A Fantastic Safari Experience – Great Organization and Partners
We had an amazing 4-day, 3-night safari through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
The safari was organized by this agency, which worked together with another local safari company that provided our guides and vehicle. We were very lucky to have Omary and Alex as our guides. They were exceptional: knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always focused on making our experience safe, comfortable and unforgettable.
Omary has 26 years of experience and an incredible knowledge of Tanzanian wildlife. Both he and Alex were always happy to answer our questions and share their knowledge with us. Thanks to them, we had some incredible wildlife sightings, including a leopard very close to our vehicle.
We also shared the safari with another group, and fortunately we met some very friendly people and quickly felt like one big family.
The only issue we experienced was related to our accommodation in Ngorongoro. Before the safari, I had specifically requested not to stay in a basic campsite, as I was not equipped for camping and temperatures in Ngorongoro can be extremely cold at night. We had initially been offered the possibility of spending another night in the Serengeti and then driving to Ngorongoro early the following morning.
During the safari, however, we were informed that this was no longer possible because the rest of the group was staying in Ngorongoro, making the campsite the only available option. Unfortunately, we had very limited phone connection during the safari, which made it difficult to find an alternative, and most accommodations were already fully booked.
In the end, we decided to pay an additional $360 for an alternative, and a last-minute solution was found at Ngorongoro Wild Camp, a beautiful luxury tented camp. Considering the circumstances and the limited connection, we really appreciated the effort that was made to find a solution, and it turned what could have been an uncomfortable situation into another wonderful experience.
A special thank you to Geff, who worked very hard, even at the last minute, to help us find an alternative and avoid having to sleep at the campsite. His effort was greatly appreciated, especially given the difficult circumstances and the limited phone connection during the safari.
For future safaris, I would only suggest clearer communication and confirmation of the accommodation arrangements before the trip, especially when different companies are involved in the organization.
Apart from this issue, we were very happy with the overall experience. We saw amazing wildlife, met wonderful people and created memories that we will never forget.

Perfectly organised safari - relaxed pace, superb guide and all the Big Five
Our guide deserves particular praise. He had a remarkable eye for spotting animals long before we noticed anything, and he explained the behaviour of the wildlife and the ecosystem in a way that was interesting without ever becoming a lecture. He also drove carefully and kept a comfortable pace, which matters a lot at my age - we never felt rushed from one place to another.
The owner kept in regular contact with us throughout, which gave us confidence that any question would be answered quickly. Accommodation was comfortable and clean, the locations were well chosen, and the meals were better than we had expected in the bush. Seeing all of the Big Five so early in the trip was a wonderful bonus.
For the money we paid, the quality was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this operator to friends of our generation as well as to younger travellers.

Amazing effort for provide you the best experience
We went on a safari with this company and had an amazing time. Our guide did everything possible to make sure we saw all the animals and witnessed the incredible events that take place in the Serengeti. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking to go on safari in Tanzania.

We have no complaints, service was good from the start. We took a risk paying in advance without knowing the agency but did not regret, truly enjoyed our experience and the time with our guide.

Good in communication and helpful
The communication before arrival was very swift and detailed. The value for money is good with 5 full days safari with plenty of tasty food. Time at the parks is sufficient to see all the major animals. Lucas the tour guide was very knowledgeable and helped us in case of problems. Tenting was a unique experience with the sounds of zebras nearby. It is nice that there are also lodges in this trip. Lastly, the company comes a day before to brief you for the trip.

Perfekt 14-day Family Tour
"We wanted to go on a 14-day tour through Tanzania and had a specific budget in mind based on previous experiences. Within just two days, Issa put together a wonderful itinerary for us. Issa responded to every request immediately and replied right away. We then did the exact tour with a guide. Before our arrival, we had problems with a visa. Here, too, Issa was able to help immediately.
Our guide David was very experienced and excellent at spotting animals in all the national parks. Thanks to this, we truly saw everything. The absolute highlights were spotting a leopard, cheetahs, lions hunting, and a river crossing as part of the Great Migration in the Northern Serengeti. A balloon safari in the Northern Serengeti was also one of the ultimate highlights. The lodges were very well chosen. We were traveling as a group of three with our adult daughter and were always able to stay in triple tents or rooms to save costs. In return, we treated ourselves to the expensive balloon ride, which I can highly recommend. David was a very cautious driver. Because of this, we didn't have any flat tires or other problems with the car. We were very satisfied and would book with Destiny Explorers again at any time."
Afterwards, we spent another week on vacation in Zanzibar. However, we organized this week ourselves, including the flight.

I had safari for 6 days and James Gichina was my guide and he was the most experienced guide I have ever seen...than you jocky tours for the best option.. accommodation was perfect, friendly stuff from all hotels than once again for helping me have a very memorable safari and more over to James Gichina my guide..

Unforgettable!
We had an amazing time! From the moment they picked us up at the airport where they greeted us with gifts and a warm smile. Our safari experience surpassed all our expectations. A special thanks to our Guide/Driver and now friend Lawrence who made this trip unforgettable, his professionalism and attentiveness at all times made the difference from having a safari to having a roadtrip which we will always remember fondly. He always went the extra mile to keep us happy and his expertise as a guide made us witness many incredible moments on our game drives. Thank you Lawrence you are undoubtedly the best!!!

perfect safari, gilbert top guide
I did a 3-day safari with Ndutu Green Explorer explorers and it was the most incredible experience of my entire life. Everything organized to perfection by Tom and Vivian super available for every request made. Special mention for the guide Gilbert, very nice and super expert in finding all possible animals, in the 3 days of Safari we were able to see all the possible animals. In addition, Gilbert was super friendly and also very prepared in explaining animal behaviors and everything around us. I absolutely recommend Ndutu Green Explorers and especially Gilbert if you want to organize an unforgettable safari
