Wonderful experience
Safari was so amazing with the driver David Mikami. He was such an amazing driver. He made sure to see Big Five and we saw them all. He knows where and which spot to see the best every time. Also, he is literally very good driver the way he put the break on the rough road. You won’t get car sick with him.
We really enjoyed it overall. Hotels were mostly very clean and had hot water available. Foods are good every time. It was more than I expected.
We recommend the tour with this company. Thank you so much.

Reliable Room Booking & Guide Exceeded All Expectations
1. The trip went exactly as scheduled. There were no hiccups with the hotels, and the scenery was stunning.
2. It rained on our arrival in Naivasha. Our walking safari was nearly rescheduled to the next day. However, our guide kept a close eye on the weather, and we managed to complete it on the same day without disrupting our itinerary.
3. Guide Eli was absolutely fantastic. He could name every animal in Chinese, and also gave slow, detailed English explanations about animal behaviours and differences between species. We learned an enormous amount.
4. He was flexible with safari timings. We spotted all the animals we hoped to see, and every expectation was fully met.

Amazing Safari
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience with Serengeti Clarity! From the very beginning, everything was planned perfectly, and we were so happy with how the entire trip turned out.
A special thank you to our guide, Chalamila, who truly made the experience unforgettable. We were a group of seven people sharing one vehicle, which could easily have made it difficult to accommodate everyone’s wishes and expectations. However, Chalamila did an incredible job of making sure everyone was happy and had the best possible experience. He was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile for us.
The safari itself was incredible, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We were also very impressed with all of the accommodations throughout the trip — every place we stayed was amazing and added to the overall experience.

Great service and excellent value for money
Elephant Herd Tours was arranged through our BnB hosts and we couldn't compliment them enough on their choice. We were picked up at our accommodation early morning and the experience was everything we expected and more. Our goal was to see a leopard and this happened in the first hour. The guide was great providing good information.

A Seamless Safari Experience from Start to Finish
We had a safari tour in Amboseli, and overall, we were very satisfied with the experience.
First of all, we were in contact with Silas from Rocktrek regarding the booking and schedule. He was always polite and clear in his communication, which made the whole process very comfortable from the beginning.
We especially appreciated how much he helped with our border crossing from Kenya to Tanzania. We initially thought we would simply be dropped off at the border, but he went beyond that and helped make sure we were properly handed over to the local taxi driver. He had already contacted the taxi driver in advance and took care of the process, so we were able to cross the border without worrying about the transportation afterward.
Our guide, Linus, was also very kind and professional. He was a good and safe driver, and he knew a lot about the animals, so he gave us many interesting explanations during the safari. He was also punctual and always tried his best to show us as many animals as possible.
We especially appreciated that he waited for us while we completed the exit and entry procedures at the border and made sure we were safely handed over to the taxi driver afterward. We were really touched by how carefully he took care of us until the very end.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire experience, from the booking process to the safari and the border transfer. Thank you for making our trip such a good experience!

Five stars entirely for Bakari—the best guide in Tanzania!
Bakari is the best guide in Tanzania! With 16 years of guiding experience, he is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and caring. Everything was well planned, he was always punctual, and he kept every promise. We felt completely at ease in his hands.
We visited in early October, outside the peak migration season, yet Bakari helped us witness three wildebeest river crossings in a single day—an unforgettable experience! His driving skills are excellent. Even on days when he drove for 10–11 hours, he never complained and always remained patient and attentive. He even helped us take photos along the way.
What makes Bakari truly special is his warmth. He looked after us like family, and traveling with him felt like having a kind, dependable uncle by our side.
However, our experience with their partner guide from Mufasa in Kenya was very disappointing. We found that guide extremely unreliable, and this resulted in our planned two-day Amboseli itinerary being reduced to just one day of safari. To be absolutely clear, my five-star rating is 100% for Bakari and the outstanding experience he gave us in Tanzania.
I will definitely return to Tanzania, and when I do, I will choose Bakari again. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
