Everything was perfect! Jimmy our tour guide made sure we got to see all the animals and he really made the effort for us to see everything! And he always was in a good mood and made sure we were all happy. It was 10/10 experience. Good communication, and really worth the money

Reliable, perfect organization,good value for money
During our trip planning,we contacted a few agencies,but Nkollo tours met our needs with adjusting to our wishes very qiuckly and with much patience. Thank you,Mercy! Everything went smoothly-from the airport pickup, accomodation in Arusha,two wonderful day trips. All the guides were professional and we learned and saw a lot. But the best,amazing part, is the 5-day safari with Ringo. That was incredible! The wilderness is breathtaking,but the guide that loves it and knows it as Ringo does, makes it unforgetable experience. Besides,we have felt totaly safe. The drive was full of stories, jokes and good mood thank to that good fellow. Serious when he should be, joyfull all the time,quiet and discrete,but on our service,and so full of knowledge and love for wildlife and Afrika. Accomodation very comfortable,food excellent. We have seen what we ciuld not believe one could,due to Ringo's instinct,driving skills and wish to give us the best he can. Excellent English. Unforgetable smile. Great experience
I was met by Ian in kigali and he drove us to Uganda for a gorilla tracking Safari. Ian is very knowledgeable and pleasant and gave a very good experience of the places we visited.
I would highly recommend this company.
The vehicle provided had a minor problem with the exhaust fumes coming into the passenger compartment but notified the owner.

Organised and at your service for your safari in Tanzania
We saw the Big 5, so maybe we can say that it’s worth it anyway !
The experience of camping is great ! I wasn’t convinced, but now I’m sure I would do it this way again.
The guide was nice and generous.
Food is good, tent as well, everything’s organised and prepared for you, you can just enjoy the moment.
For sure it will remain a amazing moment for me !
As an improvement : I would say that more time observing the animals would be nice. We rush a lot, even if we are the only car around. There’s no reason to rush that much, also because we sometimes lose time for something else less important.
I’d say more time stopped with the engine off would definitely make the experience even better.

Suricata were the best you could possibly want
The 3 day climb up Mt Meru was unforgettable. Very well organised by Suricata and the group was great. David the guide really enhanced the experience, he was the perfect mountain leader and with him there was no doubt that we were going to reach the summit.
I'll come back to do Kilimanjaro with David soon.
