Unforgettable
My husband and I went on a honeymoon to a safari with Shiri adventures. We did a 4 day safari tour (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara) and it was amazing. Firstly, I would like to mention communication with Linus. He always responded quickly and made our safari experience unforgettable. I would also like to mention our safari guide Ibra, who is just an expert. He has a sharp eye for all the animals, and also knows everything regarding safari life. We saw the big 5, which tells how good, experienced and patient was our guide. We also visited a Maasai village and camped in a lodge in the middle of Serengeti. Everything was well organized and the food was amazing. Thank you Linus and Shiri adventures for making our honeymoon so amazing. We will never forget it!

If you want to have a trustworthy and very friendly Tour Operator - Go With Safaris By Jon!
We were on the road with John for 6 days and enjoyed every minute of it! We are very grateful for this wonderful time and that we learned a lot about Uganda, the culture and wildlife thanks to John's super knowledge! John catered to all our requests, including the many photo stops along our itinerary ;)

Once in a lifetime adventure!
We had high expectations for the safari, but at the end it was much better than we could imagine!
Comfortable tents in the middle of the wild (first night we've seen 4 lions about 20m from the tent, second night about 100 zebras around the tents), we had the best guide with Mandela, he knows all about the wildlife and animals. If Mandela is your guide, you don't need to worry about anything!
The breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing, the cooks start at 5am to make fresh bread and prepare the breakfast, all the food is local and if something is left, Suricata give it to the locals.
Sometimes the cooks were cooking more than 4 hours to make a fresh dinner!
About the animals: there were lions, elephants, giraffs, zebras and many others about 2 metres from the car, si many that you will have more than enough time to take pictures or enjoy.
The night in the crater was very cold, but if you do the camping safari, you will love this adventure! ;-)
The full 4 days were well organized (thanks to Hilary who answered all questions in WhatsApp in advance),.
Another big advanture of Suricata is the free airport transfer and the two free nights at the hotel in Arusha, before and after the Safari.
Summary: Great adventure that everybody should do one in a lifetime!

Our expectations were exceeded
Our expectations were more than exceeded. From the airport transfer to the safari, everything was super organized. Our driver, Mandela, and chef, Ben, were engaging, accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing and Mandela took us to beautiful places in the national parks. The animals could be admired from about 5 meters away. We can recommend Suricata at any time.

They promised we would make it up the mountain, and we did.
Our group of nine successfully climbed Meru as a warm up, then completed the summit of Kilimanjaro. The trip leaders were experienced and helpful. The porters came to our huts and tents every morning with hot coffee to start the day. Our pace was set for success. Along the way we were passed by several groups who later stopped and suffered because they tried to rush the big climb. Our guides were knowledgeable and happy to share what they knew about the flora and fauna we were passing through. The food was decent and there was more than enough. It's a cold climb so bring a warm sleeping bag, puffy jacket, hat and mitts. You may want to bring a compact air mattress for the tenting on Kilimanjaro trip.

Excellent safari with Msangai adventure
It was a dream to participate to a safari. Msangai adventure and the staff make it possible. Zee, Eric and Emmanuel were so kind and available at all time.
Hotel: we stayed at Eileen’s Tree inn which is a great value for the price, excellent service, good food and good accommodation (spacious room, big bathroom), beautiful surrounding.
Car: little outdated but in good condition, well-kept, plus for charging points, give you authentic safari/offroad experience
Driver Emanuel: went above and beyond during our 3 day safari. Firstly very good driver, we felt save with Emanuel behind the wheel. Communicative, knowledgeable (shared a lot of interesting information, answered all our questions) always happy to help (during safari and after - helped us at the airport and made sure we safely check in). We can truly recommend Emanuel as your safari guide!
We highly recommend to experience the Safari with MSANGAI ADVENTURE.
Many thanks

Our 6 member family trip to serengeti and ngorongoro was amazing. The driver had patience, knowledge
It is best to do your safari with experienced firms. I would 100% would like to recommend Dubu adventures for their drivers experience in the safari field. The game seeing was made possible multiple times.
Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Such a unique experience. The better-prepared you are on your knowledge, the better it is.
Our guide Saleh was excellent. He put in so much work in finding animals, handling dietary restrictions, and planning for the next days. His knowledge of the ecology of the entire surrounding region is very in depth, and he's a expert at spotting and identifying things from a distance. We saw a lot of rare sightings - a rhino in the Serengeti (there weren't supposed to be any, this one was just released there), 4-5 leopards, lions mating. The Mara River crossing was definitely worth it and he was extremely patient. Rose set up the the trip for us and was very accommodating. She even set up an Arusha tour for the first day, and Brighton was the guide for that.
Speaking of Arusha, the Cultural Center is very nice and worth a visit, but there's no need to buy all your souvenirs there. There are much cheaper places elsewhere. Just ask your guide - you'll be driving through towns in between safari parks. Also, the Tanzanite Experience in Arusha is definitely the best combo of trustworthiness and expertise, and price, for buying Tanzanite of the quality that you want.
Just FYI, tipping is expected, but don't tip too much at the beginning in the airport. There's a reason why bag helpers are only at the arrivals and not at the departures. Your money can get drained quickly. Maybe tip them a dollar or two if they help, but you probably don't need help anyway. Also, only tip lodges and hotels at the end of your stay there. Don't tip all the staff. 20 dollars per day is enough for a family. It will be split among the staff. As for the guide, it's customary to tip $15 per person per day, although I hear most guests don't tip that much. The typical number of guests they get is 2, so larger groups may not have to tip as much per person. However, more people = more work since the guide has to handle your food as well. So maybe $14 minimum for a group of 3 and $13 minimum for a group of 4. Don't bring more people than that - the car can get crowded. 5 if you have zero luggage.
Speaking of luggage, DON'T OVERPACK. Wear each pair of clothes for 2 or 3 days before washing. You REALLY do not need to wash everyday here.
Bug repellent is very important. Get the high quality creams from REI. There aren't many mosquitos, but Tsetse flies can swarm you sometimes, no matter how fast you're driving.
Also, remember to bring lots of cash and remember to have new bills, like after 2016.
