Excellent! The service and attention we received from the very first contact regarding trip planning were outstanding. Joshua helped us create an itinerary tailored to our expectations, allowing us to complete the full circuit covering Masai Mara (Kenya), Serengeti (Tanzania), and Ngorongoro (Tanzania). Joshua is highly professional, courteous, and, above all, very honest. We encountered one minor issue at our final accommodation, but Joshua stepped in personally to resolve it immediately. A truly professional and honest individual. We requested private transport and luxury hotels, and the experience was excellent. We had two guide-and-driver teams—one in Kenya and one in Tanzania. Although young, they were all deeply committed and personable, turning a long journey into a wonderful experience. My recommendation to anyone contacting Joshua and Bavuma is to ensure the entire plan is agreed upon and confirmed upfront; in our case, he prepared a detailed, day-by-day itinerary covering the full eight days of the trip. It included everything: airport transfers upon arrival in Kenya, a light aircraft flight to our first stop in Masai Mara, luxury accommodation, transport, meals, safari drives, and a hot air balloon ride. The service was excellent. The Tanzania team, in particular—Esteban (guide) and Barack (driver)—was delightful; they were highly professional, punctual, and friendly. We had evaluated many agencies while planning our trip, but it was often difficult to get a response, secure good pricing, or find someone willing to accommodate all our requests—yet Joshua delivered on everything. Bavuma Wild Quest is definitely an excellent choice for a safari.

A perfectly organised safari.
Emmelyn organised a last minute safari for my husband and I. It was a 4 night Okavango Delta trip using two camps . She arranged the flights from Johannesburg ,all the way through to the camps, the pick ups, chose the camps etc. It was a most perfect itinerary....very well organised. We had a great time.

The organization was spot-on, communication was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and caring.
They were super responsive when we had to make last-minute changes to our itinerary, handling everything quickly and professionally. The wildlife sightings were amazing—we saw so many animals in the wild!

Jungleroam Safaris is Incredible!!
I chose this company because of great reviews as well as prompt communication from the start. Chesi returned messages within a few hours maximum. Some other companies didn't respond for 3 days. The value with Jungleroam was excellent. From hotel pickup to hotel drop off, we had the most amazing 4 days/3 nights we could imagine. Elias took great care of us and was an excellent guide in every way. He was prompt and on-time throughout the trip. His English is very good. I give Jungleroam Safaries and Elias the strongest recommendation possible. Book with them and you will not be disappointed!

Our Kenya and Tanzania safari with Amazing Memories Safari truly was the trip of a lifetime. From the very beginning, everything was exceptionally well organised, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of this incredible adventure.
A very special thank you to Nevill, whose professionalism, patience and attention to detail were outstanding. His communication before and throughout the trip was excellent, every question was answered promptly, and every aspect of the itinerary was carefully planned. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his genuine commitment to ensuring we had the best possible experience was evident throughout.
We were also fortunate to have two outstanding driver-guides, both named Francis. They were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife. Their experience and enthusiasm meant we enjoyed countless unforgettable sightings, and they always made sure we were in the best position to observe and photograph the animals while ensuring our safety and comfort.

Amazing, lovely experience!
We booked a 7-day safari from Masai Mara to Amboseli and it was amazing! We got to meet two great drivers, Jeff and Thomas, who were both a joy to travel with and get to know. They both had a lot of experiance, gave insightful information and showed us everything we wanted to see and more! Everything was very well organized, smooth and punctual. All in all a great experience worth every penny!

Great value safari with a few unexpected challenges
This agency offers fair pricing and managed to book our favourite lodges unavailable via other agents. Pre-trip replies were timely and helpful.
We met a few hiccups on safari: our vehicle had two mechanical faults causing delays, with long seven-hour drives between locations. Binoculars we expected were not provided, and wildlife sightings mostly relied on following other vehicles.
Our guide Anthony was lovely, knowledgeable about animals and Kenya, and great to talk to. A small wish: a slightly quicker driving pace for transfers.
Overall a budget-friendly pick. Do keep an open mind for unexpected safari situations. The team were helpful, and Anthony fixed the vehicle to get our trip back on track.
