Highly experienced, professional, friendly with options for all budgets!
My husband and I went for 7 days in low season (May 2022) to miss the crowds which was a delight. (Unfortunately we also missed the migration but we saw plenty!) The Adventure Travel Kenya safari crew were very experienced and professional.
We covered Amboseli, Hells gate, Lake Naivasha (the boat safari is a must - as the guide to throw up some fish to lure the fish eagles closeby for amazing photographs and try stay at / have a beer at Fishermans Camp on the waterside), Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara.
They gave us an unforgettable trip and such happy memories of Kenya with it’s breathtaking scenery and friendly people!
The food was always good, decent variety and tasty and the drive/guide Bonface from Indepejourneys was the best ever. Unlimited energy to keep us going and he was able to answer all our questions and knew all the best places to go. He has an eagle eye for spotting game and knew the parks well enough to get us to the action ahead of any other vehicle.
We were well catered for even when we wanted to adapt the plan slightly to include a tea plantation and go fabric shopping at good local prices. Make sure you book tea / coffee plantation tours in advance.
The vehicle was comfortable and reliable and we had an excellent view out the top. It was cleaned regularly inside and out throughout the trip to keep the dust under control.
Can't recommend this crew highly enough!

Amazing tour
Lake Duluti is just outside Arusha and a perfect place to go for a day trip with friends or family. The lake is located in a beautiful and peaceful area. We had a really nice day watching birds, drinking beers and enjoying the surroundings. Amazing place to enjoy nature, kayaking and hiking.

Very reliable and efficient company
This was our second safari vacation with Royal Private Safaris and it didn't disappoint. The communication during the planning phase was excellent! Bookings were all in place, activities were arranged and prepaid so we didn't have to worry about a thing and could just enjoy our vacation! This is exactly how it's supposed to go! And the right person team to do this is royal Private Safaris in Kenya!

Most amazing and authentic safari experience
The staff of African Cheetah is amazing and gave us the best safari experience we could dream off.
Thank you Noël for driving us, sharing dinner with us while discovering your Maasai stories. You have become a real friend!
Thank you Luka and the chef for showing us the wonderful wildlife and nature of Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Not only did we see all the big five, we explored the whole region with a smile on our face.
Our only recommendation would be to share some more rules and tips for the campsite, as we did not expect to be sleeping in the middle of a buffalo fight and lions territory. But it is a great story to tell.
Thank you again!

The safari of our dreams
We were two girls, who went on the 4 day safari with Wakanda Tours.
We loved every second of it and were so lucky to see all the animals we dreamed of. Our guide Lewis made sure we had pleasant trip. Lewis knew so much about the animals and nature and he really went the extra mile to give all the guests a great experience. A real pro ranger. It was amazing to see the animals in their natural habitat.
The cook, Solomon, was great and made good food everybody liked.
Bartho who helped us with the booking was helpful, kind and service minded.
The accommodations were great staying in a lodge and then after tent. It really is a wild experience sleeping at the Ngorongoro Crater and hearing zebras graze in the middle of the night. The value for money and the service level is really high with Wakanda Tours!
All in all a great safari and we would recommend Wakanda Tours to all travelers who visit Tanzania.

Would have love to give 5 stars …
There was a confusion about the pick up time but we made everything to be ready at the given time even if it wasn’t what was requested , but we ended waiting a little bit more than an hour to be picked up
From there everything was very nice , the safari was amazing , we’ve been lucky enough to see many animals and magical scenery on the first and second day !
The camp was okay , and was exactly as described . The food was nice also !
The masaai made a fire camp for us during the last night , we stayed around and enjoyed this time !
But the third day was a bit deceiving , we were brought to the masaai village at an extra cost , and to be honest it looked staged , and everything was made to make us give more and more money ! And the prices were excessfull !! People over there were kind of putting pressure on us to make us buy something or give money .
It’s a bit sad cause it was nice to discover the traditions at the beginning .
The we were brought to the community school and were again ask for “donations”.
After all that we were all a bit disturbed about this experience , and it was time to hit the road back to Nairobi .
On the road we asked our driver if it was possible to be dropped at Nairobi Terminus to catch our train , he told us that it was okay for him but he ended up dropping us in central Nairobi , with some guys who offered us to keep our luggage during the afternoon for free and then drop us at the train station for free in the evening ! But after, when we got in the office to leave our stuff , they started telling us that the ride to the train station will be at an extra cost !!! So I refused !! It wasn’t supposed to be like that !
All the other person in the group were dropped off were they asked !!
So we left and ended up paying a Bolt to get to the train station , which I find non professional at all since the tour guide was supposed to drop us there !!
