Brian provided a great day tour of Chobe. He picked us up from our lodging and helped us navigate the border crossing from Zimbabwe to Botswana. Our tour guide in Botswana was personable, knowledgeable, and made sure we all had the best experience possible. Would definitely use Customise again!

I just came back from an incredible trip to Uganda and… WOW. This country is pure magic! The landscapes look like they came straight out of a documentary, huge lakes, forests where you half expect Tarzan to show up… and most of all, animals everywhere! 🦒🦍🦁
I had one of the most beautiful moments of my life locking eyes with a mountain gorilla – I swear we almost became best friends. Between safaris, I saw elephants, lions, giraffes, hippos… it’s basically a live-action animal kingdom.
And the absolute highlight: a huge thank you to our guide Stuart 🙌. Not only does he know Uganda like the back of his hand – every path, every animal, every hidden spot – but he also has a heart of gold. Very reliable, helpful, prompt, well organized and knowledgeable tour operator, Mama Savana Safaris offered us a very nice experience and a well thought itinerary. Eric, our driver and guide, was polite, careful, helpful and took good care of us. He knew very well the roads, drove very professionally and by the law, tried to please us and find always a good spot to watch the wildlife. We highly recommend them!

The course is organized very good.
With had 3 unforgettable safari days with our guide Ben, we couldn‘t have a better guide then him. Due his fascination for his job also we got excited and learned so many instreasting things about the parks, the animals, the culture and the country.
Everyday was filled with laughter, intresting stories, adventure and happy faces. We recommend a safari tour to everyone, it‘s an experience for life and it‘s worth every minute you spend out in the parks.
Our days passed by so fast, like Ben said: good things always pass by fast.

I just returned from this magnificent country and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Uganda is truly a rare gem of Africa, with breathtaking landscapes, dense tropical forests, immense lakes, and, above all, incredible wildlife in the various parks we visited.
I was lucky enough to see gorillas in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and chimpanze in kibale ,a magical and moving moment.
As well as elephants, lions, giraffes, hippos, and even leopards during the safaris. The people are incredibly kind and always ready to share their culture and history.

An incredible experience that we will never forget !
These 4 days of safari were just incredible! Every day brought new surprises — from lions and rhinos to the most beautiful sunsets — and we never stopped being amazed. The lodges were comfortable and gave us the perfect chance to relax after long game drives.
Everything was perfectly organized, allowing us to fully enjoy the adventure without any worries. A big thank you to our guide Martin!
He made sure we experienced everything safely and respectfully, bringing us closer to the animals without putting them at risk or disturbing their natural behavior. Martin made the whole trip smooth and easy, so we could focus on having fun and soaking up the experience. He was always available when we needed something and really helpful in every situation. Absolutely lovely!
We can’t thank Chloe enough for organizing the trip of a lifetime. For traveling to such a remote area, we weren’t totally comfortable finding accommodations on our own. Chloe helped find us three incredible lodges, each with their own super friendly and helpful staff. On top of that the transportation she organized was seamless, punctual and well informed. The trip required little effort from us other than showing up and having an incredible time which we absolutely did! Thank you so much!
