Well organized and flexible
Due to covid we had to postpone our trip several times for 2 years. Despite this, at mama savana they accommodated all our needs and organized our private safari greatly. The Safari was fantastic, the accommodations of good level, our guide expert and friendly. We realized one of our dreams, in a perfect way. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and Professional Team.
We had a 3 day safari with a group of 7 family members---Mother in law who healthy mid 80s but slowing down/a bit of a falls risk, 14 year old, 11 year old, and 4 adults all in our 40s. Communication via email with Thale was excellent and professional. He was the most accommodating of our family's needs and itinerary but advised appropriately about how that would change costs and also how feasible the different options would be so we could make an informed decision. The 3 day tour, inclusive of most meals and transportation, was reasonable. Our guide always prompt and we were never kept waiting for him. He always communicated the schedule clearly. The accommodations at the camp were basic but adequate/comfortable. Goodwill is a great cook! I appreciated our guide Eric and his assistant Goodwill. They were professional always--- I love my mother in law but at times she can be somewhat trying when she is less comfortable than she is used to at home (which of course is expected when you travel :0)!) and he handled it with admirable professionalism and all of us were still thrilled she was able to make the trip with us and her grandchildren. Generally, the rest of us are a pretty low maintenance group so long as we keep the 11 year old fed. We saw some great wildlife and saw all of the big 5 except for the leopard who seemed ever elusive but of course that, I understand, is very common. We saw a huge pack of endangered wild dogs which thrilled everyone but especially our 11 year old. Eric was knowledgeable about the wildlife we saw and able to add a great deal of context/education/respect for the animals to everything we saw. I did notice that Eric uses tobacco products only because I work as a family medicine physician at home and admit I sometimes can't turn it off--hah hah. He was always discreet/respectful with this and it never affected our family or enjoyment of the tour though I hope he quits someday for his own well health. All in all, the trip was worth every penny and a highlight of our visit in South Africa.

Very well organised, efficient and good value
We had 6 days in Zimbabwe with Africa Zim. Planning begin pre-covid and we finally got to take the trip in December. During this time they were efficient and organised with communication and always reliable. We spent 6 days with Kosmas and visited Vic Falls, Hwange, Gt Zimbabwe & Harare. Vic Falls was amazing and is highly recommended. The wet season meant that Hwange was a bit disappointing although the Hwange Lodge hotel was great and we saw lots of elephants at the water hole. Gt Zimbabwe was a good stop although it's a long drive to get there. Zimbabwe is a friendly, welcoming and safe place to visit that is pretty well set up for visitors. Africa Zim is recommended and we really enjoyed our tour.

Prompt and very good services offered. You exceeded our expectations!
Wow! It was a breathtaking and unforgettable experience on our trip to Uganda. When I first contacted them, they were quick to respond to all of my questions professionally. I was confident in working with Ngege Kufurahi Safaris because of their ability and flexibility to tailor our travel needs. Our 7-day trip formy brother and was well-planned; we visited Kibale National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Lake Bunyonyi, and back to Entebbe. Patrick, our tour guide, was exceptional; he knew the roads throughout our journey. He was calm and knew where to look for animals. It was incredible to see the tree climbing lions, and then to go gorilla trekking in Bwindi. We are excited to have worked with this company and Patrick as our guide. I strongly advise you to use this company for your trip.

Professional
The whole safaritrip has been an adventure for me and my son, and Kiliholidays is a very serious company that has added to the positive experience. Their service is very good and they take care of their customers. Serengeti was a fantastic experience and Ngorongoro, or the garden of Eden, was breathtaking by its beauty and peacefulness. Thanks a lot, Killiholidays.

Simply Outstanding
Simply outstanding. From the beginning, Suricata tailored the plan to my girlfriend and my specific requests (we wanted extra time in the Serengeti and to camp in the parks, over a 6 day tour), and they offered detailed insights as to their recommendations on times and locations. When our flight was delayed by 12 hours, they worked around the issue and picked us up directly at the airport.
We also cannot say enough about our guide Ezekiel. He was exceptionally kind and funny, and knowledgeable about his country and about all four of the parks we visited. He knew every animal and plant we saw, with endless fun facts about them, and navigated the parks with ease, taking us to spots he knew were often best for extraordinary sightings. We saw multiple of virtually every animal imaginable (the big five plus many more), often without the annoying presence of 20+ other cars because of his ability to find them in spots far from the main roads. For example, we saw a mother cheetah hunting with her two cubs, a family of lions feeding on a kudu, a leopard sleeping in an acacia, and countless 20+ herds of elephants, all completely isolated from other cars, or with just one other car in the vicinity. He took time to bring us to particularly photogenic landscape points, as I enjoy photography, and was also friends with seemingly every guide we passed, stopping to quickly chat and catch up about any special sightings, which often led to further exceptional finds.
As we had selected the camping option, Suricata also provided us a chef for the entire trip, Chef Tito. A master of his craft, and using the minimal utensils and space afforded by campground facilities - without electricity or running drinking water, and in remote places without access to additional foods, he cooked up feasts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, mixing local specialities with international fare, always giving us far more than we could eat (4-6 distinct plates for each meal, with a starter, fresh fruit and dessert at lunch and dinner, and never repeating any except those we specifically requested again!) - and always absolutely delicious. The food was regularly of higher quality than we receive at restaurants in Europe, despite highly challenging cooking conditions. He even made us a unique cake every night, using charcoal fire and a Dutch oven, and showed us his techniques and recipes.
The logistics were managed without a hiccup, despite our flight delay, and they helped us get sim cards, essentials, and fresh breakfast each day, despite regular 545am starts to see the best game. The tent they provided was spacious (pictured in our camp at Ngorongoro), the cots very comfortable, and the campsites the selected were amazing - we had giraffes, buffaloes, and zebras pass just by the camp on multiple occasions, and lions and hyenas pass by in the night - perhaps not for everyone, but amazing to us!
Can I say more? Book with Suricata today, you will not be disappointed!
(Brief comment just to say that we posted the same review here and on TripAdvisor to make sure it is seen by viewers in both places! We checked both when looking for our safari)

Best Safari Experience
We used Lion Riders for a safari to the Masai Mara and it was amazing! We set up the trip last minute, but Johnson was very helpful and everything was seamless. We traveled with family including three young children. Johnson was very careful while driving. He was very patient and flexible with us. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the trip as well.
He was extremely knowledgeable about all the animals and the Masai Mara. He knew how to get around easily and safely. He can spot animals that are so far away, it’s incredible! He was very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a tour guide for any trip in Kenya.

Our best choice
Without a doubt Zohar was our best choice for our honeymoon.
Lilian and her team sent us a lot of information from the beginning and were very attentive to give us different options and to solve all our doubts very quickly.
The process with them is wonderful because they take care of absolutely everything.
They are not only an agency that organizes safaris, for us they were also our salvation, because we missed the flight that was taking us to Tanzania and they quickly managed to get us from Kenya to Tanzania by car (leaving the airport was an adventure), and we felt at home as soon as we found them. They also took care of recovering our lost luggage at the airport.
On the other hand, there was always a detail to find from them every day: from personalized bottles to little notes that cheered up our days.
We were very lucky to have Leonard for our safari. The most attentive, patient and hard-working person in Tanzania. There was no animal that escaped us, and he always made sure that we observed it from the best position. And all with a big smile on his face. Thank you Leo for being part of this trip, and for spending the end of the year with us instead of with yours, that touched our hearts.
If you have read this far, really, count on Zohar to make your trip to Africa a great and unforgettable adventure.
With much love Muni and Borja.I
