Poor work ability and careless attitude
I had an unsatisfactory experience with this travel agency. The tour guide, Eric, did not meet our expectations, as he struggled to spot wildlife and seemed eager to end the safari early. Despite tipping $10 per person per day, he also requested additional tips for transportation.
The hotels arranged by the agency did not match the promised quality, with high room rates but average accommodations. We also had concerns about possible duplicate charges and requested invoices for clarification, but the agency did not provide them. Additionally, we were asked to pay a deposit to secure a room, but after payment, the hotel was changed, and the response from the agency felt dismissive.

Perfect experience!
One of the most beautiful experiences of my life! I feel compelled to recommend Suricata for many different reasons:
- I felt safe and guided without losing any sense of adventure or authenticity (we are a group of friends who are quite independent and enjoy organizing things ourselves, but in this case, it would have been impossible, and we would have only missed out given the perfect experience);
- The Suricata team works together like a family, they are always in contact and put a lot of passion into their work: our guide, Golden, was truly passionate and eager to find animals and share his knowledge with us (he was also incredibly knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer). I don’t think it’s a given that the guide is so dedicated to finding the rarest animals! Moreover, spending 5 days with 5 strangers can’t be easy, and he always treated us wonderfully and made us feel completely at ease.
- As a true Italian, I can’t help but pay attention to the food. Special mention to Chef Tito who cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner for us every day, and I don’t think I’ll eat this well again here in Tanzania: delicious, varied, and authentic cuisine (and very generous portions).
- We opted for the tent option and we were very comfortable: we slept in wonderful places, especially two campsites located within the national parks, and I assure you that waking up to the sunrise in the Serengeti or stargazing over Ngorongoro are experiences you won’t forget.
- In general, they are very attentive to feedback and quick to respond to any needs and requests! And they are also very friendly, which is always a pleasure.
I hope to return soon, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Beautiful experience
Perfect organization, with a competent and pleasant guide ( Asante sana, Mr Golden) that lead us in all four national parks/conservation areas; campings were well provided and all the staff were kind and super efficient. Food were delicious (Asante sana, Chef Tito) and the jeep was comfortable, nothing to complain, recommended.

Friendly tour and all totally smooth
Had a great tour, was picked up just outside of scheduled time. Our driver Sello boosted through traffic to get us to Pilanesberg early. When we arrived we set off with Solly our ranger who was just so informative, funny, and tried his hardest to catch all the animals. Was a great day

Fantastic tour, thanks to Jackson, a wonderful person and an excellent guide
Today we finished the "5-Day Ndutu Migration Season" safari with Jackson. What can I say, one of the most beautiful experiences ever! The tour is perfectly organized, the food is excellent, the accommodations are always spotlessly clean, and the staff is super welcoming. We saw so many animals, much more than we expected. Jackson was fantastic, he didn't let us miss anything and always took the time to show us the animals. Thanks to his deep knowledge, we learned a lot about the different animals we saw and the national parks we visited. The cherry on top was seeing a baby leopard in a tree and elephants just a few meters from the jeep.
If you are planning a safari in Tanzania, do it with Jackson, you won't regret it!

He was giving a lot of information about the animals and was very chatty
The tour was really nice, we saw a lot of animals. The guide was trying his best so that we always had a good view, but he also respected the animals and didn’t invade their space.

This travel it was a unforgettable experience for my mother and me. We saw and learned a lot of things and did a lot of activities like safaris, visits tribe of Masai , a tribe of mosquimanes, picnic in the middle of the savannah, etc
