Highly professional team with very knowledgeable safari guides who deliver a great safari experience
We had a great safari to the Masai Mara with Twiga Tours. Our driver Ken is thoroughly knowledgeable and is spectacularly good at spotting wildlife at long distance and in thick scrub where at first it is barely visible. We saw almost everything it is possible to see in the, many groups of elephants and prides of lion, leopard, cheetah, hippos, buffalo, all the species of antelope, beautiful groups of giraffe, as well as hyenas and jackals!
This was our third Twiga Safari and I have to say we will definitely be back for more - the office team are highly professional, but above all the three driver guides we have had have each been very strong and knowledgeable (as well as amazing designers vers who have navigated us through some quite challenging terrain!
On this trip I’d also like to give a big shout out to the Mara Maisha Lodge - the accommodation was top notch and very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amongst the best we have had at then numerous game lodges we have stayed at over many years.

We had an absolutely incredible safari with Jungleroam Safaris, and the highlight was undoubtedly our guide, Josh. His driving skills are top-notch, making us feel safe even on the roughest roads. He is super nice, easy-going, and incredibly reliable. Josh has an amazing eye for wildlife and went out of his way to help us find so many animals, making our tour a huge success. The communication and service from the whole team were excellent, offering great value for money. Thank you, Josh, for an unforgettable adventure!

We had such an amazing experience from start to finish! Communication was smooth and responsive, the service was excellent, and everything was well-organized and reliable. Our guide was an incredible driver, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our safari special. The tour itself was unforgettable, with amazing wildlife sightings, beautiful moments, and even a great playlist for the drives! Overall, we felt that we received excellent value for money and would happily recommend this experience to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. The only thing could have been improved is the pack lunch, I wish there could have been variety coz we had fried chicken for almost 5 days. Haha. It taste good though.

Brian the guide was amazing and extremely welcoming and helpful not only to us as his guests but even to other guests surrounding him. He made the tour super easygoing and fun! Also, he puts the safari car at its best position everytime we spot the animals and on top of that, you are not only going to enjoy the safari journey but also the F1 driver that he is! An Unforgettable Safari Experience – Highly Recommend Extra Miles!
We had an absolutely amazing time on our trip! Our guide, Simon, was fantastic—highly responsible, incredibly proactive, and with an eagle eye for spotting wildlife. He helped us find so many animals hidden in the bush that we definitely would have missed on our own.
The entire itinerary was beautifully organized by Winnie. Her arrangements were incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. Throughout the journey, she frequently checked in with us to ensure everything was going perfectly and to ask if we had any additional needs.
If I ever travel here again, I will without a doubt choose Extra Miles. I highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone looking for a top-tier travel agency!

Unforgettable 4-Day Safari Experience
I had a wonderful 4-day safari experience with Axis Africa Safaris, visiting the Masai Mara National Reserve and Lake Nakuru National Park. The trip was memorable, and I truly appreciated the opportunity to explore Kenya's beautiful wildlife and landscapes.
Special thanks to our guide, Edwin Laso, for his professionalism, knowledge, and guidance throughout the safari. He helped make the experience enjoyable and informative and thanks to him, we were able to see all the big 5 together with other wildlife all together.

Cancelled trip and no refund
I booked a trip but was concelled just two days before the trip. I payed all the money, but they gave the reason that they were in finance trouble, can not refund me yet. They are not trustable.

100% recommendation
I could not recommend Nafika highly enough. The team were amazing throughout and we had the experience of a lifetime.
From my own perspective, I can see no value or benefit in going through an overseas company. Everything is subcontracted out to local people anyway, so (personally) I would 100% recommend going directly through a local company like Nafika. They were first class.

Prompt responder and quick to solve issues
Rodgers was very responsive with the multiple queries we had before going on the safari - this made us feel very safe even before embarking on the trip. When met with an issue with the guide at the safari, Rodgers was quick to fix the issue and came all the way to get us. He also noted certain accomodation requests we had and went out of the way to ensure those were communicated to the hotels and met. Many thanks for the awesome experience!
