the most valuable experience we have ever had!
We were allowed to live the most incredible, beautiful, impressive and valuable experience with African Big Cats Safari.
We would wish our Guide Obed to everyone who does the tour. Be sure to ask for him if you go too !!:-)
His friendly, funny, relaxed and competent manner gave us a feeling of safety and security right from the start. So just Hakuna Matata !;-)
We were impressed by his knowledge of all the wonderful animals. One noticed immediately that he has a lot of experience and that he has to look exactly where the animals are hiding. Obed was very open, shared private things and experiences, and so did we. This created a friendly and very valuable dynamic for us. We laughed a lot together and could ask anything at any time, not only about the animals, but also about the wonderful country. We had a private tour so just the two of us with Obed. It had 2 binoculars available, with which we could observe the animals even better. The safari car was in very good condition. It always had cool drinks in a small fridge.
Even the contact via e-mail before our arrival was very competent, we received answers to all our questions very quickly.
The accommodations, the food, the feeling - everything was absolutely perfect.
I was taken seriously with the desire for vegetarian food and there was something for me at every picnic.
We were in Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Tarangire National Park. This selection was definitely enough for us. We were allowed to see and experience so many animals. Wow! We can 100% recommend African Big Cats Safari!
We go home very satisfied, happy, with a lot of new knowledge and valuable experiences in our hearts and also with a crying eye.

Amazing 2-days safari in Amboseli national park, flawless organization with private driver. Charity has been very helpful and supportive from the very beginning and our driver Joseph brought us in the most exciting spots across the park. Extremely recommended!

John is a legend
As the safari with Namayiana Safaris was my first safari experience, I honestly have to admit that I cannot compare.
However, I can report on my experience and it was unforgettable. I don't know what I would have missed. John and the others are real Maasai and know their country incredibly well. Traveling with them was very impressive and educational. It was always a lot of fun and the wishes of the guests were addressed as well as possible. I saw all the animals I wanted to see and many more, at this point many greetings to Solomon and Jonathan, very good spotters!
My overnight stays at "Enchoro Camp", which were also organized through Namayiana Safaris, were also very pleasant. John speaks English and German, which made communication very easy, the others all speak English too, so we were always able to exchange ideas!
I had an unforgettable time and am really looking forward to my next visit!

I had so much time with other guests who are also 1st time doing the tour, I felt so at ease and so convenient in the pick-up and returning back to my accommodation! Great service from all staff and crew and tour guides operators and lodging! I saw many animals up close and personal! Great food served too!

The good help and support made it a lot easier to get to the Kilimanjaro summit, just fantastic!
This really was a very special trip and everything was well organized down to the last detail. Nothing was left to chance, especially when it came to (safely) reaching the top. The guides and the rest of the staff were involved and extremely supportive. Also the service and meals during the trekkings and safaris were great.
It was possible to book a tailor-made trip with Alpine Chat, in which we could realize our wishes. We did a 6-day Kilimanjaro trekking, a 3-day safari, a 3-day hike through te highlands and we climbed the Ol Doinyo Lengai vulcano. Also, we got the most adventure for our money at Alpine Chat. The price-quality ratio was the best we could find after an extensive search on the internet. So I really recommend to tick this experience off your bucket list with the experts from Alpine Chat!

Ratings 6/5!! Beyond the Worth of Money Paid!
First of all the communication with Bartho was very easy, clear, transparent, and helpful before our departure. We were picked and dropped at our hotel. The vehicle is nice and fully equipped with drinks and fast wifi, very comfy though I went for a 5 day safari budget package. Our driver Noel was just amazing. He drove safely and even went further miles to make sure we saw all the animals especially when there was a cheetah hunting in the middle of Serengeti Plains! He was also fun with his African safari musics! And one of best parts was also the FOOD. We got a wonderful chef onboard, Ashraf. He made fresh bread from the scratch in the middle of the jungle and bake it in traditional oven. The food was always with appetizer (amazing soups!), main course (super tasty meat), and dessert! Like in the middle of jungle and you got served all that for 3 times a day! I saw many other, if not most of all—like 18/20 of other tours, only provided their guests with only sandwiches in a box. This tour is just beyond amazing and to be honest I felt like they should chatge for for such excellent service haha but they stay lowkey I guess. And plus, from many tours that owned by foreigners, this is owned by a young friendly local Tanzanian, Bartho himself! :D

Friendly, fantastic and well organized Safari
We are a family of four and had checked the internet from home and got in touch with Dicky Chikoza. We easily arranged our three day Safari in Tsavo East and Taita Hills at a reasonable price. The communication with Dicky before, during and after was impeccable and punctual.
The safari itself was excellent. We were picked up at the hotel, and then it was on a fantastic safari among elephants, giraffes, lions and zebras for the next three days.
Dicky and the driver knew the Park and the area well, and could tell a lot about the animals too. We stayed in two different lodges, both of which were fantastic, but the Salt Lick Safari Lodge on stilts with the animals roaming just below was something very special.
It all went as described, but if there is a slight minus, the mini-van we drove was from an older date, where the shock absorbers had seen better days. The seat belts were also not quite up to date, and although they are not used on the safari, where you often stand up and look through the roof that can be lifted, the trip to Tsavo East was almost five hours after all.
However, that does not change a fantastic safari experience at a fair price.
