Kitonga Tours & Safaris provided my girlfriend and I with an experience that will never be forgotten. Their staff was very cordial and professional throughout the entire process. Because of the safari guides' enthusiasm and expertise, every wildlife drive was both entertaining and instructive. They made sure we saw lions, elephants, and cheetahs, among other species we had intended to see, and we adored how customized the service was. Everything about the vacation went smoothly, including the lodging and transportation, and we always felt secure and taken care of. Thanks to his expert tracking skills and understanding of animal behavior, we saw everything from a cheetah hunt to a river crossing!

Anna was great and helped me make my dream come true
Anna was very helpful and even though everything was at the very last moment she understood my situation and did the maximum to make my dream to see gorillas in Volcano park come true. She answered all my questions and reassured me that it is absolutely ok to travel on my own. My guide was very nice, helped with everything. He collected me in Kigali, drove me there and on the way back we stopped at the Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund. Permit to see gorillas is expensive but it is an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend Anna more highly.

I had quite a few questions (and some last-minute requests), but she answered every single one with great detail and warmth. She customized our trip exactly the way we wanted, and her communication throughout was prompt and reassuring. Thanks to her, we felt completely at ease even before the safari began.
During our safari, we were lucky to have Yaseen as our guide, and I can confidently say he made the trip unforgettable. From the very beginning, he treated us like family – always looking out for us, making sure we were comfortable, and going above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. His knowledge of the Masai Mara was outstanding; he shared so many interesting facts about the wildlife, their behaviors, and the ecosystem, which made every sighting meaningful.
What stood out most was how genuinely caring and thoughtful he was. He never rushed us, always gave us plenty of time to enjoy the moments and take photos, and patiently answered every question we had. Whether it was finding the perfect spot for a sunrise view or helping us with little details during the trip, Yaseen made sure every moment felt special.
Even though we didn’t manage to see the entire Big Five, the overall experience was nothing short of magical – and that’s thanks to the way Yaseen guided us and the way Jackie planned everything.

Informative,interactive and very professional
This was so unbelievably on point. Initially I had made plans on how to spend my vacation with experiences from friends who had traveled for a safari. Luckily I was introduced to this guys and I couldn't believe my world. From trip planing,accommodation,hospitality and professional staff was just top notch and amazing,then surprisingly i ended up spending way less than i had budgeted for and an experience i had never anticipated . This guys have a way to rock you world in an amazing way. I'd totally recommend anyone to dare an experience with them and you'll live to tell others coz I'm sure their services are exceptional,you can't beat this kind of awesomeness.

Well planned and expertly executed.
Our tour was a great value and we stayed in some very nice places. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English very well. He knew where and when to be to have a high percentage chance of seeing animals. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the whole experience.
