Unforgettable Tanzania Safari!
Our 4-day safari with summer winter was absolutely amazing. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and found us the Big 5 and incredible wildlife every day. The vehicle was comfortable, food great, service perfect. Btw, the lodge they help reserved is great great great! Highly recommended—best adventure ever!

In my previous experiences, the other two tours had several issues—especially with punctuality. They were late, and I ended up wasting more than three hours of my time. However, with Meru Slopes Tours, everything was perfect and went very smoothly. They are also very punctual and truly prioritize customer service.

We could not spot all the animals on our own, Shoes was amazing in taking us to the right places where we could see leopards, lions, elephants, wild dogs....so many different animals that we could not even imagine!!
Our kids loved exploring and getting to know about the animals, plants and culture with Shoes. Our son keeps saying he will be back and work with Shoes in the future!!!
Thamia helped us organise the safari based on what was important for us, we chose staying inside the National Park to be able to leave in the early morning and already spot all sort of animals.

Amazing Safari Experience
We had a wonderful experience over the past two to three days. Our guide, Dennis, was professional and kept everything well-organized, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free.
He is very easy to get along with, friendly, and patient, always paying attention to our needs. Dennis is also very experienced and took us to see many amazing animals, making the trip memorable.
Most importantly, he is the safest driver I have seen in Africa, very reliable and trustworthy. He is also very punctual, always on time, which we really appreciated.

A Dream 5 Day Safari Journey with Incredible Game Drives, Knowledgeable Guide and Outstanding Care

We had an absolutely fantastic safari experience and couldn’t be happier with every single detail of the trip. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations.
Our guide was simply the best—his ability to spot animals in places that seemed completely invisible to us was incredible. Thanks to his expertise, we saw so much more than we ever imagined. He took us everywhere with great care, professionalism, and a constant attention to detail that made us feel safe and well looked after at all times.
The hotels were all full of charm, all with beautiful gardens and swimming pools, and spa options in 2 of them. Our night in a tented camp in the Serengeti was an unforgettable experience—especially when we realized that lionesses with their cubs were roaming nearby during the night. Truly magical and thrilling!
Another standout aspect was the picnic lunches. Every day we enjoyed beautifully prepared meals with tablecloths, proper plates, and cutlery, featuring freshly cooked dishes. It was such a contrast to the basic carton boxed lunches other tourists had—we could definitely feel a bit envied as they watched us enjoy our meals in the picnic areas.
The organization of the entire trip was impeccable. Linah, in particular, deserves special recognition—she was always quick to respond to every question and request I had, and her help during the booking and payment process was absolutely invaluable.
I 100% recommend this local agency. They work with highly experienced local staff and guide, and partner with top-quality hotels.

Premium Customized Safari Experience
This was my first safari, and I spent three months carefully selecting a local team in advance. Extra Miles was my final choice among many, primarily due to the outstanding performance of Joseph during our communication.
To meet my needs, Joseph revised nearly 10 versions of the itinerary. He responded to every one of my questions promptly and effectively, delivering true customization rather than generic, mechanical replies. Even after signing the contract, whenever I had doubts, he patiently answered them, making me feel extremely reliable.
In fact, the itineraries offered by different travel agencies are quite similar. The key difference lies in the communication process: the ability to answer questions effectively, the timeliness of responses, and integrity. These were my decisive factors for choosing Joseph and Extra Miles, and my choice proved to be correct.
Equally important was our guide, Morris, who was absolutely experienced. We took a direct flight and headed straight to Amboseli upon landing. Normally, we should have checked into the hotel first, but as we entered the park, someone spotted a cheetah. Morris immediately took us to see it.As a result, we witnessed a beautiful cheetah passing right in front of our vehicle, less than 3 meters away. It was truly breathtaking! Without Morris’ flexibility and quick thinking, we would have missed such a clear view of the cheetah.
All in all, Joseph and his team made our safari experience in Amboseli absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.

Family adventure with Herbivore
Visiting Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater with HERBIVORE AFRICAN EXPEDITIONS was the best wildlife adventure experience in Tanzania with my family. We enjoyed every game drive with our professional guide and observed the incredible density of animals. Watching my family's reactions to each sighting made the trip even more memorable. We felt we were part of something much bigger than ourselves.
