Very nice guide for great time
We booked a 3 day tour from Nairobi to Masai Mara. Everything was well organized and went as planned. Robert is a good driver and the safari was exceptional.He is very good at his job: we saw the "big 5" in one day and particularly a leopard, lions and cheetas from very close, and many elephants, hippos, and many more. Overall we had an amazing time.

Above and beyond to Langelihle Tshuma and Absolom.
Both of our guides took their time to make sure our experience with them was special. We wanted to do the Sundown Cruise and tried to book online but found it wasn't available on our free day. We had booked the Afternoon Safari drive. Langelihle helped us switch to the Morning Game Drive at very short notice so we were able to do the Sundown Cruise. Absolom was a great guide on safari. Really wanted to see the Elephants, but were told they had been somewhat elusive recently. However Absolom's knowledge of the park led to us being able to find 2 Elephant. Both guides turned up for us in good time.

Well coordinated group safaris
We were very happy with the entire safari and saw a lot of animals. Everything was well organized even though we booked last minute. I would like to specifically mention about our driver Wiklife who made this entire experience seamless making sure everyone in the group was taken care of. He always had a smile on his face even after long hours of driving and was ready to assist in any way possible. He especially looked after my mother and made sure she was comfortable. Definitely recommend him.

Amazing organizer e always available to meet our needs
Prisca (and her colleague Lidia as well) has been an amazing organizer. She’s always available and finds a solution for each and ever needs.
We did a 3-days itinerary: 2 days of safari, one day to explore the Kilimanjaro region.
Our Kilimanjaro guide, Geoffrey, accommodated us on every possible request and had lots of interesting information to share with us. Transfers were always on time and lodges were appropriate.
We did the first two days with a friend company but didn’t experience any problem whatsoever. We were able to leave our luggage at the offices, which we could not bring on the Safari experience.
