Our safari experience was excellent. Jordan is really great and experienced, he was kind and explained us everything we saw. He drove us to see everything form the best spots, helping us to have the best view of all animals with patience and experience. Prompt responder and quick to solve issues
Rodgers was very responsive with the multiple queries we had before going on the safari - this made us feel very safe even before embarking on the trip. When met with an issue with the guide at the safari, Rodgers was quick to fix the issue and came all the way to get us. He also noted certain accomodation requests we had and went out of the way to ensure those were communicated to the hotels and met. Many thanks for the awesome experience!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience – Highly Recommend Extra Miles!
We had an absolutely amazing time on our trip! Our guide, Simon, was fantastic—highly responsible, incredibly proactive, and with an eagle eye for spotting wildlife. He helped us find so many animals hidden in the bush that we definitely would have missed on our own.
The entire itinerary was beautifully organized by Winnie. Her arrangements were incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. Throughout the journey, she frequently checked in with us to ensure everything was going perfectly and to ask if we had any additional needs.
If I ever travel here again, I will without a doubt choose Extra Miles. I highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone looking for a top-tier travel agency!

Brian the guide was amazing and extremely welcoming and helpful not only to us as his guests but even to other guests surrounding him. He made the tour super easygoing and fun! Also, he puts the safari car at its best position everytime we spot the animals and on top of that, you are not only going to enjoy the safari journey but also the F1 driver that he is! We had such an amazing experience from start to finish! Communication was smooth and responsive, the service was excellent, and everything was well-organized and reliable. Our guide was an incredible driver, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our safari special. The tour itself was unforgettable, with amazing wildlife sightings, beautiful moments, and even a great playlist for the drives! Overall, we felt that we received excellent value for money and would happily recommend this experience to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. The only thing could have been improved is the pack lunch, I wish there could have been variety coz we had fried chicken for almost 5 days. Haha. It taste good though.

The Guide & Driver
Our guide was a true professional. His knowledge of the wildlife, the parks, and the local ecosystem was remarkable—he explained every animal's behavior, habitat, and unique characteristics in fascinating detail, answering every question with patience and genuine enthusiasm. What truly set him apart was his incredible driving skill. He navigated some seriously challenging terrain—muddy tracks, rocky paths, deep ruts—with complete confidence and control, making us feel safe at all times. His "eagle eye" for spotting wildlife was astonishing; he noticed animals from distances we never would have caught on our own, and he positioned the vehicle perfectly for the best viewing and photography angles every single time.
The Wildlife
Thanks to our guide's expertise and sharp instincts, we saw an extraordinary number of animals—far more than we ever imagined. He knew exactly where to go and when, always putting us in the right place at the right moment. Every game drive felt like a new adventure, and we never went long without a memorable sighting. His running commentary made each encounter richer; we didn't just see the animals, we understood them.
The Accommodation
The hotels and lodges we stayed at were excellent. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated, they provided the perfect place to rest and recharge between game drives. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere added so much to the trip. Waking up in such serene surroundings before heading out for another day of adventure was a real treat.
Overall Verdict
This was, without question, a perfect safari experience.

Unforgettable Safari Experience in Tanzania!
We had a wonderful experience with Serengeti Smile! Francisca was incredibly patient and responsive during the planning process, adjusting the itinerary many times to meet our needs. The lunch box on the first day was delicious. Our guide Zakaria was fantastic — despite a few unexpected issues on the road, he solved them all and helped us find almost every animal we hoped to see within our limited time. The vehicle was a bit old, but it was cleaned thoroughly every day. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable trip. Highly recommended!
