Good communication and efficient service
We have been travelling East Africa independently and initially had trouble working out how to organise the chimp tracking Kibale Forest due to requiring permits. We were put in touch with Peter who was able to organise the permits. He communicated with us prior to our travels. He gave clear instructions for where to meet him at the entry to the park and was there to pick us up at the end of the trek to take us back to our car.

I went on a solo safari trip with Smile With Us Tours in January 2023. The experience was super from the beginning to the end. Everything was very well organized to meet my wishes, and I felt so taken care of from the moment I was picked up from my hotel in Zanzibar. At arrival in Nyerere National Park (the plane landed while giraffes and other exotic animals were walking by the runway!), I was met by the most welcoming and genuine guide, Eric. He made sure I had many moments I will remember for life during my two days game drive with him. He put in all his effort to find the animals, we got up really close with them, and he was full of knowledge. I saw hippos, lions, zebras, elephants, African wild dogs, hyena, buffalos, crocodiles, giraffes, warthogs, baboons, black face monkey, impalas, waterbuck, wildebeest and more. I am so thankful for everything he did for me to give me the best experience possible. I also did a safari walk and a river safari where I got to see even more animals, birds and learned about animal tracks, herbs, plants and trees, and about surviving in the wilderness. My accommodation during my stay was at Selous Jimbiza Camp. Here I was met by a very welcoming staff. I was treated as a queen, the food was great, the crocodile and elephant bread the chef made were impressive, and I felt safe both day and night.
I totally recommend Smile With Us Tours, and would love to go on a tour with them again!

Amazing!
We had such a great -4 day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru safari! Alex was super helpful at the organising answering all my questions, and Dickson our driver was amazing! He has 15 years experience so is super knowledgable about all the animals on safari and knows all the spots where all the animals are - it was truely amazing how close we got to some of them! Don’t hestaite to book with Lenchada and also request Dickson as the driver - you will not regret it!

It was a wonderful trip with wonderful guides!
We booked the trip from Germany at very short notice, but everything was 100% perfect. When we landed in Nyerere NationalPark, our super guide picked us up right away. Our guide (Mr. Martin aka. Rasti) accompanied us in the 3 days. Top information, very very nice, perfectly organized by the agency and the driver and guide were super nice. We had a lot of fun and would book the Tour Rasti again at any time.;-) THX!

Magnificent Tour!
This tour is definitely worth the money! Accommodation was perfect with warm showers, comfy beds (mosquito nets included), and delicious food. We loved our driver Albert and communicating with Minneh from Jocky Tours.

They were able to exceed our expectations at all levels.
We booked a 6-day Safari to Nakuru, Massai Mara, Naivasha and Amboseli. We had great support at all times: preparation of the travel, visa, etc. Our driver Solomon proved to be a great asset: friendly advisor, knowledgeable, safe driving, getting us anywhere with his Land Cruiser, and most importantly a perfect guide to discover wildlife: lions, cheetahs, even a serval cat! The lodges we stayed at were all good, some exceptional. We had a wonderful time.

Professional tour operator to Ethiopia.
We traveled last November in a group of 6 people. We saw Lalibela and the Omo Valley. All stages of the trip were done as agreed. We traveled in 4 x 4 cars, the drivers knew their job, were polite and impressed with their knowledge of Ethiopia. We were fortunate to see a bull-leaping ceremony in the Bena tribe. We were the only tourists at this amazing spectacle. I recommend TimelessEthiopia to anyone who wants to experience the real Ethiopia
