Best Weekend in the Bush!
We approached Ranger Buck to help us arrange a bush trip for a special birthday. Within days, they came back to us with a range of options at various price points.
We ended up choosing Kateka Safari & Wellness in the Klaserie reserve and it was nothing short of incredible. The staff and facilities were the best I have ever experienced in the bush. Our meals were prepared by a talented and skilled chef and were delicious!
Darren and Enoch took us on morning and afternoon game drives. Their knowledge and love for the bush made the drives exciting and interesting.
Overall it was an 11 out of 10 experience and we will definitely be using Ranger Buck for all our bush trips going forward!

Overall, good experience for the price. Everyone was professional and the tour was delivered as discussed before.
Some issues with ponctuality, with almost 2 precious hours lost in the first day due to an avoidable delay, which dictated an absence of actual "game drive" in the Serengeti.
The guide and cook were young and both very friendly and helpful, altough sometimes seemed disoriented in the stops along the way and finding the spots to sleep and pickup food.
The vehicle was alright but quite old, without functioning outlets to charge phones and with some clear mechanical issues (the windshield cleaner was broken, making the drive in the rain very dangerous, and the velocimeter did not work at all). However, the guide was very careful when driving, trying his best not to put us in any risk.
The food was very well prepared by our cook. We had beer/soft drinks in the first meal (not in the others).
The parks are beautiful and full of wildlife, making the journey unforgetable even with some small issues to fix by the company

Highly reliable Company, very satisfied
Wonderful experience with Serengeti Green Safari through Serengeti central and North, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro. We stayed 6 days but time went so fast and we wished we had stayed more. Next time we will add Tarangire. Excellent and flawless organization by Sadick, super guide Goodluck, probably the best driver of all Tanzania, he showed us the beautiful flora and fauna of the se Majestic parks. We had the time of our life and we couldn't ask for a better Company

Thoughtful advice and timely support for the best Zimbabwe experience
We recently returned from a trip to Zimbabwe arranged by Claire, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Even though I booked on short notice, she quickly suggested excellent lodge options and guided me through everything I needed to know. We didn’t want to go either super budget or overly luxury, and she helped us find the perfect balance within our budget. Since we also didn’t have much time to prepare, I ended up asking her even the smallest questions. She always answered patiently and thoroughly, which made us feel comfortable and well prepared before we start our trip.
Ivory Lodge in Hwange National Park which we were able to book thanks to Claire's recommendation was a true highlight. Elephants visited twice during our three-night stay and being able to watch them so close was unforgettable. The lodge’s private concession was a real advantage, since our guide always seemed to know exactly where to go for wildlife. We were lucky to be on game drives made the experience even more special, and the staff at the lodge were wonderfully attentive.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a hotel upgrade arranged by Claire, which felt like such a privilege. Beyond the safari, our itinerary for Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park was perfectly organized as well. Everything ran seamlessly, which allowed me to finally switch off and enjoy Zimbabwe. This was our first Safari experience and we totally loved it. We really hope we could do next trip to Africa in near future and we’ll definitely reach out to Claire again. She knows exactly how to turn your vague ideas into a perfect trip!

I went on a nine-day safari in Tanzania with my two children (aged 13 and 15).
Godfrey, the head of African Traits, personally helped us plan a great route with beautiful accommodations. He was very dedicated and responded to my messages from Switzerland within hours.
A few weeks before departure, he helped us think of everything important so that we would be perfectly prepared for entry with visas, vaccinations, etc.
From the very first minute, everything went smoothly – the organisation was top-notch, the accommodation was beautifully located and the programme was perfectly coordinated.
Our safari trip through Tanzania was simply unforgettable!
A very special highlight was our guide Benjamin – absolutely professional, incredibly experienced and with a keen sense for nature and animals. He responded perfectly to the three of us travellers with a keen sense of our wishes. Not only did he answer all of our questions with great knowledge, but he also made sure that we were able to see spectacular wildlife – including lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo and even a leopard.
Unlike some other guides, he always respected the animals and never forced anything, which I really appreciated.
As a mother of two children, I felt very safe every second. We were in the Serengeti National Park.

Ranger Buck Safaris gave us the absolute dream trip of a lifetime!
We used Ranger Buck Safaris for our trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe. Everything was absolutely top notch and we could not have been more pleased! Every detail was considered. The guides were excellent, the accommodations were exceptional, and this was hands down the best trip we have taken. When it became clear it would rain on one of our days in Cape Town, Ranger Buck went to extraordinary lengths to make sure we got to do our most important outdoor things on the sunny day and to fill our rainy day with amazing experiences. When the airline failed to put two of our bags on the flight to Sabi Sands, Ranger Buck stepped in to make sure our bags were delivered to us as quickly as possible. When our teenage son left his very expensive camera in the hotel room in Cape Town, Ranger Buck found a way to courier it to us at our safari lodge. We loved everything about this trip and cannot wait to book another trip to Africa. When we do, we will absolutely use Ranger Buck Safaris again.

The company provide very prompt responses, whatever at the beginning or in subsequent communicates. They also help to golf booking in Nairobi, which is very helpful.
We should say thanks to Ben, our driver, who is a responsible and helpful person. He drove the car very smoothly and He knew lots of animals. We did spent a wonderful time in Safari!
BTW, they can communicate via WeChat, which is very convenience for Chinese people, like me, hh...

Perfect 8-Day Safari – Tarangire, Lake Natron, Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Lake Manyara with Guide Nuru
We had the most amazing experience during our 8-day safari with Meru Slopes Tours & Safaris. From the very first moment until our return to Arusha, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations.
Our guide Nuru was simply outstanding – extremely knowledgeable, always friendly, and with a fantastic sense of where to be at the right time. Thanks to him, we were able to see an incredible variety of wildlife, from large elephant herds and lions on the hunt to countless birds and even the more elusive animals. He always made sure we had the best possible viewing spots while avoiding the big crowds.
The itinerary covered a wonderful variety of landscapes: Tarangire with its majestic baobabs and elephants, the dramatic scenery of Lake Natron, the endless plains of the Serengeti, the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, and the lush beauty of Lake Manyara. Each park had its own magic, and together they made for an unforgettable journey.
The accommodations and meals were far better than we expected. Every day we enjoyed freshly prepared food, often served as proper picnics in the middle of nature, which made the experience even more special. We never felt rushed, and the team always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
