Justine our safari guide was so kind, nice, helpful, friendly, we loved him a lot, he has a great knowledge about wildlife and whole his country.. he let us see a lot and more than we expected it’s just like we were living in the nature, Thanks a lot to him and all office members at all.
Lastly, I then recommend to all who wish to meet their safari expectations just to choose Serengeti Smile one of the best company on my mind without forgetting our really friend Justine who made our Safari dream to come true.

It’s an amazing trip that I would always re-play in my head in the rest of my life.
The trip is full of surprises and our dreams all came true. We saw almost all the animals that we expected to, especially animals crossing river, we even didn’t wait for a long time. I would like to recommend our driver, Justin. He’s so nice and really responsible, last but not the least, he’s really a good driver, which is important when you want to safari. He’s so stunning at finding out the animals! That made us see all the animals we wanted.

The best safari in our lives
Our six-day safari tour has come to an end today. And we can finally share the exciting experiences of the trip with our guide Joshua. We started from Nairobi and visited the Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli. The jeep was comfortable and well stocked. we always had cool water and chargers available to us. we travelled with a 3 year old and i can definitely recommend repeating this experience. The campsites were of good quality for a budget tour, the food was always varied and fresh. our guide Joshua showed us the best locations. most importantly, we were able to see the Big Five in full. would recommend!

B.A.& S. provided a service beyond our expectations from the moment we began our communication until our safe arrival home. Our agent, Lightness worked tirelessly to accommodate 10 (65-90yrs old) individuals needs and clarifications. B. A. & S. orchestrated everything perfectly. From frequent communication before arrival , our pick up at arrival, greeting us personally, checking in during our safaris, and open communication anytime throughout. Lightness is a gem. Our drivers, Bon and George were like family from beginning to end and we all consider them our Tanzanian family forever, along with Lightness. They truly wanted to provide the best experience possible. We saw more wildlife then our wildest dreams could have imagined. All accommodations surpassed our expectations, all were ready to accommodate dietary needs and went above and beyond to celebrate our special occasion. B.A.& S. did an incredible job planning, implementing and following up. We are forever grateful to B.A.& S. , Lightness, Bon and George for their personal care and efforts to ensure we had the trip of a life time.

Efficient
I communicated with other safari operators before deciding on Kilipath African Safari and I have no regrets about my choice! Heavenlight was very responsive and worked with me to build my dream trip. It didn’t matter what time of day I messaged her, she was there! For the safari itself, our tour guides Abu and David were incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. They took us to the best spots to find animals and made the 4-day trip so memorable. Mateo, the chef who was with us during our safari, prepared incredible meals daily that we always looked forward to.
To end the trip, Heavenlight surprised me with a little birthday gift as she knew this was a birthday trip for me, and that was truly the perfect way to close off my experience!

From the start all communication was by email and replies were fast and informative . The detail given to help customers was full and well explained.
The service from both the Safari Company and the Lodge Staff was friendly, helpful,polite and they could not do enough to help us, Food in the Lodges was also well above our expectations, and plenty of it!
The bedrooms varied some were so luxurious it was unreal and some very standard , however you do not get to spend much time in bed!, early mornings are the norm.
Our Driver was the Star though, Pius, was so friendly, open, fun to be with , great driver and full of information and knowledge. We miss him. He also kept his vehicle immaculate, our drinking water cold ,and arranged our lunches with a smile .
