Vusie is a wonderful person who always puts the needs of their travel group first.
5/5

We traveled with Vusie through Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe in September and October 2025. We already knew Vusie from a previous trip to South Africa, which was a group tour. When he greeted us at the airport in Windhoek, we knew an unforgettable time awaited us. Vusie is always in high spirits, fulfills our wishes, and makes every day special. No matter how long the drive was, he was always at 100 percent, and you knew you could rely on him. Every wish was granted, even if it meant a 200-kilometer detour. The only sad part of the trip was saying goodbye in Zimbabwe. We are truly grateful for everything and miss him a little. ;-) Communication was always flawless. He is mindful of the budget and truly maximizes the experience. We had some unforgettable accommodations during the trip. The private safaris were a dream, and the additional guide in Botswana and the four nights there were an absolute highlight. Thank you, Vusie, for making this possible! The tour was perfect. We would always recommend you.

Thomas was unbelievable. We also seemed to be in the right place at the right time.
5/5

Everything was planned to a tee. Thomas couldn’t have been more knowledge or enthusiastic, we had a great laugh with him. We saw some unbelievable stuff, elephants charging hippos, rhinos charging eachother, lions eating and a leopard up close. Thomas seemed to just know where to go to find everything

We love Axis and Jack
5/5

The 5 day tour was perfect. All the accommodations were extremely comfortable and the food was delicious. The tour bud was very comfortable too and we had plenty of space for all our luggage. The highlight however was our guide Jack. He was such a wonderful man, he answered every question we had, could identify everything and taught us so much about both the nature and life in Kenya. I wish we could spend more time with him and his infectious laughter. I 100% believe that if you book with axis you will not be disappointed

Great experience
5/5

I recently had the pleasure of going on a safari in Tanzania with Serengeti Silence, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized, thanks to the outstanding efforts of Emmy, who handled all the logistics and itinerary planning. Emmy was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that our trip ran smoothly and that all our preferences were taken into account.
Our guide, Shaukat, was equally impressive. His deep knowledge of wildlife, the local ecosystems, and Tanzanian culture truly enriched the experience. He was patient, professional, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible sightings and a comfortable, enjoyable journey. His passion for what he does is evident, and it made a huge difference in our overall experience.
I highly recommend Serengeti Silence to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. With a team like Emmy and Shaukat, you’re in the best hands.

Unforgettable Ethiopian Adventure
5/5

I recently returned from an incredible 10-day trip to Ethiopia, organized by this travel agency, and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations. We covered a huge amount of ground: Addis Ababa, the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela, the extreme landscapes of the Danakil Depression including Erta Ale and Asale Lake, and the culturally rich Omo Valley.

The trip was simply fantastic. Everything was superbly organized from start to finish. The logistics of combining such diverse and challenging regions were flawless, yet the price was very good for the quality and scope of the experience.

I genuinely felt well cared for throughout the journey. The guides and support staff were professional, knowledgeable, and always looked out for our well-being, especially in the remote and demanding areas like Danakil and Erta Ale.

What truly impressed me was the perfect balance between structure and freedom. While the itinerary was executed perfectly, there was always the possibility to adapt the tour, make small changes, or spend pleasant personal time when needed. This flexibility made the adventure feel both safe and authentically tailored to our group's pace and interests.

Every single part of the trip was ideal. The cultural insights in Lalibela and Omo Valley, the sheer wonder of the Danakil Depression, and the welcoming atmosphere in Addis Ababa—it all came together to create the journey of a lifetime.

I highly recommend this tour operator for anyone considering an adventure in Ethiopia. You'll get an amazing, well-organized, and great-value experience where you feel completely supported but still have the freedom to explore. Five stars!

incredible experience with William in Tanzania
5/5

Traveling with William’s team was an absolutely incredible experience—professional, reliable, and tailored to perfection. From the very beginning, William demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, meticulously discussing our itinerary and hotel options with me. He carefully selected accommodations that offered the best value without compromising comfort, and his prompt responses and flexibility in making adjustments were truly impressive.
During the safari, I was fortunate to be guided by Aziz and Abed, two brothers whose expertise and warmth made the journey unforgettable. Their dedication was evident from the start—when we didn’t see the wildebeest migration crossing the river on the first day, they woke us up at 5 AM the next morning to ensure we didn’t miss this breathtaking spectacle. Their deep knowledge of wildlife enriched every moment; Aziz passionately explained animal behaviors and led us to hidden gems like lion dens and hippo pools. One of the most magical moments was witnessing over a hundred lion cubs waking up—an awe-inspiring sight I’ll never forget.
The accommodations arranged by William were equally outstanding. Mara Mara Lodge, in particular, felt like a home away from home, with delicious meals and warm hospitality. William’s team goes above and beyond to cater to Chinese travelers, ensuring seamless communication and cultural consideration. If you’re looking for a safari experience that combines expertise, passion, and genuine care, I wholeheartedly recommend William’s team—you’re in the best hands!

Simply Amazing Wildlife, scenery, people, and experience!
5/5

This is our first time in Safari and my friend and I (two girls) went on 10 days Safari from Kenya to Tanzania with Mama Savana, and then ended the tour in Tanzania Arusha to fly off to Zanzibar ourselves.

The stays were all wonderful and high praises for all our tour guides from Kenya and Tanzania as they were amazing, well experienced, super good drivers (we thoroughly experienced African Massage while we were in the jeeps), and have such incredible eyes to spot animals! There were multiple times when they pointed to animals that we didn't notice, but thanks to that, we were able to catch all the big 5 & big cats + their babies, all of the antelope family, hyenas, jackals, and wart hogs (the list goes on) hidden or approaching from super far away, many eventually got close enough for some clear pictures through our phones.

Our Kenya tour guide, Amani, was just pure fun to be with, and knew the animals and area very well. He told us many fun facts about animals and we learned a lot while we were touring. He was also very dedicated for us to see the most of everything, and we managed to catch all big 5 and cheetahs while we were in Kenya! Our car once got stuck in a mud pit and Amani along with fellow tour guides in Maasai Mara worked as a team and got us out, me and my friend were not worried one bit since we knew they would be able to handle it (to be honest it was quite fun to watch).
Our Tanzania tour guide Abu (and Paul for the last day) was very knowledgeable too, and explained animal behaviors and migration patterns to us. He was very nice and patient throughout the trip,

This trip was purely incredible and many thanks to Mama Savana for bringing this amazing experience to us and taking care of us so well! I hope we could go to Kenya and Tanzania again soon since I am already missing it very much.

That is amazing tour operator!
5/5

The driver is very friendly and will make an effort to search for animals on the way, while explaining to us the habits and characteristics of the animals we see. The vehicle is also very clean, and the seats are very comfortable.

The guide exceeded my expectations
5/5

Incredible experience in Uganda and i think 90% of that was due to Julius the guide for the trip. I think he knows half of Uganda and the other half he's getting to know. He went beyond his role and taught me so much about the local cultures, the numerous languages (over 50 i think) and even taught me several phrases in Luganda (the most widely spoken language in Uganda). The safaris, chimps and gorillas were incredible and the boat trips and accommodation were all very nice too.
