Amazing Tanzania safari with Top Selected Tours, incredible wildlife, and unforgettable memories!
Our 6 day, 5 night safari with Top Selected Tours was an unforgettable experience. Coming from New Zealand, I spent a lot of time researching the right company, wanting to choose a trusted operator while also supporting local, and we’re so glad we chose them!
Everything was so well organised from the start, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the journey. Our itinerary took us through Lake Manyara, Lake Natron, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park, with each destination offering something unique, from stunning landscapes to incredible wildlife encounters.
We were lucky enough to see the major drawcard animals, along with lots of others!
A special thank you to Jackson, who truly made the trip exceptional. His knowledge, passion, and dedication were outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us spot wildlife and shared so many fascinating insights along the way. His enthusiasm and love for what he does really enhanced the whole experience.
The accommodation was excellent throughout, the food was good, and everything ran smoothly. We always felt well looked after and appreciated the care taken in every detail.
We are so grateful to the Top Selected Tours team, and especially Jackson, for an experience we will never forget. I highly recommend them to anyone dreaming of a Tanzanian safari this truly was the adventure of a lifetime!

Tanzanian wilderness loop with our clan
Booking a 4-day wilderness expedition across Lake Manyara and the Serengeti highlands with children felt daunting, yet the whole journey unfolded smoothly. Our six-member squad shared an extended vehicle driven by Jeremy, whose tracking skills led us straight into sight of resting cheetahs, towering giraffes, and hippos cooling off near marshlands. Having built-in power sockets preserved our devices, while the onboard cooler provided refreshing beverages during warm afternoons. Lodging selections offered delicious dinners and peaceful rest throughout our stay. Excellent coordination altogether!
Amazing Safari - Ahmed was amazing
The trip was amazing from start to finish with the star of the show being our guide from Axis called Ahmed. He was an excellent, safety co avios driver and extremely knowledgeable about Kenya, its people and wildlife. Genuinely made the trip one of the best we’ve done anywhere in the world.

Best safari experience
I was picked up in the morning to the main meeting point, after which we drove to masai Mara. This was one of the best experiences in my life, we saw 4 of the big 5’s (including the black rhino!) in only 2 days thanks to our experienced guide Andrew. Would definitly recommend asking for him specifically if you book through Axils .

An unforgettable safari with the very best guide!
What an amazing 7-day safari we had! We visited Tarangire, the Serengeti (Central and Northern), and the Ngorongoro Crater. It was an incredible itinerary with so many beautiful moments and unforgettable wildlife encounters.
And yes… we saw the Big Five! 🐘🦁🐆🦏🐃 An experience we will never forget.
Our trip was made even more special by our wonderful guide, Simon. Thanks to his incredible knowledge, expertise, and love for Tanzania, he showed us so much and taught us a great deal. He always seemed to know exactly where to go and shared fascinating stories and facts about the animals, nature, and the country along the way.
But Simon was not only a fantastic guide; he was also incredibly friendly, fun, and full of humour. We laughed so much together, and thanks to him, we even learned quite a few Swahili words along the way. This made our safari not only special, but also a lot of fun and very personal.
We had a truly unique experience during these seven days and enjoyed every moment of it. The beautiful landscapes, incredible wildlife, and especially Simon’s personal guidance made this trip an unforgettable experience.

Perfect experience with Axis safari and Kelvin

Great experience at a fair price
We had a great experience with Axis Safari, being from the first time in Kenya. We booked the 4 day tour.
Naivasha lake and the walking safari were great, as well as Maasai Mara. The accommodation at Wild Nest was very good.
The entry to the Maasai Village is 20 USD and after they take you to show the homes, they will try to sell some objects much overpriced. You can negotiate them at the village market which you visit at the end and buy them for a correct price.
Nakuru is also a great place to visit for thr birds or Rhino. For accommodation, El-Dorado was below expectations
We had John Mwangi as a guide, who is a great driver and very knowledgeable, even though he was not so talkative, but he answered all our questions and we found out a lot of things about the Park, the wild animals. John offered some of the best spots for pictures and videos, he is very skilled and we definitely recommend him as a guide.

A very informative tour of Maasai village
At the end of a safari tour, we added this day-trip to see the Olpopongi Maasai village, operated by Hilltop. Daniel of Hilltop quickly responded to our inquiry, provided quotes for different vehicles. From there, the communication via WhatsApp was smooth. Hilltop was flexible with arrangements.
We had four people in the group, and we needed to be dropped off at the Kilimanjaro airport. Hilltop made it without a glitch.
Daniel and David of Hilltop also accompanied us during the tour, and took group pictures for us. They brought bottled water and other drinks, for the village lunch didn't include drinks.
Overall, Hilltop's service exceeded my expectations.

It’s great! No Regret
I submitted my request on this website, Dallas reached me almost right away, I have been talking to him for almost half year to finalize my trip. I am very satisfied about my trip, and our driver Ali is very experienced. We saw all Big Five and Three times animal crossing which is amazing. Very highly recommend. This safari tour makes me fall in love with Africa.
