Best tour operator to experience Kenya to the fullest!
Me and 4 friends booked a 9 day safari with Mufasa Tours (Masai Mara - Lake Navaisha - Hell's gate national park - Nairobi - Amboseli) and it was one of the best experiences I've had in my life.
We absolutely loved our guide Kephar! He was always laughing, super friendly, answering our questions about Kenya, accommodating to all our requests (from finding an ATM, to getting up early to watch the sunrise, to dancing in front of the Kilimanjaro). His driver skills are incredible and he always managed to show us the best angles of the most unique wildlife! We managed to see the big 5 in one day, a hunting cheeta with 4 little babies, a sleeping leopard in a tree, and everything we could wish for. Having him as a guide and driver made our trip so relaxed while travelling the long distances from park to park.
They have a selection of amazing camps, especially Entim Mara Camp was incredible! Amazing setting and very good food! They arranged a sunset trip with apero for us, provided us with drinks for our afternoon drivers etcetera.
Highly recommend spending some extra money on choosing the jeep. Much better during safaris to spot the animals and to be comfortable during the long transport. We were 5 and that was perfect, but would not recommend sharing it with more people.
In terms of services I don't think we could have asked for more! Joseph helped us with answering all our practical questions upfront, always replied very quickly, was flexible with the accommodation and arranging everything last minute. Even after our 9 days ended, he still helped us with transportation to our next destination which we really appreciated!

Excellent budget safari
Excellent communication. Such a wonderful experience, I was apprehensive going on this budget safari, but I had nothing to worry about. I was looked after so well. Yes you sleep in a tent for a couple of nights but that is actually fantastic and such a privilege I think to stay in these amazing places with animals all around. The guide the cook all the camp staff are so amazing and take care of your so well. This whole experience is amazing value for the money you pay.

Albert made our first safari very special
We went on a 5 day safari as a group of 3 friends and overall we had an amazing time. We were grouped with a family that had a shorter trip than us but we didn’t have any issues with timing due to the different itineraries. Albert, our driver and guide was a rockstar at navigating the parks and getting us to all of the different locations. He was super respectful to the animals but still made sure we saw all of the different animals in the park. I’d highly recommend Albert to any friend going on a safari. Axis seemed to be great. I wasn’t the main person communicating with them in my group but everything was pretty clear. I wish they’d given us a bit more of a packing list (knowing to have a flashlight at the first camp would’ve been awesome) but otherwise we had an amazing time and a great first safari experience

Amazing service from Wayfairer Travel.
We travel extensively worldwide and Wayfairer went above and beyond any other agent we have experienced. The communications were prompt and efficient. Every query no matter how small was answered quickly, normally same day.No waiting around for replies as with other agents. The tour was seamless and operated like clockwork even though it was tailor made for us and included various forms of transport and different accommodation. It was extremely good value. Each segment of our trip to South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe was on time and reliable. All PCR tests we needed to have to travel between various countries were organised for us at our hotels and went without a hitch. An abundance of hospitality, knowledge, and awe
We had the best time in the Lower Zambezi with David, Evelyn, Paizan, and Jimmy our chef. They were the most lovely team. David was full of facts, stories, and fun, Evelyn wanted to make sure everyone was comfy and happy, Jimmy was an amazing cook, who could even cater to vegan and vegetarian diets (he did something unbelievable with butternut squash that I'm still thinking about), and Paizan's driving was incredible. Our itinerary was packed (in a good way) and also flexible, and we really couldn't have asked for more on our game drives. We had a perfect day in the middle of our three day Safari, seeing everything we could have wished, even though we went out of season. The time on the water, and our final brunch was a bonus! I'll never forget the lions, hippos, elephants, buffalo, baboons, impala, warthogs, crocodiles, or many other beautiful birds and animals we saw, or the things we learned about them, the environment, and social history through chatting with David.
The accomodation was stunning, really close to the gate of the national park, and the room was comfy and had the most beautiful views of the river... Truly breathtaking. Our car was so comfy too, and we felt v lucky to be in such luxury in the middle of the bush!! We felt totally safe the whole time, and could relax and enjoy. We couldn't have been hungry if we tried, the food and drink was always flowing, and we just had such a laugh. I can't recommend this experience enough, and I think it's incredible that Wilderness Horizon make this experience affordable for budget and mid-range adventurers, with such an impeccable and abundant level of service and experience. The booking experience was so easy too, and it's worth saying that the team are really open and if there's an itinerary or idea you have not listed here, just send them an email and they'll arrange it! I can't wait to be back with some more of our dreams... Thank you so much for an amazing experience we will treasure forever.

South Africa Tour
I really enjoyed my whole experience with Discover Africa and in particular my experience with our travel agent Megan Warrington. She was extremely responsive and anticipated our needs. She was also flexible with our travel restrictions and desires to see certain sights. The things that Megan did that stuck out the most was also check in with us during the trip and give us our flight confirmation numbers and was easily accesible for quick qustions

Awesome safari experience
We did a safari after climbing Kilimanjaro and our experience with Lappet Faced Safaris was just outstanding in every way. The Melia lodge we stayed in were wonderful and in beautiful/unique settings. Our guide, Gabriel was terrific and had amazing vision to spot animals very far away. . . then expertly positioned our vehicle to see them up close!
