We booked a nine-day private safari with Tanzania Safari Experience and wholeheartedly recommend them.
From the planning stage onwards, Laurent provided excellent personal service. He responded to our many messages and questions incredibly quickly, gave clear and detailed answers, and took our preferences into account. Having someone so responsive and helpful made organising the trip much easier. The arrangements for our onward journey to Zanzibar and the transfers were also handled smoothly.
We particularly appreciated Laurent’s willingness to adapt the itinerary to the wildlife activity at the time. After discussing the situation with our guide, he recommended spending one fewer night in the central Serengeti and an additional night in the north to give us more time near the migration. He explained his reasoning clearly, and we were happy to agree. For us, it turned out to be an excellent decision.
Our guide, Praygod, was fantastic. He was reliable, knowledgeable, very well organised and genuinely enjoyable to travel with. He shared so much about the wildlife and the Serengeti, and consistently made an effort to give us the best possible experience. Spending several days on safari together, we really appreciated his easygoing manner and enthusiasm.
We had many wonderful wildlife sightings, with a successful Mara River crossing on our final safari day as the unforgettable highlight. Of course, a sighting like this can never be guaranteed, which made us feel even more fortunate to experience it.
We also really enjoyed the accommodation, particularly our final camp - Sero Camp. The warm hospitality and delicious food made it a lovely place to finish our safari.
From the communication and planning to the guiding and the experience itself, everything came together beautifully. A huge thank you to Laurent – we would choose Tanzania Safari Experience again without hesitation!

Amazing first safari experience with Philip
We did a private 3-day/4-night safari in Masai Mara and we are really happy that we have done it.
Sighting the nature and animals in the wild is really an amazing experience and our guide Philip really made it top notch by being always caring about what we wanted to do, trying to make our experience as unique as possible and by always answering our various questions on the National Park and its wild life!
If you ever have the opportunity to go on a safari in Kenya, we definitely recommend going with Lenchada and Philip!

Beyond expectations! Great guide, organisation and flexibility!
Booked via safari bookings. Process was smooth and easy. Communication with Lulu (Elvis) was done via Whatsapp. Questions were asmswered promptly and support offered were needed. A minor hiccup on the first day for some organisational stuff but was smoothed out quick and easy.
My guide was Samuel and he was excellent. Not only did he put up with me for 10 days by himself, he could also answer any questions and gave me many tips and insights. Really enjoyed the conversations.
All booked accommodations were above what I expected with excellent service above what I am used too.
Game drives were all great! Got to see all Big 5 and then some. All the rangers needed for additional activities (Bwindi, Kibale, walking safari and night game drive in Mburo) were also all great and very patient.
The community excursions also need to be recommended, especially to the Fatwa people, very insightful, very friendly and super interesting. Learned a lot.
The tour was not cheap but overall worth every cent spent.

This was my third experience with axis and i was again delighted. The communication with Lenox was very kind and effective. The prices are very competitive and the service is excellent. National parks are incredible and Rodger our guide could find any animal, his knowledge about wildlife is very extensive, he drives very carefully and can find the best spot to picture the wildlife in dream landscape.9

Best experience ever!
We had hooked a 5-day private safari in Masai Mara and it was really a perfect experience. The trip was custom made with several options to choose from. Although our original stay was different from where we landed, the one proposed was very much better.
Our driver/guide, John, was amazing. We felt very comfortable with HIM and had lots of fun. Moreover, he showed us all Masai Mara wildlife, even the big five which is quite rare.
We haring of the best travel experience ever!! We highly recommend them.

A great surprise !
A truly lovely team! Christine was waiting for us at the entrance to the park to welcome us and help us with our tickets.
It was a wonderful drive through the park. The drivers were constantly on the lookout, doing their best to show us as many animals as possible. We were lucky enough to see giraffes, rhinos, buffaloes, gazelles and impalas, catch a glimpse of a leopard, and even spot a lioness hiding behind the tall grass.

Going on safari in Africa has been a dream for many years and when we were planning our trip, our challenge was how to combine gorilla trekking, which was a major highlight, with the savannah style safari where you see all the ‘Big Five’ and other iconic African animals. Kubwa provided a brilliant solution: one week in Uganda and one week in Kenya. In addition to seeing gorillas in their natural habitat, which was a phenomenal experience, Uganda left a lasting impression on us. Charles infectious enthusiasm, passion for his country and its natural wonders, along with his encyclopedic knowledge of flora and fauna made our week with him very special. The icing on the cake was the personal send off went we received on the day we flew from Uganda to Kenya, for the second half of our trip. The farewell started with a phone call from Kubwa Five Safari’s owner, Joseph, and culminated in Betty and Shantel, from Kubwa’s Uganda office, meeting us in Entebbe and escorting us to the airport alongside Charles and Aloysious, Charles understudy guide.
