Our recent safari adventure in Tanzania with Nkollo Tours and Safaris was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived to the final goodbye, every detail was handled with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for showcasing the beauty of Tanzania.
Tour Manager Allan was outstanding from the beginning — responsive, informative, and incredibly helpful during the planning stages. He tailored the itinerary perfectly to fit our interests, making sure we experienced the best of Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire. Allan’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction gave us peace of mind every step of the way.
Our driver and guide Emmanuel was the heart of the journey. Friendly, knowledgeable, and with an uncanny ability to spot wildlife from what seemed like miles away, Emmanuel brought the safari to life. He knew every road, every watering hole, and had endless stories about the animals and ecosystems. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five and learned so much about local culture and conservation efforts.
The accommodations arranged by Nkollo Tours were clean, comfortable, and often set in stunning locations. Meals were great and always served with a smile. The entire trip felt personal, immersive, and seamless.

From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and clear, and our guide made the entire journey feel seamless and enjoyable. He was always happy to answer our many questions, and his deep knowledge of the wildlife and the Maasai Mara really enriched the experience. We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, which made it even more special. The service was reliable, the vehicle was comfortable, and the entire tour felt like great value for money. What a magical experience we had from the planning and booking process to the end
We thoroughly enjoyed our Kruger Park experience with the enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide.
Not only did we enjoy our sightings with some of the Big 5 but also enjoyed the guides shared knowledge of the smaller life all around us. The Kruger had so much to offer.
The following day we had an incredible drive on a private reserve incorporating a bush dinner. Dining under the stars in the wild is an experience we would highly recommend.

The people of Ozon Light Tours are extremely client focused on delivering the best possible safari
We highly recommend Ozon Light Tours, in specifically our tourguide John who went above and beyond to give us an amazing safari experience. We saw all of the Big 5 and even more.
As this was our third Safari trip, we knew that every safari trip cannot be planned since the animals live freely and do not act as humans want them to.
But tourguide John showed us so many unique moments that blew our mind.
John made us see in and around Serengeti national park:
- two pairing leopards (!!! Usually they only are our each other for 3-5 days, after which they never pair again),
- 12 lions (3 male and 9 female) laying in 3 groups besides each other,
- a male and female lion mating (!!!)
- numerous grown and young elephants up close and personal,
- cape buffalos walking around and drinking from a lake
- 2 rhinos (in Ngorongoro crater)
- crocodiles in Grumeti River
- countless wildebeest, giraffes, zebras and gazelles
- a land turtle
- 3 serval cats
- a lot more animals
Again, we are so greatful to John who not only made us experience the best safari we ever had, but also made us feel very safe during driving and when getting to see the animals. He really knows his ways inside Tanzania, especially in Serengeti.
So we highly recommend him to anyone seeking an amazing safari experience with a skilled and knowledgeable tourguide.
Even though I am praising John and his skills so much, please believe me that this is a real review of a real experienced safari trip.

Very energetic, attentive and fun!
The value is definitely worth it overall, sometimes we had the feeling we should be paying more! We did a 3 days safari and our driver Festo (and driver Max for the other group since we were 8 in 2 Jeeps) were very attentive all the time. They picked us up on time every day, we decided the time and they were there for us. On the way back they were always making sure that we arrived safely to the hotel. In addition, we asked Festo that if was possible to walk around bit around the village closed to the hotel instead of go the hotel right away and there were no problem! We watched us walking and followed us in the distance so we were feeling safe all the times (no problem at all with the natives anyway, they are very kind and nice). During the safari the experience was speechless, he would stop every time we asked, I like photography so imagine how many times I asked!!! He is all the time in contact with their colleagues so he knew where to go to find animals, their patience with us needs to be mentioned cause I did lot of pics and we were all the time singing or asking questions about their culture and national parks history. To wrap up, part of this great experience is because of Festo. JAMBO FESTO!!!!
The experience at the hotel was great too. The personnel were like family and they were always very nice and attentive.

An incredible experience with breathtaking landscapes and amazing wildlife—we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, and even a rare black rhino in the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. The Serengeti felt like a live documentary, with thousands of wildebeest on the move—truly unforgettable!

Shanjoy Tours curated an unforgettable safari experience from start to finish.
I just came back from an incredible safari in the Maasai Mara, organised by Shanjoy Tours. From the very first exchange, I knew I wanted to book with them. They were so easy to deal with & everything felt seamless from start to finish.
They arranged a 3 day trip for me staying at Tipilikwani Luxury Tented Camp, which included all meals & safaris. The camp was stunning, right on the edge of the Mara. Each morning, we crossed the river & climbed into our jeeps, & just like that, we were on safari. We saw so many animals & spotted all of the Big Five multiple times.
The guides (who are also the drivers) were amazing. They were knowledgeable, experienced & well connected with other drivers so they always knew where to go for the best sightings. The food at the camp was also fantastic, with great variety & generous portions.
Because I didn’t have time to drive both ways (it’s around 6 hours), Shanjoy organised flights & all transfers, which made everything so easy. On the day I left the Maasai Mara, I had about six hours free before my international flight, & they made the most of it. They picked me up from the airport, took me to the Giraffe Centre, helped me fit in some shopping, & finished it all off with a late lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. Such a thoughtful & memorable way to end the trip.
Nothing was too much trouble. I would book with them again in a heartbeat & highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.
Special shout out to Rhoda, who was my go to in organising everything & kept me so well informed throughout. Also to Patrick Shanjoy himself, who personally looked after me, from airport pickups to taking photos at the Giraffe Centre & even helping me choose the best Kenyan coffee & tea to bring home. Their kindness & attention made the whole experience feel extra special.
