Priscah was very kind, friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. They picked us up from the airport, took us back to our hotel after the safari and arranged our transfer to the airport.

Made our once in a lifetime trip, one we will ever forget!
Our family of three recently returned from an unforgettable four-day, three-night private safari with Serengeti African Tours, visiting Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Antonia made the planning effortless: she answered every question, handled all the details, visited us the day before departure to make sure we were ready, and even arranged an airport transfer for the day after our safari. Our guide, Gift, was patient, experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the parks and wildlife. He was also a great driver, navigating the safari routes with confidence and skill. He made it his mission to help us see the Big Five—and we did, along with so much more! His humour and company made every day enjoyable. Gift truly went above and beyond when a member of our family misplaced a necklace at Land of Nature Camp. He contacted the camp, confirmed that it had been found, and coordinated with another guide and guest to have it returned to us the next day in the Ngorongoro Crater. We were incredibly grateful for his dedication. Having a private safari made the experience relaxed and personal, and the entire trip exceeded our expectations! Our family of three recently returned from a wonderful four-day, three-night private safari with Splendid Vacations, exploring Lake Nakuru and the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Rachael made the arrangements feel easy from the outset, taking care of the planning details and ensuring we felt well supported, not only before the trip began, but also while we were on safari. Our guide, Julius (who we affectionally called, Dusty!), was an excellent driver with a great sense of humour. He readily answered our questions and was clearly committed to helping us have the best possible experience. His patience, and ours, paid off when we got to see the wildebeest crossing at the Mara River! His thoughtful service extended beyond the game drives: on our final night, he helped arrange a special birthday celebration for a member of our party, creating a memorable finish to the safari. We appreciated the care that went into every part of our journey and would gladly recommend Splendid Vacations, and especially Julius, to anyone planning a Kenyan safari!

Thomas Made Our Kenya Safari Unforgettable!
We recently returned from a wonderful safari in Kenya with Spirit of Kenya. Our visit was late September. Although we experienced a few disappointments with our accommodations, our guide, Thomas, made the trip truly exceptional!
Thomas was without question the highlight of our safari. His wildlife knowledge, understanding of animal behavior, and ability to find incredible sightings were outstanding. What impressed us just as much was his genuine connection to the park community and surrounding areas. His respect for the animals and commitment to responsible guiding were especially admirable.
Thomas consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. He was thoughtful, flexible, and genuinely invested in making our experience special.
Filipa at Spirit of Kenya was helpful in planning our itinerary, but we were disappointed that two of our accommodations were undergoing construction without advance notice.
At Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge, construction barriers obstructed much of the beautiful property, and temporary dining arrangements were kind of ridiculous. At Zebra River Camp, construction noise and dated rooms were disappointing considering the price we paid. However, the entire staff was excellent, and the food was very good. Kandili Camp was fantastic, with wonderful staff, lovely accommodations, and excellent value. It was the true tent camp style we were hoping for and we had an excellent night drive there.
I’d encourage anyone booking a safari to ask about the current condition of their lodges and whether any construction is planned during their stay.
Despite these accommodation disappointments, Thomas made our safari unforgettable. His kindness, knowledge, professionalism, and genuine respect for Kenya’s people and wildlife made all the difference. He even helped us sort out a flight issue that we had that had nothing to do with the Spirit of Kenya booking. He fixed what no one else could when he didn't have to.
If you’re booking with Spirit of Kenya, I highly recommend requesting Thomas as your guide! We would gladly travel with him again.

An Unforgettable Safari with Seresafari Africa – Ask for Calvin!
My wife and I booked a two-day safari with Seresafari Africa to celebrate our second wedding anniversary, and it was honestly one of the most incredible experiences of our lives!
With so many safari companies to choose from, we were initially unsure who to book with. Seresafari Africa stood out through their reviews and photos, and from our very first enquiry, they were attentive, responsive and incredibly helpful, advising us on our itinerary and the best camps to stay at.
From the moment we landed in the Serengeti, our guide Calvin made us feel welcome. We were blown away by the customised spare-wheel cover featuring a photo of my wife and me on our safari vehicle! We also received Maasai outfit gifts, and Calvin had arranged a special anniversary lunch with cake and drinks. These unexpected touches made our celebration even more special.
The safari itself was phenomenal! Over two days, we saw an incredible variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, hyenas and so much more. Seeing baby animals was a particular highlight for my wife! Calvin was exceptionally knowledgeable, sharing fascinating facts and showing incredible patience whenever we wanted extra time to observe animals and capture photographs.
A special mention must also go to Kelvin, the director, who routinely checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and was always quick to respond to our messages. To top it all off, he personally met us at the airport afterwards to wish us a happy anniversary and present us with another sentimental gift! This level of personal care genuinely sets Seresafari Africa apart.
The vehicle was spacious, clean and comfortable, with unlimited soft drinks and chilled water throughout our game drives. Everything was well organised, and both Calvin and Kelvin went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.
We cannot thank Seresafari Africa enough for making our anniversary so special. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality and personal touches made this feel like so much more than a safari. We have memories we will treasure for a lifetime.

Our safari experience in Tanzania was truly unforgettable, thanks to our fantastic guide, Kelvin. He was incredibly knowledgeable about so many subjects, from local culture and language to the animal kingdom and native flora. One of the highlights was listening to him explain the delicate balance of the ecosystem and how the animals and plants we encountered all played a role in maintaining the biosphere’s homeostasis. His ability to bring nature to life made every sighting even more fascinating.
Beyond his knowledge, he was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and intuitive to our needs, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We also really appreciated him teaching us a few Swahili phrases along the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Tanzania!

We had an absolutely amazing safari experience and couldn’t have asked for anything better! Everything was perfectly organized, the lodges were beautiful and far more luxurious than we had ever expected, and the entire trip exceeded our expectations.
A very special thank you goes to our incredible guide, Zuma! He truly made our safari unforgettable. He always understood exactly what we wanted and did everything he could to make our experience special. He drove confidently and safely, knew the best places to find wildlife, and managed to show us all of the Big Five! His knowledge, experience, and friendly personality made every day exciting. There was never a dull moment! We also really appreciated having drinks available during our game drives, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The accommodation throughout the trip was another highlight. Every lodge was beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly luxurious. We were amazed by the quality and the wonderful atmosphere at every stop.
Everything was excellent from beginning to end, but Zuma deserves special recognition for his outstanding service, professionalism, and warm personality.
We would recommend this safari to anyone without hesitation! If you are lucky enough to have Zuma as your guide, you are in the very best hands. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories that we will cherish forever! 🌍❤️
