Natureways looked after us from the moment we touched down in Harare. Our flight was delayed, but by the time we landed, they had made alternative travel and accommodation arrangements, which we very much appreciated .
Our overnight stay at Hornbill Lodge was just what we needed after lengthy long haul travel. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax.
The fish eagle Safari down the Zambezi was for us a unique and exciting adventure. Our three guides Kambel, Crispin and Patrick were superb. They are amazingly sharp sighted.
They looked after us 24 hours a day. Kambel was particularly knowledgeable and taught us all about the wildlife, birds, Flora and fauna as well as the traditions and cultures of Zimbabwe. We spent many happy hours chatting as we paddled along and around the stove in the evening.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I particularly appreciated the care that was taken over dietary requirements.
We had several close encounters with animals, but the presence of our guides ensured we always felt safe. I would highly recommend the canoe Safari to anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature.

Quick and comfy ride
Theodore driving was great. Got us to the location quickly and safely. We also got to stop and see animals at the rest stops and get some snacks
He also provided us with WiFi and also explained the flora and fauna along the way

We were extremely well looked after from start to finish. Victor looked after us in Nairobi at the start and finish of the trip and then our guide Patrick met us at the airport and was clearly a real expert from the Masai tribe who knew the Amboseli park inside out. Helpful and knowledgable
We had a wonderful trip with Jimmy from Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and back. Over the course of three days, we experienced an adventure that was both exciting and relaxing. Everything was well organized, and Jimmy kindly answered all our questions along the way. Seeing the gorillas was without a doubt the highlight of our journey!
