Joseph, was superb, gentle, and very knowledgeable about the fauna and animals.
We had the best safari experience. Our guide was experienced and knew where exactly to spot all the animals. He stopped so we can take pictures. Very fortunate to catch the sunset too. We saw giraffes, rhinos, lions, zebras, antelopes and many animals that were unknown to us. His driving skills, second to none. Best day

An incredible experience with kind and knowledgeable staff. Me and my son had the most amazing safari and felt safe and supported the whole way. It was an added bonus that the staff at Extra Miles surprised me not once, not twice but three times with a birthday cake at different accomodations whilst on the tour. We could not recommend this tour enough. From initial booking, to response of emails, to the actual safari could not have been more attentive and helpful.

We had a wonderful Kenya and Tanzania customised safari experience. We visited Amboseli, Masai Mara and Serengeti national park. Patrick, our tour guide and the owner of Shanjoy Tours and Safaris, was very responsive right from the beginning. He was always accessible via email and WhatsApp. He sent us a detailed itinerary as a reply to my enquiry, and patiently changed it multiple times, because of the changes that I kept requesting. In the end, we had a great safari experience. Patrick organised the whole trip very well. He is also an excellent safari guide himself and gave us a lot of information about birds and animals in Amboseli. We also had a great experience at Masai Mara and Serengeti. Once in a lifetime experience!!
We honestly couldn't rate this company more highly! We had a 5-day Safari in Tanzania, exploring the Makumi and Nyerere parks. Our experienced guide Salum was incredibly friendly and informative, he knew all the right spots to find animals in both parks and we cannot thank him enough for his efforts in making us feel comfortable and at ease. A highlight of this trip, in particular, was exploring the waterfalls and hiking trip, which was stunningly beautiful and provided a nice bit of variety to the trip. Communication before & during the trip from the guide and the company itself was impeccable. If you are looking for a comprehensive safari experience, no need to look any further, go with these guys! Superb safari experience
This was an amazing once in a lifetime tour. We were a group of 6 so arranged for 2 vehicles. Our guides Louis and Obemi were excellent with terrific knowledge of the wildlife and local culture. We were able to see elephants, lions, cheetahs, panthers, baboons, and many more including a rare black rhino and a wildebeest crossing of the Mara river. The accommodations were spectacular with first class service everywhere. Easytravel staff were responsive and dedicated to making sure we had the best experience possible.

Sopai is a new company and this is one of the reason I was keen to explore initially. Rajab who owns the company showed lot of interest and gave me lot of personal attention both before and after booking as compared to any other tour operators. This was a very important factor for me as Africa was a new country for me to visit and he was always available to answer every small question I had and mostly over a video chat. Rajab accompanied us in the trip along with a very experienced driver Vincent (he knew every nook and corner of Taranguire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) and he brought so much life to the trip. Always happy and smiling with abundance of knowledge and kept my son excited. We always had warm yummy food for every lunch in the midst of nowhere (I am biased here as I am not a fan of cold sandwiches which I saw lot of tour operators carried for their guests). We literally changed plans 2/3 times and without any fuss Rajab & Vincent accommodated our requests. They would keep recommending different options with pros and cons which made it very easy for us.
