Great Experience provided by Impala Tours
My husband and I had a wonderful 2-week holiday in Namibia organised by Impala Tours. We had a private tour and we were, therefore, able to be very flexible with our itinerary. Everything was exceptional from start to finish - from the planning stages with Andre (the owner of the company) to the tour itself by our wonderful guide Gudrun. Andre was prompt in his communication with us in the planning of the trip and he was very flexible and patient when we changed the itinerary. The lodges and destinations that Andre chose for us were all amazing. Each was wonderfully unique and beautiful.
Gudrun was a very knowledgeable guide and went out of her way to make this a holiday of a lifetime for us. She is a great driver (necessary on the gravel/dirt roads of Namibia!), and full of knowledge of local culture, customs, and wildlife. She has eagle eyes and spotted so many things that we would never have seen if we had been on a self-drive holiday. She also had an abundance of energy that was very much appreciated. She worked tirelessly to book last-minute excursions for us and looked after us to a very high standard.
We would highly recommend Impala Tours and hope we will be able to come back to beautiful Namibia in the near future. Thank you, Andre and Gudrun!

Very proffesional tour operator! We had a great time while in Maasai Mara!
The tour was really cool! We spent 4 days /3 nights with Mike from Spirit of Kenya in Maasai Mara. Communication with the operator before the booking was very professional. They offered us several accommodations with different pricing, explained everything in detail, and provided all the help needed while planning our stay. Communication was professional and friendly.
We chose Julia's River Camp - it is fantastic accommodation, has very friendly staff, the food was freaking delicious, and the fact it's surrounded by wildlife is just incredible! Mike, the driver, was also great! He was very friendly, helpful, and flexible. He did his best to show us as many animals as possible. We had an insightful talk with him about life in Kenya, how national parks operate, and so on.
Also, we were not sure if to book a 4x4 van (it's cheaper) or Landcruiser. We chose a Minivan and it was a good decision. We saved some money and we get the same comfort and view as in Landcruiser. So in case you're thinking about a minivan don't be afraid, you gonna enjoy it!
Really, I can't say anything negative. The prices here are a bit higher, but the service is excellent.

A trip of a lifetime
We had a great 5 day tour with Surigata. The booking was made via email and everything was organized in a timely manner. Also, Hillary, the manager, was always fast with answering our questions. The tour included the airport transfers, all meals during the safari and a double room in nicely selected hotels or lodges. The highlight of the tour (besides the parks and all the animals) was our guide Mandela! He knew always where to go and was able to explain a lot about the habits of the different animals.
All in all, it was a fantastic trip that we will remember for a long time!

Unforgettable experience
Very good tour company! We chose a five-day trip to four national parks, each with a different charm, while we saw a lot of animals with an experienced safari guide, and it’s very lucky that we saw cheetahs hunting, lion hunting. The food and accommodation was also very good. An unforgettable experience!

Everything was just perfect, we really enjoyed every activity, was a wonderful experience, very pleasant lodges, beautiful hotel in Swakopmund, and really superb food and very knowledgeable and entertaining guides, great adventure, good value for money. Kerry understood perfectly what we wanted, our preferences and put together our itinerary accordingly. She has chosen the operators on the ground very well. everything went so smoothly, never had to wait for a pick up , and the companies and places you recommended were really so professional. Everything really met and overpassed our expectations.

9 days safari
We booked last minute a 9 days safari tour. Communications with Sandra were fine and we could find an agreement on pricing. Unfortunately there weren’t any groups interested in the same itinerary and we needed a private one.
Itinerary was the one we propoused but maybe we missed some suggestions and more clarity.
Regarding the driver-guide, Freddy did a good job in general: he always drived in a secure way during transfers. On the other hand, he was often in the telephone and we missed some briefing before the safaris and some further informations.
Overall it was a nice experience and we reccomend Karibu safaris in Kenia!

Wonderful unforgettable experience.
We are really happy we chose this safari tour, everything was fantastic the lodging, the organization, the safari games. The food was absolutely delicious everywhere we went, but best of all was having Yasin as our guide. He took such good care of us the entire time and showed us even the most rare animals. He made of our trip the wonderful experience it was.

The best professionals in Arusha!
I had the best time with Wakanda tours. Serengeti is now one of my favourite spots in the world. After finishing this wonderful experience I can say without any doubt that a proper guide makes all the difference in the world. Ask for Andrew, the best guide ever, and Dula, the chef that will rival your grandmas cooking. They really go the extra mile to make the best possible experience for you. They know Serengeti and the other national parks like the back of their hands, always trying to find spots and animals that most other guides will miss. And when you get back to camp, the most delicious meal is waiting for you. I still don't know how Dula can cook this meals in the middle of the sabanah.
