show was out guide/driver John Mwangi. He was good to talk to but didn't try to take over the event with his personality. He was attentive and would stop and adjust for any and all shots we wanted of the animals. We managed to see pretty much everything we wanted which was no small feat. He was a really smooth driver, always on time, and went above and beyond to find the best spot every time. He also answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable of the wildlife, park, and culture.
Our tour was for 7 days going from Masai Mara, through to Amboseli.

We booked a shared safari to Tarangire National Park and it exceeded our expectations! Omar was a FANTASTIC guide, so knowable, friendly and funny! He has an infectious laugh and made our trip so fun! He and our driver, Alex, drove us around safely, went to the best spots to make sure we had insane viewing of the animals - many many elephants, zebra, giraffe, lions, antelope, warthogs- all so close it was unbelievable!! Our lunch box was delicious, all our questions were answered with great depth, and overall we had an incredible day! Thank you again to Omar and Alex for making our day so so special and our memories will last a lifetime - Asante sana!! Highly highly recommend

Simply the best .
Me and my wife came to do the safari at kenya in our honeymoon, from the first second we met steve until the last second we have been given the best treatment possible, he made us feel good, relaxed, home . Kenya is a dreamy country but boost safari boosted our visit and made it 10x better! I will definitely recommend safari boost, especially steve for my family and friends.
