Unique and wonderful experience
Wonderful experience with Suricata Safaris.
Excellent organization from the first to the last minute.
We organized everything via WhatsApp with the very kind and helpful Tizia.
We arrived in Arusha the day before the safari departure and stayed at the Jevas Hotel Encore (included in our package).
The formula we chose was 6 days and 5 nights, camping (tent, camp bed, sleeping bags provided by them): Tarangire, Lake Manyara, 2 days in the Serengeti and the last morning in Ngorongoro.
Very good food, especially during dinner, our cook Bipa, a young and very good guy, spoiled us and also had the care to prepare some dishes especially for our five-year-old son.
Special mention for our guide, driver and now friend, Rocky: kind, warm-hearted, funny, helpful and very knowledgeable. He allowed us to live a magnificent experience and learn a lot about the animals seen.
As for the parks, I won't spoil the surprise, but picnicking in the Serengeti, watching the sunrise with the animals or having breakfast in the Ngorongoro Crater are priceless experiences.

The tour was wonderful! Robin, our tour guide ensured that we ended up seeing all of the big five throughout the 4 day tour and gave us a lot of info about the animals in each location.
The communications were good, as we were able to call over WhatsApp and also go into the office and all of my questions were answered. Additionally we were able to book the tour a week beforehand with hotel pick-up and drop-off. I would definitely do the tour again.
The accomodation was okay given the price point, although I would probably get accomodation with more amenities in the future.

Hermosa travels was excellent from the get go. Due to bank logistics, the date for rwanda gorilla trek filled up, but they accommodated an uganda trip that they dont usually do brcause i asked for it, and even refunded me cash. Everything was great and extremely professional.
