We had a great experience with Serengeti Smile from beginning to end. Everything was smooth and well organized from the moment we landed. The itinerary was professional, and the price was very fair, a luxury travel with very nice price is amazing!
Our guide, Champion, was fantastic. We spent 2 nights in Serengeti, 2 nights in Ngorongoro, and 2 nights near Arusha. He is very knowledgeable about both animals and plants, an excellent driver, and very thoughtful throughout the whole trip. Even in the rainy season, he helped us find all the animals we wanted to see.

Trying to convey in a review what we experienced on a family trip for a group of 22 people, ranging in age from 75 to 5, with Agoi, Richard, and John, is quite a challenge. They thought of everything, from ensuring the elders were close by at each accommodation, to rest stops, to the safari itself, which was always complemented by explanations of each historical site and its history—it was a truly complete experience. Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience with African Big Cats Safaris. The communication throughout the booking process was excellent and our safari was very well planned! Our guide Samuel did everything to get us as close to all the animals as possible and always provided helpful information about the different species we saw. Agasaro Safaris were exceptional in designing a unique, fully bespoke two-week cultural tour across Uganda for our small group of two female travellers from Europe. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand our needs as first-time visitors to Uganda, crafting a fantastic itinerary while remaining flexible and responsive to our requests - such as incorporating a night game drive into the schedule. They also provided invaluable support with practical arrangements, including documentation, visas, insurance, and vaccinations.
We communicated throughout with Dennis, who was consistently prompt, reliable, and professional. He also served as our tour guide for the entire two weeks, which made the experience especially smooth and relaxing, as we were able to liaise with the same trusted person throughout.

We were continually touched by the warmth and hospitality of the local people, and even enjoyed shopping for vibrant African fabrics in Kampala.

This trip was absolutely theeee best. The work that went into the itinerary for this trip was planed out thoroughly. The accommodations were beautiful, the food delicious, restaurants beautiful, safaris, and were all exceptional. Special shout out to the best tour guides, Tony and Jonathan. Absolutely Fantastic!!!
We went on a 5-day safari to Lake Nakuru (with a stop at Lake Naivasha) and then onto to Masai Mara. We were lucky to come after some rainfall so the scenery was very green. The tour operator was great — he sent us a very detailed plan of what we would be doing every day so everything was clear. There were no hidden costs so we knew what we would pay up front and nothing was added. The driver was great — knowledgeable, competent, and above all, safe. He knew the best places to find the animals and we even managed to see the most elusive ones like leopards and cheetahs. We picked a luxury package and the accommodations were spectacular. I could not recommend this tour operator more — if there were 10 stars to give I would give him 10!!!

We requested for Thomas again after his great service in the first leg of our journey. For the return journey he showed up early and came in a bigger car due to the difficult road conditions we encountered earlier. Safari Link and Thomas definitely put our comfort first, even if it means providing a bigger car than what we requested.

Best safari I have ever been on, exceptional quality and great guiding
Sasatrip organized a trip to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Arusha for me and my father. I found the company to be very detail-oriented, making sure our every need was met and our trip was precicely tailored to meet our expectations. I also appreciated small details like having snacks available in the safari vehicle and efforts by our host to reduce plastic consumption.
However, the clear highlight of the trip for me was the exceptional quality guiding. Having been on multiple safaris before, I can confidently say that our guide Alois was the best safari guide I have ever had. His remarkable effort and skills resulted in some truly spectacular sightings. Both him and our host Alee answered our every question and provided great information, which made this trip a very memorable one. Both me and my father agree that this is our best safari to date.
Sasatrip completely exceded my expectations and I would 100% recommend them to other travellers. I look forward to traveling with Sasatrip again in the future.
