Everything was wonderful. We got so close to all the animals, the gorillas were wonderful, the chimpanzees, when they came down from the trees and just laid near by was amazing. You can truly see the similarities between humans and apes. Thank you, Wild Uganda, for giving us the best private guide who loves his country.

We were picked up from the airport by Stanley our tour guide and immediately started our tour. He made sure we saw tons of animals especially Lions and the rest of the big 5. He answered all the questions we had and shared tons of information on the various animals we saw

As soon as we sent a request asking Pembury Tours for their assistance, we got a prompt reply from Gail Davis ( Point of Contact)giving us the trip options / explaining the details etc.
During the booking process, Gail was impressive with her efficiency, advice and willingness to engage in discussions about alternatives. Gail was extremely patient/professional in answering all our questions.
She arranged all Africa Internal flights, meet & greets in Airports ,accommodation, meals and logistics in Southafrica / Botswana / Zimbabawe . She arranged even all our additional activities in Zimbabwe . Everything was taken care to the point and worked like a well oiled machine without any glitch / chaos, we were really impressed with this.
We wanted to expierence all kinds of accomdation in Botswana , from luxury+ camps to Very Rustic camps , it was taken care perfectly . We stayed in a total of 9 Lodges/camps and everything was taken care perfectly .
The accommodation recommendations were all of high quality be it food/accommodation/service. The accommodations (different from each other) exceeded expectations and everywhere we appreciate the staff’s politeness.
Any customisation requests in the itinerary/room types were diligently handled by Gail. She went that extra mile and ensured that we got the rooms of our choice in all the accommodations throughout the trip.
Gail also had arranged a best room for our 2 night chobe river cruise on the Chobe Princess , this was one of our main highlights of the trip
Gail helped us with a detailed & Extensive guide explaining the Visa requirements / Currencies / Vaccintions / Medicines / Do’s & Dont’s etc , this was extremely helpful in planning our trip and avoid confusions / chaos during the trip .She kept checking up on us throughout the trip and ensured our trip went smoothly.
Pembury as a company was extremely honest/transparent in financial dealings, invoice was released immediately for any payment made. We really appreciate that.
All in all, it was a most memorable once-in-a-lifetime trip. We are really glad, extremely happy and satisfied that we chose Pembury tours. They EXCEEDED our Expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We heard about Makasa from family and were immediately impressed. From the start, they listened carefully to our wishes and tailored our trip to our needs. It was fantastic how we could see everything in the app (even without internet!). It's wonderful how the trip is organized from start to finish, with excellent accommodations, safe transportation, great tour guides, and truly excellent food! Professional, experienced, allowing costumers suggestions
It was a 18 day journey in Namibia and Botswana for four. The overall programme was excellent, so was the lodging and the guides in Botswana. The price (not cheap, but...) included a very good car for the over 4000 km, including a few hundreds on "african massage" and sand roads.
Check if the proposed time schedule mainly in airport connections (both arrival and departure) fits the programme, and the proposed itinirary. As said one may suggest changes (we did it) and Duna´s are ready to do it or discuss it.
On travel there is contact with the staff so you wan´t have the feeling of beeing left on your own on a unknown country.

Great Kilimanjaro experience
We booked a hiking summit track to the Kilimanjaro via Lemosho trail.
The experience was very good - including the whole team - 2 guides, the porters, cook. All the team was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good.
The main and second guides were great - walked with us, laughed together and, off course, helped us to the summit.
The administration of the tour was very professional, including the gear checkup and rent, the health checks and all in all we felt we are in very good and capable hands.
Highly recommended.

Amazing team!!!
We, a group of 14 travellers have had an amazing 10 days Kenyan safari, from Nairobi to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Samburu and Meru..
The planning was kind of last minute which meant not necessarily being able to secure the requested accommodation based on the size of our group and it being the peak season. However, the team, Matt, Hilda and Albert is able to walk us through, discuss and decide on the full itinerary with everything which we have requested.
The 3 safari guides/drivers, Sami, Charles and Joe allocated to us were nothing short of amazing too. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and with very sharp eyes locating the animals and we were so fortunate to catch the Big Five.
Overall we had a very memorable trip because everything was executed very well by the entire team.

I had a great time on safari!
We really enjoyed our time on safari. Our tour guide, Victor, was amazing and told us so many details about the animals we saw. He took great care of us, and everyone else on the safari was great too. The value for money was really good, and we had a fantastic time. The Tents and camps were nice and the food was also really good.

I would say the tour operator did a nice job arranging the acommodation and safari park (game drive)
I really enjoyed my trips under Jungleroam Safaris. Really satisfied with the arrangement of accommodations also all the safari park that we get to visit and animals that we get to see. Our driver Albert also did a very excellent job where we get to see not only big 5, also completed the Super 7 animals + 5 ugly. Overall really recommended package under Jungleroam Safari and also Albert as your driver 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If any fellow Malaysian 🇲🇾 looking for a package to discover Kenya 🇰🇪 this is it!
