Our entire interaction with Gosheni Safari was so great! Before I got to Tanzania, I was mainly in contact with Pendo. She was so patient with me when I was constantly changing what I wanted to do for our custom itinerary. Since we only had 3 days, she was very realistic with me about what we could and could not accomplish in that timeframe, which was super helpful to not overwhelm us on the trip. We had the absolute best time on safari with Fidelis. He was fantastic! We only had 3 days between the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater and his time management was phenomenal. We saw sooo many animals including a leopard! He could spot animals from so far away I was shocked! He would get us so close to the animals I felt like I could reach out and pet them! He has been doing this for so many years and has so much knowledge, he could answer any question we asked. The food was also delicious! To have a white table cloth with a hot meal and wine while everyone else had plain brown bag lunches was a treat. On the way home he even stopped at a couple places so we could look and buy some tanzanite. Overall the safari with Fidelis was more that I could ever have imagined! I would HIGHLY recommend him and Gosheni safaris.

Outstanding experience!
We had an outstanding experience with Tanzania Choice Safaris this May. We spent one day in the Ngorongoro Crater seeing an outstanding collection of wildlife. Our guide, Kakasii, was very knowledgable on the wildlife, the many types of birds, and how to navigate the sometimes flooded trails. The next two days were spent in the Serengeti. Again the wildlife was amazing. After two days we had seen all of the Big Five -- elephants, lions, rhinos, cape buffalo, and finally a leopard with its kill in a tree. The safari vehicle was comfortable, the lodging was amazing and also Kakasii furnished a hot lunch as we enjoyed a scenic stopping point. I would highly recommend Tanzania Choice Safaris!

Best 15 Days of my life
Doing Africa safari has always been my dream. When we contacted this tour company, we realized that they cover several countries in East Africa. Initially, our main goal was to do Kenya, especially Masai Mara and Amboseli, then Serengeti, Tanzania. However, we realized that the company could help us cover Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda. At first, we were not sure, but their consultant was very keen to guide us through. This result was a well-planned 15 Day safari covering the four countries. The company has some of the best systems I have ever seen. We always knew what we would be doing the day before. Their schedule is always followed and activities did seamlessly. We really enjoyed even Gorilla Trekking in Uganda which wasn't in our plan. The company takes good care of their clients. I highly recommend them.

Excellent, Customer Oriented and professional tour safaris
Bovid Africa is amazing and their attention to details is commendable.
I had an opportunity to go on a hike across Ngong hills where we enjoyed nature as we learnt the different species of birds.
We then proceeded to the Olorgasaille prehistoric site where we camped for the night.
The meals were delicious as we were served three-course meals accompanied by refreshments.
They also have great camping tents and amenities which make your stay not only comfortable but make you forget you are in the wild.
Their land cruiser tour Vehicle driven by a competent driver/guide is comfortable and ensures your journey from start to end is unforgettable. The rates are affordable as well as pocket friendly

awesome experience
We organised a private tour to masai mara and nakuru lake. First, they were very responsive in helpful as we organised the trip. They were also excellent in their communication, providing a detailed itinerary and info on accomodation, transport and F&B.
Our guide Simon, was thoroughly polite and professional, providing an excellent service as well as being very knowledgeable about the parks, animals, and all sorts of other questions that we had.

Great experience!
I worked with Mwanje at Image Travel Limited to plan a trip to Uganda with a tight timeline. He coordinated everything to include all luxury accommodations and meals, transportation with a tour guide 24/7, a river boat cruise, a safari, chimpanzee trekking, gorilla trekking, and more! Mwanje was very responsive and helpful and the trip was better than we could have ever imagined!

We could not be happier about selecting Compass Odyssey for our safari vacation with our grandson.
Darren and Kate were absolutely outstanding. In spite of all the crazy goings-on with COVID, and the constant changes in governmental regulations, testing requirements, border closures and other related obstacles, our trip went off without a problem. Having never traveled to Africa before, such a trip can be fairly daunting, but Darren was always available to answer all the questions we had, no matter how small or insignificant. Every concern or problem we had was immediately addressed and resolved, and the trip was magnificent. While in Zambia, we asked our grandson what he thought of the trip so far, and his response summed up our overall impression of the trip as a whole: "Best day ever!" My wife and I would both highly recommend Compass Odyssey and would not hesitate to use them again for our next trip to Africa.

Outstanding customer service and planning
Just returned from a 12 day trip to Kenya, three adults and three kids. The trip was all paid for and set up for April, and then two days before we were supposed to go Kenya suddenly changed their travel restrictions and the whole trip fell apart. We had internal flights and reservations at four different lodges and hotels. I was sick thinking about all the money we would lose given the various cancellation policies for the flights and hotels. We could have been totally out of luck but Ben and his team at E-Trip immediately went to work for us. They ended up negotiating a later trip for us in June, and lobbied with each provider on our behalf. In the end we got to take the whole trip and didn't end up losing any money at all. And there was outstanding communication the entire time, from the planning process and through all the changes we had to make as flights continued to get cancelled and changed, even when we were on the trip. First class customer service, with the customer put first, which was really refreshing.
The tour was well set up, the drivers and guides were super, we had lots of connections with internal flights, etc and every one of them was seamless. I had total confidence in the arrangements, and also knew we would be taken care of if something were to go wrong. I would definitely book a trip again with E-Trip Africa.
