Amazing Safari tour in tented camp with our guide Gabriel.
5/5

It was a very amazing safari. John took care of us from the first day when we arrived at airport to the last day when he leaved us at the airport. The Guide Gabriel is a very good person and he knows a lot of things about animals and the trees. It was a four days safari and we visited serengeti, tarangire and ngorogoro crater.
Thanks to John, Gabriel and Massaoui for taking care of my family.

标题: A great trip to Tanzania

内容:
We started to communicate with Sino Africa alomost 10 months before travel date, requesting if they could arrange a large group to travel to Tanzania. The hotels and number of days we stayed in each location was also very carefully planned and worked well. Really apprecaite Sino Africa, and we have already recommended friends to you this year, we are sure you will take good care of them. Strong recommend!

So exciting that 10 days were not enough
5/5

Correspondence with Basili the director of Vervet Tours was smooth and informative. He answered our numerous questions and together we created an awesome itinerary 1 month before our trip.
Every aspect of our trip was well planned. James our guide was exceptional during the trip, always on time in the Toyota 4x4 Cruiser well cleaned ready for the day’s adventure. He knew where to go for great wildlife encounters, we saw more animals took better photos than we expected. Our accommodations were something else, very relaxing, tasty meals in most of the establishments and courteous staff.
My wife and I agree that the 10 days in Tanzania passed very fast. We have already started making plans for another trip.
Asante sana. We hope to see you soon

Spectacular 2 Day Nairobi-Amboseli Safari
5/5

First Time on safari, and on the African Continent! Our guide Josephis/was an outstanding professional and an expert driver who provided plenty of opportunity for us to appreciate the landscape, wildlife as well as the social culture of Masai people in Amboseli ecosystem. We saw the lions, many elephants and cheetah among other wildlife here during our safari and had an enjoyable stay at Zebra plains . Our trip concluded with a Maasai village visit! Beautiful people, priceless memories!

Excellent Budget Safari Experience
5/5

Bigmac met and exceeded all expectations I had for my first African Safari! Across 5 game drives at 3 different parks, we saw more than 50 species of animals and birds and also visited a Maasai village which was a very unique and enriching experience. We had an EXCELLENT driver/guide Johnny who was knowledgeable, personable and a great driver - we were one of the few vehicles that never got stuck in the muddy paths of Masai Mara after unusual dry-season rainfall. Communication was good at all points, Magdalena at the office has excellent customer service.

Pros:
- Johnny knew Masai Mara National Reserve "like the back of his hand" and found so many animals, and his patience during our full-day drive rewarded us with our first lion sighting, a dream come true for me. He did everything he could to make sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves.
- The touring vans had outlets for charging small electronics! This was totally unexpected and a huge bonus.
- Price!!! For what we experienced this safari is a TREMENDOUS value, great for first-time visitors wanting a taste of Kenya. Everything is included, the only extra money you need to bring is for souvenirs, snacks (many gas station stops along the way) and tips for waitstaff and the guide.

Things to be Aware Of: (None of these are the fault of Bigmac, just FYI)
- The drives between parks are long and torturous, from 4 hours (Nairobi to Masai Mara) to 7+ hours (Nakuru to Amboseli). The van isn't the most comfortable especially if you are a larger person like me, but be sure to bring some music and good headphones to pass the time. But the positive of traveling by road is you get to see all of Kenya, how people live and the vast difference between the run down strip malls and the beautiful countryside.
- The drive into Masai Mara is EXTREMELY bumpy, and rough! It's about 75-90 minutes of herky-jerky toss and turn driving. If you are easily motion sick it may be an issue, but it's the only way into the reserve by road!
- The food is mediocre and fairly similar day-to-day, served buffet-style at all of the lodging locations. Usually 2-3 vegetable/potato options and 2-3 meat stews or curries and a soup. AA Amboseli Lodge had by far the best food and most variety.

In conclusion this safari was the greatest and most memorable experience of my life, you will not go wrong if you choose Bigmac Africa Safaris!

A wonderful, friendly timely response from all of my emails!
5/5

Dear Esther,
Our safari was wonderful!!! From the moment Ben arrived to pick us up, even 10 minutes early which is a blessing to me, to the customized water bottles you engraved that the grandsons especially enjoyed. They were a hit and considered by them to be so very special!!
Ben was able to give a lot of details on the area we would be seeing including culture, the Rift Valley, the Masai people and the Masai Mara Park.
Ben educated us on points of interest, wildlife and their habitats and how to look for animals far beyond our normal patterns of vision. We saw so many different species of wildlife. Ben was very patient in allowing us to linger at certain close encounters with many of the animals that allowed us to get incredible pictures and mental images that will last a lifetime.
The Enkorok lodge was very accommodating and the food was exceptionally plentiful and tasteful. The sleeping quarters were very comfortable and adequately furnished. It was all a wonderful experience with many memories that will always be cherished. Esther, you were so helpful in coordinating our safari and making it successful. My compliments to you and Ben both.
Sincerely,
Randall

Trip of a lifetime made special by Walking Stick (Philimon & crew)
5/5

Our 11-day safari began at the Maun airport, a bit stressed due to late flights causing us not to get to our first campsite (by canoe!) until nearly dark. Philimon's crew was friendly, attentive and most importantly 100% committed to our safety and comfort at all times. After 2 nights on a island in the delta, we canoed (mokoro) back out and began the long journey to Moremi. Philimon is a master at finding interesting game both on his own and through his CB radio network and frequent chats with other guides. We really saw so much more than anticipated including 4 of the big 5 (no rhino along our route).

We could not recommend Walking Stick more highly. They work so hard without a single complaint and made us feel comfortable and safe and satisfied with our photo journey, we can't wait to book again in a few years!
