Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater
We joined a 4 day tour to Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater in June. The trip was well planned, and the accommodation at Serengeti Semetu Camp was excellent. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise and giraffes outside our windows is a highlight of our trip. Our guide was experienced and informative. We managed to see the Big 5s and took pictures from the perfect angle. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the baby lions and a leopard on the tree. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Fantastic explorer Kenya
I went to Kenya with my friends in June -2024 and we had a great experience guided by Godfrey, who is nice, professional and responsible. He patiently tell us every animals we met. He is kind to give each of us a local name . I am Wangeci😀 and definitely I will recommend my friends to come and visit this wonderful land .

This was my third safari with Duma Explorer/Alika Africa. Stacy at Duma Explorer/Alika Africa planned a memory-packed, fantastic experience of a lifetime for my family (6 of us) and friends (8 more)!
Stacy arranged all of our pre- post- and on-tour accommodations, and they were second to none! Every staff provided service that was over-the-top! They made us feel like family everywhere we stayed. Tumbili Lodge and Rivertrees Lodge were fabulous pre- and post-tour places to stay – gorgeous suites, delicious meals and beautiful grounds! While on safari, the Tarangire Safari Lodge provided spectacular views, Sound of Silence Camp had incredible, cozy tents that felt like we were living on a Hollywood set, and Lion’s Paw Lodge provided glamping at its best! All had in-tent hot showers, flushing toilets, sinks and vanities, comfortable beds and attentive staff members. We snuggled into our professionally turned-down beds, after 5-star meals, and listened to the animals sing us to sleep every night.
And then, of course, there was the actual safari! Most of the people with us were experiencing safari for the first time. They were all hoping to see A zebra, A giraffe, AN elephant, and A lion. Their first-timer wow-moments, gasps, awe-inspired expressions, and daily most-memorable moments were so fun to experience with them! Our guides, Joseph and Ebenezer were so knowledgeable and patient with all of our black-rock rhino, dirt-mound lion, lumpy-tree leopard, wart-hog cheetah sightings:) I’m sure we wore them out with our questions, but they never quit answering them or educating us with their knowledge from their years in the bush.
What an adventure we had - we will be talking about it for the rest of our lives. While I thought this might be my third and final trip to Tanzania, I find myself already yearning for my return to the most amazing place on Earth. And, of course, I will be contacting Stacy at Duma Explorer/Alika Africa to help me plan my next Tanzanian expedition!

Wecam Safaris is an excellent choice for travel in Kenya and Tanzania.
Our group of 8 completed a 13 day custom safari with Wecam Safaris in June 2024. We covered over 2000km in Kenya and Tanzania, had numerous game drives, visited 8 parks and a Masai viillage. We had a very ambitious itinerary which the staff at Wecam made happen for us at a very reasonable cost which included full board and park fees. Mercy, the owner of Wecam Safaris, was very responsive as we planned the trip. She provided us with lots of suggestions and advice and was easily contacted while we were on the trip.
Our driver/guides were very knowledgeable, excellent drivers and were always concerned for our safety and comfort. The hotels and lodges met or exceeded our expectations. We are grateful to Mercy and her team for giving us a trip of a lifetime. We all highly recommend Wecam Safaris.

Great Safari Family Experience
Our family of six (kids ranging from ages 10 to 17) and my wife's parents had a wonderful experience with Sunset. Our guides, Sele and Adam, did an excellent job delivering the trip of a lifetime while balancing the various needs of our family as we visited the north parks of Tanzania! They even arranged, in response to our very last minute request, for us to attend a local church service on Sunday morning. The wildlife and natural places were amazing and our experiences with the local culture were rewarding.
